Typeform conversations

I have created a survey that is a test. The test includes questions and images together. If necessary, I want to show the respondents their test scores while also sending them the entire set of questions. However, the response results only show the questions and answer choices. Is there no way to also display the images?

Hello, I would like to delete 50 slides. Is there a functionality where I don’t need to select each of the fifty slide and delete them one by one ?

I have a follow-up so that when a form is submitted, I am emailed. I did a test, and no notification email was triggered to my inbox when I finished the form (nothing in spam either). Have I set it up incorrectly?  

A team member of mine who has the ownership of google sheet linked to type form is leaving the firm.We tried changing the google sheet ownership to someone else, it was successful but we stopped getting responses in the sheet.The thing is a lot of team members use the same sheet for various purpose, so i dont want to change the sheet or create a new sub sheet.Is there a way that the ownership is changed but the same sheet continues receiving the responses?

I'm seeking guidance from the TypeForm Community regarding a user data collection scenario. My aim is to gather information from logged-in users before they file their taxes. The questionnaire could consist of more than 30 to 40 questions. Users will access the TypeForm survey on my website and may fill out some questions before logging out. Upon returning, they should be able to resume from where they left off in the survey. How can I implement this functionality using TypeForm?

I am trying to create a situation where there is a multiple choice question that allows multiple selections from a list of 28 choices. For every selection they make, I would like the logic array to connect to only the other forms (questions) that are associated with each of the original 28 choices and for it to ignore any form associated with choices that were not selected in the original multiple choice question.For Example…What would you like to customize?ABCDE All selections (A, B, C, D, E) have separate follow up content sections associated with themThe customer selects B, D, and E They should be taken to only the sections associated with B, D, E, and no others, then allowed to submit the info.  What would my logic array look like?

Can I go back and change a survey days later after publishing it? The survey is far from complete but I need to give the survey address out today.

Hello together,we want to use Typeform as a product configurator and integrate it into our Shopify shop. Unfortunately, we now have a problem with integration. As soon as you click on the configurator button, the typeform appears on the entire screen. The customer can't close the window and the form doesn't look good. How do I ensure that the Typeform form is integrated on our site so that the menu ( Firmengeschenke, Anlass, Geschenke für etc.) items at the top can also be seen?Thank you!    

Hey - I’m brand new to Typeform so please excuse this question - if there is a “help” function to get live answers, I can’t find it.  Here are my questions: 1. I watched the video on ranking responses. I then ranked the responses on my quiz  - on the video it shows that the program will generate ending pages per responses in the endings section - nothing like that happened. How do I get the results to show? 2. How do I get the graded responses to show up on the ending pages along with the URL I want to send the to? I went ahead and purchased the basic package so I could have some of these features.

Hi, I got a quiz where depending of the answers the flow ask different questions. The problem is that marketing department want to ask the same question in different logical paths of the quiz and I can’t insert the answers in the same table in Airtable. Is there any way to do it? 

I have the file upload question throughout a survey, but the upload is not a requirement (have un-ticked it). There doesn’t seem to be a Continue button at the bottom of the upload box, it seems to be waiting for a file to be uploaded. Has anyone had this issue?

Hi,  Is there some kind of delay between when submissions are successfully showing up in responses? I did NOT delete any responses, even test responses. Why is there a discrepancy across my submissions (4) and responses (1)? Is there some kind of delay between submissions and responses being logged? When I submitted my first response, it was initially 1 submission, 0 responses, but after a few minutes, it showed up in responses. It’s been more than 10 minutes for other submissions, but they’re not showing up in my responses. Is there a bug or issue today?   

For years we had people successfully completing our Typeform(s) in many languages, using Google Translate.e.g. https://translate.google.com/?sl=en&tl=es&op=websites(via Google Translate website or browser plugin)However, recently Google Translate seems to not work with Typeform any more… Has anyone found a solution to this? 

I have a guest release form that I need to have people e-sign (my attorney is saying that an “I accept” button isn’t enough). My question - is there a way to redirect them to review and sign a document (on DocuSign) as a part of the question funnel?

I have a 3-year old survey with a google sheet integration. I’ve never had issues before but any response submitted after 20/04 has stopped transferring to the sheet. Any advice on how to troubleshoot or re-connect? I am hesitant to make any changes as the data has many other integrations. 

Hi! I’m a designer that created this form for a client. Even though his email is on the account, the form inquiries keep coming to me. My email is not listed anywhere on the account. I’ve tried republishing the form. And I’m still receiving them. Can someone please help me so the form inquiries go to the right person? Thanks!

I had about 119 views on a survey, 70 people start, but only 40 submit. Is there an integration that can capture Google email address or something when an individual visits the survey? OR how about when they enter their email (that is the first question) but then abandon the survey. Is there a way to capture this email so I can alert them to complete their survey vs. sending out a mass email to everyone (some of them who already did complete the survey)? TIA

Any ideas how i could do that?

Hi there, I am new to Typeform and got stuck on creating my personality quiz.It needs to be a score quiz since the outcome quiz does not allow me to send people to tie break questions. (The option of defaulting to one result in that case is not feasible).My quiz has 5 questions with 4 multiple choice answers After the questions, the quiz taker should be directed to one of 4 archetypes A,B,C or D. I have drafted the 4 end pages accordingly.  I have set up variables for each category type A, B, C, and D, and the calculation works fine. (I watched your video tutorial on how to calculate scores using variables).  Also, the logic to send people to a tie break question in case of equal scores in two categories work fine. I created tie break questions for each of the six possible scenarios.What does not work is what happens after the “submit” button is hit. Somehow I have not yet been able to divert results to the different end pages A, B, C or D. Problem: The result shown is always answer A.

Hello! I have developed an intake survey for a program and based on how the participant responds to the questions, they will receive recommended action items for each question. Is it possible to set up an action that sends 1 email that collates all triggers/action items from each question once the survey is complete? 

Looking to create a survey with three phases of questions: Phase 1: GeneralPhase 2: Related to Product APhase 3: Related to Product B I need to be able to exclude, as needed, questions in Phase 2 and/or Phase 3 based on yes/no questions in Phase 1 (i.e. 1. Do you have Product A? y/n; 2. Do you have Product B? y/n).As I see the logic jumps right now, if I need to exclude Phase 2 based on the Product A question, I cannot then ask the following question regarding Product B. The only rule I can establish would be that if Product A question is “no,” jump to questions after the related content. But there is no option to also tell the rule to also move on to the next question.I guess it’s sort a weird parallel thing that might not be able to function?

Hey! Can I get some help with Pipedrive integration?How do you pull through the name of the form onto a deal in Pipedrive? We have many typeforms integrated into our Pipedrive and we need to know which Typeforms people are coming from. We are getting the clients into the CRM (pipedrive), but we currently can't tell what form they've filled out - from which form they entered the funnel. We have created a customer field for it, but we don't know how to make it automatically show which form the client filled out. Thank you
