Typeform conversations

Hello Typeform Community,I’m experiencing an issue with my Typeform data where the response count has unexpectedly dropped from 32 to 18. Has anyone else faced a similar problem? I would greatly appreciate any advice or assistance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you!

I have an issue that has been going on and putting my business on hold for nearly 3 weeks now. 2 forms disappeared, now I’ve found that 2 forms have logic that is no longer working and was as recently as last week. I have tweeted, emailed, EVERYTHING - I saw there is live chat if you upgrade to the business plan - so I did that...I followed the instructions on where to find live chat - its not an option in my account. I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OR CHAT - whatever - to get this addressed TODAY. This is an absolute complete stop for me in my business - if I have pay for priority support or there is something I need to do to get this resolved PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I just want help so this can work again PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Like the title. I would like to check whether it is possible to do this, suppose that I have connected to Google Sheet.I already implemented a code to check existing/new email on the sheet. But whether to send this back to the typeform, for example in order to branch or redirect to different segment of the form, this is hard.Appreciate if anyone can help! Thanks,L.

If I change the credentials on the existing account, it will not affect anything on the account?

When we have 2 or more hidden fields, the Typeform survey url generated on Publish, has the url query parameters in the same order that they appear in the ‘hidden fields’ screen https://acme.typeform.com/to/He4vwwmH#chapter_location=xxxxx&client_id=xxxxx&first_name=xxxxx&last_name=xxxxx&client_email=xxxxx If I want to add a new hidden field, the ‘+ Add new field’ will add it after the ‘client_email’ in the above screenshot and so does in the url generated. I understand, I can edit the url for the end user and put the parameter in the order I wish. However, I would like to reorder the fields in the ‘Hidden fields’ UI so that the generated url matches the order too.Issue: If I want to add a new hidden field but should come first in the generated url, then I have to first delete the existing hidden fields and then add them back all in the desired order. The another side effect of this is that on deleting a hidden field, all references to it in the questions are removed. Ad

I have a question with 5 images. The layout can only have 4 images on a one row so the 5th image goes underneath that looks bad. Any way to fix this

But since then, an account has been reverted to free (Account 1). Then a few years later, I created a new account by paying (account 2) Basic formula. I would like to move this form with scoring (Account 1) to the paid version (Account 2). Is this possible? because I tried to move or copy in new workplace, but this is not what I am looking for.

Hi, a question: In the design of my Typeform, there's a picture. However, I want to change the picture. Is there a way to do this all at once for the entire form instead of adjusting it per slide? 

Hey friends, I see that you can push data from Hubspot to typeform if you send an email.  Anyone know if you can push a hubspot form answer into Typeform directly?  For example, a lead fills out a hubspot form with their email address, then you redirect to a Typeform to capture more info.  would there be a way to auto populate that email address into typeform?  Thanks!   https://www.typeform.com/help/a/personalize-your-forms-with-hub-spot-6812418902036/

typeform translation

Hi, I just upgraded to the very expensive business plan for $99 per month and I thought now I can translate my questions. However, it seems there is no feature like that to manually translate questions, it’s only be done by AI. Is this true?Also, having the user to manually click a “translate” button is also not very intuitive. Am I missing something or is this actually like that?

First up, and a mono-linguist, the language translation function (beta) is fantastic. However, I did get them QA’d by a colleague, and they have suggested some changes. How do I edit those versions?

Hello,I'm building a customer survey for my restaurant using Typeform, and I have four different locations. I want to use the same survey for all four locations but have a unique link for each restaurant. When someone clicks on a specific link, I want the first question (which asks for the restaurant location) to be automatically filled in based on the link they used.Is there a way to create multiple links for the same Typeform that automatically pre-fill the answer to the first question? This way, I can gather all responses in a single datasheet while still distinguishing which location the responses are from.Thank you for your help!

I created the scoring quiz and added the values per answer. My dilemma is having the final score be tallied and displayed on the end screen...which I can’t figure out how to do. 

Hello All. I am trying to send a test request with a Webhook I set up. The URL I supplied was generated by an automation platform I am hosting on a private server such that Typeform can send HTTPS POST requests to my server. I get the following error on Typeform however when I send a test request:Does anyone how to resolve this issue? My server is not receiving any data from Typeform.

I have an audience that could use the same typeform I have already created. Is there a way to share a link with them so they they can simple upload the premade typeform into their own Typeform account simpler to how Canava has share links to be able to share designed that upload right into your account and let you edit them? I would like to know how to do this if it is possible! Thank you!

I have a typeform survey that has stopped working. Everytime I go to the survey it is asking to be published. no matter how many time i publish it it wont stay published. It was working fine until this morning.Any ideas

Hi there,I’ve got a number of similar forms set up in a workspace, and I’d like to know:Is there a way to be notified when a response is submitted to ANY form within a particular Workspace (rather than going into each form separately and setting up notifications? Is there a way to WHICH forms have new responses in a Workspace dashboard at a glance?At first, I thought the ‘Updated’ column showed you when the last submission was, until I realised they were when you last edited the forms yourself 😏Thank you in advance,Chloie

I’m using Intercom and embedding my typeform in an emailIt’s a multi-screen typeform. The email asks users to click the link if they want to participate, and the link takes them to the 3 screen typeform. My users get the email, and when they click through to the typeform survey, they’re seeing that same first screen again. How do I prevent that? This is where a lot of drop-off happens

Hi all,our account was recently upgraded to plus, however whenever I tried to add two endings, the typeform can’t be published because features are missing (there are two errors - one is to upgrade, and the second one is a technical error in the bottom left corner).I created a blank typeform with one question and it published without any issues. When I added two endings, it no longer wants to be published but this feature should be included in our plus plan…
