Typeform conversations

I no longer have a “publish button” in my forms. I’m on the correct plan so that is not a problem. Do anyone knows how to solve this. I need my form for an event tomorrow and the support team are not so fast. Any ideas please, I’m desperate!ThanksLina

We are on the Professional Plan but each time I create a new form with email notification, I receive the message below. Why am I not allowed to create a notification in Typeform rather than use a 3rd party? Email editing temporarily disabledThe ability to edit email content is temporarily disabled to prevent misuse. I am creating intake forms for a medical clinic and with the information submitted by the patient I need to be able to format the API payload differently each time depending on where I am sending it. For example, a pharmacy may have one need while a doctor may need another format, and a specialist quite another. Do I have full control over this aspect?

Hello!On this website, we have a pop-up form, and a standard embed mode form near the bottom. When I had just the pop-up code on the site, it would just have one pop-up, as intended. However, when I added the standard embed mode form to the page, it would load two pop-up forms, one over the other. I am setting up a feedback form, if a client answers positively to the first 3 questions i would like it to direct them to create a Google Review. If they respond negatively i would like them to continue to fill out the form for us to internally access the feedback. Can this be set up in logic?

Hey All, Glad to be using Typeform!  I have a question regarding directing form responses to an email address the user has provided.  Please find below the context and the question. Context: I am looking to use GoodBarber (no-code mobile app developer) and integrate a Typeform form into my GoodBarber app.  The onus of the form is provide the user with the structure to collect confidential information (so data privacy is key).  Additional Context: I will use Zapier to integrate with a fine-tuned Google Vertex AI model that will be sent the form details and will return a response to a provided email as well (the structure of these thoughts are still in progress). Question: Is it possible to direct the user’s form response to a user-provided email address (this would mean I would not collect any form responses within my account)? I have searched previous posts/custom info and have not found a similar query. Cheers!~EndlessSky 

I create Celebration of Life Summary Magazines so I need to collect a large amount of data and I am concerned about a long form and the customer experience. Is it easy for a client to come back and complete form? What do you recommend for the form design or maybe this is not the right solution to collect life story data? Will collect personal data, stories, tributes etc. and will have short answers, long form, drop downs, and multiple choices. Thanks you. 

Trying to create a form for an internal job board/send resume, but I need to have candidates email myself and their current manager their resume. Is there a way to have a new outlook email window pop up for them to send automatically? I read that adding “mailto:” in a URL makes an email a valid URL but that has not worked. 

 Typeform does not let me delete my own form.The form contains 1 response Im the workspace admnistratorTried typing the full form name or ctrl c ctrl v… neither works. It doesnt let me click on the "Yes, delete it"

Is there a way to swap logics around without deleting them and starting over again?I have not placed my logics in the right order. But I also have alot of variable logics. Hello,I have a form that redirects respondents to different URLs based on their answers—over 80 possible URLs. I also created a Gmail email template via Zapier that includes a button for respondents to return to the original URL.How can I capture the redirect URL and dynamically insert it into the email? Would using a tag like {{redirecturl}} with a hidden field work? Any guidance would be appreciated.Thank you!

Hi all. I have modified the message for Confirmation that typeform was sent.Instad of “All done! Thanks for your time” we want our own text (in English). After saving, just the preview shows the correct message. Within the shared Link the text doesn’t change. Thanks in advance Sabine

created 2 custom variables, saved, created logic, published. tested 1x.  went back in and created 2 more custom variables, saved, published… the variables are no longer there.  Any help is greatly appreciated!! 

Hello! I wanted to see how and if this is possible. I want to collect responses (RSVPs) for an event using typeform. I then want to send emails out to addresses collected during the RSVP process. The email should include a custom barcode or QR code unique to their response. During the event I want our check-in team to be able to scan that barcode/QR code that was sent which will mark that person as ‘checked in’ on a google sheet.

Hi!In my client survey, I want to give customers the option to leave their contact information in the contact form or not.By default, I can't change this setting? When I start filling out the form as a tester, it won’t let me proceed without entering the phone number, email, etc. Can I change this, or should I use just a short text question instead? 🙏

Hey there. We have been using type form for a while now, but with my most recent form I am not receiving email notifications when someone submits. For some reason it will not allow me to edit the form notifications to send me all of the options selected in the form. If someone could hop on a call with me or try and give me feedback here that would be amazing. Thanks!
