Hello! I am brand new to the Typeform community and I tried my best to find this answer in message boards but I did not have much success. I am curious if it is possible to request facebook information from someone in a form so that i can send them messages in Facebook? I work at a school and when folks apply for a school place it is much more natural to reach out to them on Facebook rather than with email. Do you know if this is possible?

Based on accessibility to help user with blindness we need to add an attribute to survey button. I’ll try to explain my problem as clearly as I can.I have built a leadership style (personality quiz).There is a total of 13 possible styles. The end result will be the style with the highest cumulative score.I have created a variable for each of the 13 styles. Rather than having 13 answers for each question (!), I have narrowed down the answers to 5 possible options. Each answer is associated to 2 or 3 leadership style.Based on the selected answer, 2 or 3 leadership styles get 1 point. The others get 0.As respondents go through the questions, some of the leadership styles get points (while others don’t).At the end of the quiz, each of the 13 styles has a score (saved in variables). So… How do I retrieve and compare the scores of the 13 styles? And how do I select the highest score from the variables, so I can trigger the right End Screen? Thanks for helping me resolve this.

Hi ! It seems gtag.js codes are sent from typeform and this is duplicating sessions. Can you please tell how to remove the gtag.js sent from the api ? Thank youLaura

Hello, I am Ray, the Growth Manager for an educational app service.We are planning to conduct a survey within the app for our users, and I have two questions related to this matter. Can we embed Typeform as a modal within the app? I tried searching for it, and it seems to be possible, but I wanted to confirm with you. I am curious if we can integrate the data from this survey with PA tools such as Mixpanel.  Thank you!

I took hours to get the logic set up perfectly and days after it randomly just deleted everything and messed up!! Is there any way to revert or see any history to go back to how it was set???

Everyone in this community wants Typeform to have the functionality that only people whose ID has been previously uploaded can respond to a survey or a form. It is very useful when an employer wants to ask questions to their employees and prevent third parties from answering, only those who are previously loaded or "uploaded" into the system.

I don't have a notification option in my typeform and don't receive an email if it has been completed. can someone please help me out? 

Hi! I may ramble because I truly don’t know what i’m talking about. This is what I am looking for in a perfect world:A quiz for my ecommerce store that gives specific product recommendations. I want it to be very tailored and give customers exactly what they need. It’s hair products, and we have, say, 100 products on the site. I am looking for something that FILTERS through all of our products based on the answers to the questions so the customer is only left with the products that are suitable for their particular combination of answers. So, for example: If someone has curly, dry, damaged hair, by the end of the quiz I want all of the products for curly, dry, damaged hair to show up for them.I’ve tried a few quiz builders and I really like typeform, but my issue is the “outcomes” need to be set. I need to make the page with the products on it that someone gets as their outcome, and since I can’t make 1 million different combinations of answers to the questions, I’m wondering if there’

We ask our users if they wish to allow cookie based tracking and if they reject it we wish to disable any reporting to GTM. How can I achieve this with TypeForm?

We need nearly 1000 fields to use,I want to add a new fields with Update API or Create API.Is it possible with the API? 

I setup a survey with payment and the email address entered isn’t being sent to Stripe. It worked the first time I tested it and Stripe sent an automated receipt to the email address but then it then stopped working and I can’t figure it out.Is there an issue with the Stripe integration? or am I missing something?

Hi there,  I see a couple of opportunities to improve the accessibility of TypeForm forms.  Allow users to adjust the color of placeholder text.   I haven’t found any templates that have placeholder text with sufficient contrast.   The new address fields have an accessible name that doesn’t match the visible name.  For example, the Address field has an accessible name of “Enter your street name and number”.  Users that use speech to text will not be able to access the Address or Address 2 fields.  See WCAG 2.5.3 Label in Name.    I’d like to use TypeForm to request information from students, but I need to make sure it’s accessible.  Would you consider the above?

The problem is that after respondents complete the form, they are being redirected to a different URL than the one that was configured in the "Redirect to URL" option. The URL they are being redirected to includes the parameter "typeform-source," which was not included in the original configuration.I have already checked that the configuration in the "Redirect to URL" option is correct and that the parameter "typeform-source" is not included there. It was supposed to redirect to the following URL:I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and let me know what may be causing this problem. Please, let me know if you need any additional information from me to help resolve this issue.

It looks like typeform only integrates with the old GA that uses UA tags.We are using the new GA4 that uses G tags, example, G-0YN2QJJKEG. Its not accepting this.Is anyone aware of this issue and can it be solved?

Hej,I just want to share a case : yesterday I get an error “{"code":"unauthorized","description":"failed to verify authentication"}” when I tried to set a webhook on a form.So I get crazy with token authentification and all that but at the end I discovered that the form’s ID I gave was missing a letter, so the form didn’t exist.I think the error code and message could be improved in this case maybe a 404 or 400 with “form does not exist” , “wrong form ID” or idk. Thanks for reading me,Regards,

Hi all !I’m sorry if it’s a noob question, but I wonder if there is a simple way in the admin interface to set an URL where the form’s responses will be sent please ? I mean something like a WebHook, but without doing it through the WebHook API ?One URL by form or maybe one global URL ?So the process would be : Everytime a typeform is answered, all the responses (the same payload as in WebHooks) are sent to the form’s URL* or a global URL and then my URL will parse the JSON data and retrieve which form is answered, get the responses, hidden files and so on ? Thanks for your answer !

Hello,I am publishing a survey where people should be able to upload some mandatory files (PDF mostly).I am familiar with the Typeform API (Responses and Webhooks).I want to retrieve all the answers, with the files, through the API and upload them on my server, thus i have two questions :How long are the uploaded files in responses kept on Typeform ?I see that through the webhook, i can retrieve the URL of the files : (e.g  "file_url": "https://api.typeform.com/responses/files/11f427717781XXXXXXX372c2daaf6e159e7128171e5a5/arthur_team.jpg"),  which seems okay.However, when i read this API, https://developer.typeform.com/responses/reference/retrieve-response-file/ In this call, I can’t understand  all the parameters and no example are given. What is meant by “response_id” ?https://api.typeform.com/forms/{form_id}/responses/{response_id}/fields/{field_id}/files/{filename}And how are we supposed to know the filename (which is the name of the file given by the user), unless we already have
