How do I limit the number of people that can sign up to an event?  

I started creating my research survey in Google Forms but now I want to migrate it to Typeform however I’ve found Typeform to be very restrictive in dealing with long intro text (min is currently 410 words in Google Forms). I need to explain the survey to people and tell them what it’s for, how their responses are being used and communicate the value of them taking part. I can’t create a seperate landing page to communicate all of this, I just want everything self-contained in Typeform. How would you do this? And do you have any links to any examples? Typeform also doesn’t seem to render numbered bullets in the preview either.

I’m using a score quiz to determine which holiday would be suitable for a prospective customer based on their interests (we’re a travel company). The form’s ending displays the recommended holiday and then uses a button to redirect to a new form for contact details etc. I’m just wondering why the Ending pages are soooo basic. You can only have a little bit of text and an image, nothing else. It’d be very useful if there was more control over the design of ending page, such as a range of images or like a drag and drop designer (like you get with basic html design). I hope this will made in an upcoming update.

I’m trying to make a questionnaire sort of thing, and I need to collect 100 answers. But I would like to set up a quota for one of the questions we have. So for example it’s like “which colour do you prefer?” then I need 50 people to pick ‘A. red’ and 50 people to pick ‘B. green’.  Once we have 50 people answered ‘A. red’ the quota is fulfilled and any more people answering this would go to a ending page instead of going through into the next question. Same for ‘B. green’, once I have 50 people, I don’t need more green-prefer people to continue to the next question.  Anyone know how to do this in Typeform? Cheers,Q 

I have a multiple choice question where it has three options. X, Y and Z. I want to construct a logic such that when the respondent selects X he is only shown the questions from X in the question group.

but no access. what can I do?

Is there a way to have two different ‘then’ actions in a logic step? For instance if a certain question matches a condition, I would like to set a variable flag and ALSO jump to a different question than responses that don’t match the condition. Currently I have to add my condition twice.. Once to replace the variable value, and again to jump to a different question.   This seems really clunky and redundant.

Hi, can anyone help us t force users to answer questions before being able to move on.  We know we can make a question ‘Required’, however this doesn’t stop the user skipping the question and only flags the issue when submitting.  We are trying to build a flow where we force the user to answer each question when they are scheduled in the flow. Any help appreciated.

All of our Typeforms have stopped working! We aren’t receiving responses to our email and they’re not syncing to any of the Google Sheets. We receive many enquiries every day so it’s really important we get everything back up and running soon! I’ve logged into Typeform to try and see any new responses that way but have been thrown out several times with an error message. 

I have no Logic Jump icons anymore as described in the help videos.  They’re simply not there.  I have the Essentials package which includes unlimited Logic Jump capability. Anyone else with this problem?

Hi I’m currently running a course over 4 days with a maximum number of 10 per day that can attend. Is there a way I can have a date close off when it is fully subscribed? At the moment my form has a dropdown option that allows the candidate to select the course they wish to attend. From there they go to another dropdown that has a list of dates available. I need for the dates to be inaccessible once a max of 10 is reached?

Because I dont get the data from the user I need to break up my forms. Can i use data from form 1 to populate form 2 on a per user basis?

Alguien sabe hacerlo?  --Google Translation --I want to ask a question with multiple choice answers but at the end leave a box for the user to fill in with information, to write the information and not to indicate "other" as an option. Does anyone know how to do it?

Hello,I am almost ready to move forward with our first Typeform (quiz). However I have 2 issues that I cannot seem to get to the bottom of.1.) On the question page, after the question, there should be 2 options (yes or no). However, there is a white box at the bottom that states “ok” under each page. Can this be removed? There should only be two options, yes or no. It seems confusing to also have a box that says “ok”2.) On a statement page in the button tab, it wont display the correct phrase included in the button. For example, if I change the text to “This sounds amazing” and publish, it still shows “submit” when I view for testing. Any idea why the text in the button doesn’t appear to save and defaults to “submit”?Thank you for your help!!Danielle

Is it possible to change text color of the button? If I choose button background color as white, the text color becomes grey automatically, and I would like to assign a specific color to it. Thanks for your help!

I am making a survey that accompanies a physical museum. I would like to know if the users like the different activities in the museum. However, users can do activities in any order, so I’d need for users to be able to choose the group of questions/activity that they are answering, and then come back to the beginning to chose the next activity. Is there any way to do this ?Is there any way to send automatically to the ending when all questions are answered ?  Thank you !!

Hi,I want to use TypeForm to build a fun calculator for customers that will show them the pricing difference between our artificial flowers and their flowers for a wedding.Basically, it would ask them how many bouquets they need, how many centerpieces, then do basic multiplication to show a result.So for example:How many bridesmaids bouquets do you need? How many corsages do you need? Do you need a bridal bouquet?Then at the end, based on the quantity selected in questions 1 and 2, and then if they said yes or no in question 3, it would multiply: Bridesmaid bouquets needed times Artificial price per bridesmail bouquetReal flower boquuet needed times real flower bouquet price etc and show the result.Easiest way to do this?

Hi! I was curious if anyone knew whether or not you get someone’s answers to your survey if they abandon it before the end? Or because they don’t finish, you won’t see their results?Would love to know if it’s feasible and if I need to do something specific to be able to do this.  Thanks so much!!

I am planning to create a form that will be made accessible to anyone. I want to show on the welcome page a specific information: timestamp of when it was lastcompleted and who completed the form. Is this possible?

Hi,I am new to Typeform and would like to use it for my business. Specifically, I would like to integrate typeforms into the websites of my clients. Also, I would like them to be able to collaborate with me on the typeforms for their businesses. Let’s say I integrate an application form into the website of one of my clients. Can I invite them to my workspace and will they then be able to edit the typeforms I made even if their account does not have a paid subscription? Thank you in advance!

Hi all :)I have many questions that start with “List your top 5 ….” and I’d like to present the responder with a list of 5 blank one line text boxes for them to create a list. Is there a list question that can do this?At the moment I’m using a text box but one text box after another ends up being too boring and mundane for people.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated :)Thanks?

Hi all,Is there a way that I can view the finished look of a specific question (ie. in presentation mode) instead of having to start from the welcome screen all the time?I’m looking for the power point’s equivalent of playing the slideshow from the current slide and not from the start.
