Your typeform results

I am looking into our insights on TypeForm and all I can see are the high level stats.  If I upgrade will I only get insights going forward or will I have access to the historical details as well?  If I have historical details how far back can I see information? 

In my generated report, specific questions are left out of PDF export or print even though they are not hidden online. Specifically, two matrix questions and open ends. Any ideas?

I have recently created a typeform to log expenses. At the moment, when someone completes the form, I get an email notification to Outlook with the responses, which I then save as a PDF and upload to our accounting software Xero. Would it be possible to have the email notification automatically include the typeform responses as a pdf? I’ve looked into Zapier integrations for Xero but it comes at an additional cost which I don’t have the budget for. Basically, I’m looking for a way to do this in a relatively simple way without paying for anything additional!

The goal of my Type Form quiz will be to encode a string of letters based on the answers selected. The means of calculating the string is nontrivial and requires code. Is there a way to process a user’s answers with a python script for example, then produce a resulting string in the end page? Ideally, the user is able to get their string seamlessly as they finish the quiz without having to wait for an email or externally.

I have a simple ten question, multiple choice quiz we’re going to use on iPads at a trade show. I have it set up to score each individuals responses on the End page of the quiz (“8/10” for example). Is there a way to also feature a screen that shows the running tally of the outcomes to all the quizzes completed? Hi everyone,I noticed that Typeform strips diacritic characters from Hubspot’s “First name” and “Last name” personalization tokens.This is a received Hubspot mail. This is the first question in Typeform  After survey completion, the contact’s Last Name token was updated in Hubspot without the diacritic characterIt happened for all contacts that had diacritic character (č,ć,š,ž,đ) in their First name or Last name. Any tips or suggestions on how to resolve this?Thanks.

(DE,FR,IT)Our answers are mostly (good, balanced and bad)We’ve gonna import the exported .csv File into another analytics software, so the same answer would be great.Right now answers on the exported files mean the same, but shows in an other language.Is ist possible to customize the answers for the export? Like: good =1, Balanced=2, Bad=3Or is it really like: exact this answer you’re setting up = the exported answer.

Hi All, we have recently completed an ambassador intake for our brand. We have filtered through all the responses and added approved and declined tags.This has taken weeks to complete, now I am finding it will not allow us to export the Approved and declined applications separately, is there something I am missing? 

Hi,  I created a two-question survey (https://55nemccq16q.typeform.com/clothing1) and connected the survey to Google Analytics. There’s a branching logic in the survey - after a user answers Question 1 (multiple choice), they could be redirected to Question 2A, 2B or 2C (all picture choice questions) depending on the answer in Question 1. I was able to see the number of events for Question 1 in Behavior > Events > Top Events in Google Analytics but not for Questions 2A, 2B, 2C. there are definitely views and responses for Questions 2A, 2B and 2C because i see responses in Typeform results. Does anyone know what’s wrong?

I've been using typeform for a while now. But I am considering looking for an alternative. I have the problem that the Typeform and Pipedrive integration is not very good.Here is my desired situation. I'm willing to give a reward for this.I create a deal in Pipedrive.This contains master data of the customer.When the customer has approved the quotation, a project is automatically created.When the deal is won or a project is created, I have an automation that sends pipedrive an email with information and a link to the typeform form.I would like fields to be auto-populated in this form when the customer opens it.But now the most important:When the customer fills out the form, I would like the deal or project to be completed with details from the form. But also that the form is linked to the deal / project as an attachment.I can't figure it out via zapier and the direct integration.Who o Who can help me?

Hi, Is it possible for participants who complete the questionnaire to download their own answers in a file (preferably PDF file)?We only know that participants can send the answers to their email but these answers are not saved in a document.  Thanks in advance!     

Hello, This is my first time using typeform and I am wondering a few things. The response limits, is it per acc or per form limit? Besides that, I had read an article on downgrading/cancelling a subscription plan, which will take effect on the next billing. But, what if I suddenly realized that the subscription I originally chose is insufficient and I urgently need to upgrade the response limits. If I were to upgrade it, will the upgrade be applicable right away, or only on the next billing? In such cases, what would be advised? 

I edited my existing lead gen typeform to use the new contact info feature where in one question you can get the persons name, phone, and email and deleted my old questions where i individually asked name, phone number and email, but that deleted all contact info data from old typeforms respondents :( I need that data for lead gen for my business and now I have no way of knowing the name, phone, or email of prior applicants that filled it out. Anyway to get those back?
