Typeform conversations

Hola, llevo días con errores cada vez que edito la conexión con mailchimp para indicar la etiqueta que tiene que poner en ese formulario y demás. Me sale una página que dice “algo salió mal”. Y no hay forma de poder terminar el trabajo. ¿Alguien puede ayudarme?-- Google Translation -- Hello, I have had errors for days every time I edit the connection with mailchimp to indicate the label to put in that form and so on. I get a page that says “something went wrong.” And there is no way to finish the job. Can anybody help me?

Hi,could anybody help me with the following issue.I updated the meta link image a week ago. Still the correct image is not being shown when I want to share the typeform on LinkedIn. It still shows our old logo, which obiously we don’t want to share anymore:) 

I recently upgraded to the Grow plan and added more slides to my VideoAsk. Now I am getting a permissions error on my iOS/Mac devices when I copy the embed code to my website. Would anyone know how to fix this? 

The integration was working fine and then stopped. Of course it happened right before 200+ forms got submitted. Now I don’t know what to do. I have 300+ forms in airtable, and 500+ total in typeform. If I delete the integration and redo it - will the table be amended? What happens?

The new Lead Qualification tool is really neat but it would be nice to be able to edit the questions it suggests. Any chance this is in the works? 

Hello,excuse my bad english, I’m French (nobody’s perfect (;-) )here is my problem.I, as a service provider, design the form my customer modify the wants to modify the dropdown content of the form using a csv or googlesheet or whatever spreadsheet, without having access to my form. The customers of my customer, fill the form with the dropdowns tuned by my customer.and everybody is happy using Typeform.This feature would help a lot to give a new dimension at Typeform, it would be tunable withou acces to the formI.E.Imagin, I am a tour operator with many sales officesI want to provide my sales offices with forms for reservation and sales of travelsI have a csv published with these datas:Destination Day number to sell link Paris Monday 34 www.foo1.com

Hey fellas, is it possible to receive multiple selections on a dropdown? We have about 500 different “options” to chose. People can search and select - thats great. But i want them also to access multiple choices! Any ideas? best whises, Simon

How can I determine which of our organization users created a survey? I’m looking for a field such as ‘Created By’. 

Hi, I believe I used to be able to specify that multiple choice answers appear in two columns or maybe it did it automatically when a multiple choice answer had lots of choices. However, the answers are no longer appearing in two columns. Is there a way to specify the multiple choice answers should appear in two columns? Thanks!

Hi, I was running a survey from my free account and when I was close to reaching my 10 responses per month allowance, I received multiple emails saying:“Your typeforms will automatically close to new responses if you reach the limit before this date.”and“If you need more monthly responses, you'll want to upgrade your plan.” So, I upgraded my plan. Now, in my paid plan, I have lost my original survey and all the data. How can I get it back?

Hi, I have a requirement to download all the responses from a Typeform survey. I am currently using the requests library in Python to fetch these responses. I am currently using the 'before’ param to continuously fetch all the responses, but this is taking a lot of time when there is a lot of responses ( around 2 mins for 14000 responses, in batches of 1000.) Added my existing code below if that helps.Is there any way to speed up this process by calling multiple response pages simultaneously, this would require knowing the exact token every 1000 tokens though I assume. I have already searched through older posts to see if I can find answers, but nothing I’ve found seems to quite fit what I’m trying to do. The thread that came closest is 2 years old, and the options suggested by the best responder, no longer exist.I have created a quiz that contains 5 Question Groups, each containing a different number of questions. I’d like the scoring for each group to be individual, and not integrated into a total. The scoring for each Question Group respectively would indicate the need for a specific nutrient, but I would like my readers/clients to not have to take 5 separate quizzes, as the nutrients are of the same category.  I

How can I delete the Slack integration in my Follow Up action? I used to have my Slack integration under Connect, but removed it so that I could add it in a Follow Up, but the Follow Up path doesn’t work as it can only be used once. So I want to reconnect Slack in the Connect section again. But it’s greyed out because it’s still loaded in Follow Up, but there is no way to *remove* the Slack integration from my Follow Up –– seems like a bug. I revoked access, but there is no red trash bin to delete the Slack action, so it remains unaccessible in Connect. Help!!

One that is pre-screening and the other post-screening. Is it possible to carry out a comparative analysis of the two questionnaires? Thank you for your help!

 Hi! I am currently working on a form and one of the questions involves selecting a moodboard from various options. However, I am encountering an issue with the size of the images; they appear too small even using “superzise option”. I have already considered adjusting the size of the images before uploading, but I wanted to inquire if there are any specific recommendations or features within Typeform that could help me enhance the visibility of the moodboard images. I Installed Type Forms for Salesforce Package in salesforce. I Connected Sandbox with type Forms and Set up Everything but Still i am  not able to See type forms in sandbox.

Hi, In the form we ask for the submitter’s name, and mark this question as required and even say that they need to fill this. Whenever we try, it does work and we need to fill something to continue the form. However, in the published version we get result with an “-” from this field. This specific question for the name I added later to the form. Could that be a reason? The link to the form is updated and cannot be the reason.  Thank you!

Any tips or tricks for getting technical/customer support when it is urgent? Submitted ticket this morning and got an automated response but need it resolved by tomorrow.

It won't let me open any form and says form has formatting issues and we cannot open it?

I am new to Typeform and would like to find out whether a little bit like Google Analytics or Bit.ly we are able to get the traffic source with Typeform when people visit a form and start completing it?
