Hello, I built a survey 3 months ago for a project and then our subscription expired. We have just renewed and I want to send the same survey. However, I cant find any trace of the old survey in the account. Can it be restored? thanks for any help, -Duncan

Hi! Using Typeform to help users establish a quote, the form starts with a multiple choice questions (A,B,C,D) which then branches out to a series of questions, specific to either A, B, C or D. As the user may need A&B or B&C&D, multichoice is enabled. However managing the 15+ combinations of A&B&C&D, A&B&C, A&B&D, A&C&D, A&B, B&C, etc. is a heavy task, and each branch needs to be duplicated multiple times, which means that maintaining this after will be even more of a burden.Is there a way to group questions in each of the branches, and have them editable separately, which means that editing branch A would affect all occurrences of branch A in this form?The ultimate objective is for the user selecting A&B&D for example, to be asked to fill in all questions from branch A, then all questions for branch B and then all questions from branch D.Thanks!

Question - i’m setting up the payment method on typeform - however, it’s only allowing me to set a fixed payment price as opposed to the total score.  I swear i was able to set the payment to the total score last year.

Hi everyone, I am on the Basic Typeform plan and I am about to send NPS survey. I can’t use redirects and partial submissions poit because of the plan restrictions. Is there  a way to still collect first question responses? I have 4 questions in total and will be embedding the survey to the email, so as soon as someone clicks the score on the email, it needs to be recorded regardless if they finalise the survey. Appreciate your help! Thank you!Lina

How do I randomize choices while fixing position of certain options?I have created a question in which I want to fix one option position and randomize all other options. Not able to do that. Please suggest how to do that

 How many conditions can you set up for one question?  I have a registration form for an online course.  I have a question called "coupon code". I'd like for them to not be able to proceed if they don't use the right coupon code.  I think I can set up a condition and use "or" and keep setting up conditions.  Is that the best way and how many conditions can you use for one question?   I have over 100 different coupon codes.  (I license my course to businesses for their employees and give a unique coupon code to each business for their employees to use).Once they fill out the form on I use zapier to send info to certain Google sheets depending on coupon code and also a zap that registers them for my thinkific course.  Right now, if they use the wrong coupon code, the zap still runs and logs them into thinkific and they do not get put into the correct Google sheet. 

Hi! I have built a "scavenger hunt" on Typeform. It's working amazing, but we have one glitch I can't seem to solve. We have a couple of places where our players need to take a photo and upload it. That function is working fine, but my concern is if they get booted off the app or accidentally close it, they may have to start over again, which they won't and then our event host will probably have a stroke. The WEIRD thing is that in some places the app keeps the picture that was taken and uploaded, even when I refresh the page or sign out and then sign back on. But in other places we have them take and save a pic it doesn't save. Why is it working in some places and not all of the times we ask them to upload a pic? What magical setting did I accidentally stumble upon for the ones that are saved? HELP!! 

I have created a form with multiple questions each with their own logic conditions that, if satisfied, will progress to another page containing a recommendation. If not, the form progresses to another page by default containing its own logic conditions, etc.This means the respondent could end up clicking through multiple pages before they are directed to the relevant recommendation page.Typeform has recommended I add all logic conditions in a single question to avoid multiple click throughs. But when I try to do this it adds the logic in odd places and doesn’t follow the natural sequence currently accommodated by using multiple questions to house the logic.How do I insert all logic conditions (4 sets) in a single question so they don’t lose their direct connection with relevant recommendation pages? 

Is it possible to set the default for all new questions to be required? It’s tedious (and error-prone) to have to go through every question and click it. I appreciate that it’s not recommended, but the sort of recruitment surveys that we do are useless if they haven’t answered every question, so I’d rather be able to apply that as the default and turn off if needed.

Dropdown choices are not showing properly (see below). It seems to be an issue with Safari as it’s OK with Firefox. Any suggestions or should I just ask people to use a browser other than Safari?

I want to do one click signups for a newsletter crossposting. People should only click the link in my partner-newsletter, then via hidden field I get the email adress, and they are lead to a thank-you page.Is this possible with typeform or will they always have to click submit?

Hello. I am trying to use hidden fields to feed links to the form, so that the users can complete a certain procedure on that site and then come back and answer whether they need additional help. Using a redirect directly prevents me from asking the user whether that solved an issue they had.  My problem is, that when I do feed a link through a hidden field into a statement question, the link is displayed as plain text (not a clickable link). Using a text variable with a URL as starting value works though.Explanation: These links must be fed to the form using hidden fields, since they point to different sites with the similar procedure.  Q1: Is there a way to set a variable’s initial value to that of a hidden field?Q2: Do I need to format my link within a hidden field some type of way for it to not be rendered in a <span> element, but rather as a link?Q3: Is the only way to achieve this through a redirect question and thus losing the ability for the follow-up questions after the

I know how to add a discount code by adding a “If = xyz @ price x 0.9” rule to the logic for example. But if I have 100 discount codes, is there no better way than clicking “If = a” OR “If = b” OR … 100 times? It also seems I would need to do it twice, since one logic rule governs the price variable and a different one governs jumping (I would like to show a different screen if they put a valid code).

Hi everyoneI hope you can help me overcome a challenge I have in setting up a form that requires conditional direction to a specific page in a form based on the relationship between 3 scores.I have three variables (variable 1, variable 2, variable 3) each with its own calculated score.I want to define logic that allows me to point to a specific recommendation page based on the outcome of the scores as follows.Recommendation 1 if the value of Variable 1 score is < the value of Variable 2 score AND the Variable 3 score is in the range of 80% - 89%.Recommendation 2 if the value of Variable 1 score > the value of the Variable 2 score BUT the Variable 3 score is at least 90%.Recommendation 3 if the value of Variable 1 is < the value of Variable 2 score BUT the Variable 3 score is 50% or less.Recommendation 4 if the value of Variable 1 is > the value of the Variable 2 score AND the Variable 3 score is 50% or less.

Hi, I’d like to enable my customers to add additional quantities of each of my plant starts on my order form. So far, I’ve tried adding the ‘number’ question following my ‘picture choice’ question, but I have been unable to:allow for increment quantities for multiple choices at the same time reflect the new total with my calculator limit quantities based on my inventory which I track in Google Sheets.Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a better way of doing this? Thanks!

Hi, Is is possible to widen the matrix question box (the blue box area) so that respondents don’t have to scroll sideways when presented with more than 4 options? There is a risk that some respondents may not see the extra options if they don’t notice the scroll bar. Thanks, Sergi.

Hi,Right now all form results/submissions are sent to us (Follow-ups → Notify myself) with “Typeform” as the name, which is both disorrienting and messes up our systems.Is there any way we could set the “First Name” and “Last Name” as the sender?Thank you

I looked up how to make a new form on a free account and it said just simply click on the button on the top left corner that says create a new form. But mine does not have that button! Please help!

For some users no matter from a  phone, ipad or laptop, after filling in question 12 the form loops back to question 5 instead of going to question 13. what causes this loop and how can i remove it?

Hi everyone,I set up a survey and in the preview I recognized that some words were different. E.g. I wrote ‘why did you...’ and in the preview it says ‘when did you...’. Also random letters were added here and there. I wrote ‘telegram’ and the preview says ‘telegramm’. I deleted the words that were changed and typed them in again but that did not solve the problem. Why does this happen and how can I solve it??
