I’ve never used Typeform before. When creating a quiz, can you add text to the slide alongside the product recommendation? I’d like to give customers more explanation as to why they are getting these choices.
I don’t have any calendly question in my form, why does this icon appears and how can I remove it?Thanks
Hi I can't find a way to change the background image on each question. Whenever I change the background image, it changes every page/question. I can't work out how to have different images
Hi there,I ask for clients date of birth in a factfind questionnaire. I’ve had instances where the client would input 2024 as the birth year. Is there a logic / rule that would only allow dates over 18 years to be input? Thanks
Is it possible to change the layout of the mobile version directly, independently of the layout of the desktop version? I have images that summarize my offer, that displays very well on the desktop version, and that do not render well at all on the mobile version. I wish I could place them differently for the mobile version.
Hello, I just recived the note “too many logic rules to visualize”.What can I do in order to continue building logic in my Quiz?
I accidentally published my first typefrom while I was still working on it...no big deal, since I can edit them after publishing anyway, right? Except I can’t find a place for published forms ANYWHERE in my account? It’s just gone. Where do I see my published forms? You’d think it would be easy to find them.
We are a custom shop that allows many modifications to our product under many categories. For every category, I have a multiple choice question, from which they can select either 1 or sometimes multiple answers, all of which may or may not have an upcharge associated with it. I am creating a “design your own” form through which customers can select their custom options submit, and then the form will send them an Email with how much the total will be, dependent on their choices. When using “Branches and calculations”, I can only use the @score variable, not the @price, unless I add a payment question. I do not want to receive any payments through typeform, just have it add up and send them an email with the selections they made and the total. How can I do this?
Hi Everyone,I am BRAND NEW to typeform. I have been tasked with creating a form that our clients fill out. Based on their responses, they would be put into specific “buckets” (similar to Meyers Briggs identifications).First, does Typeform have this capability? and second, are there any tutorials that would help teach the process?I appreciate any help or direction anyone can provide.Matt
Hi I have 15 questions and would like to have 5 questions randomly pulled from these for each quiz. Is this possible? What settings would I have to turn on for this?
I am unable to connect my stripe account. I have followed the steps to add the stripe payment to my type form but when I go to publish it takes me to the page to begin connecting to stripe, but it just stalls on the page saying that is waiting for authorization from stripe but never takes me to the page to input my stripe login information and connect the account. I get the loading wheel but it does not load….it stayed on that page for over 30 mins with no advancement. Please let me know how I can connect my stripe account to take payments with my type form. Thanks I have a stripe account already set up and I am currently using the Basic plan on Typeform. Thanks in advance for your support.
Hi,I’ve created a matrix for reporting eating habits and most users will likely select the same option for all conditions (in the example below it’s likely most users will select the “Yes” option for all).Is there a way to add a “select all” option saving the user from having to click on all 6 options?
If someone is disqualified from my form, how can I prevent them from doing it again and lying to get past the question?
I am in the process of trying to fix logic for an existing quiz that contains the following:16 Questions:Q’s #1-15 are all T/F and are assigning varying point values to 3 Main Types (T, A, G) Q#16 has 9 options (3 options per Main Type - T, A, G) to choose from w/ 2 points going to the Main Type - T, A, G.We need the highest point value to determine the result, Type T, A or G. Total points possible for the 3 types are as follows:T = 13 A = 18 G = 12However, tie-breakers need to go to the Type containing the response to Q#16.So, if Type T points = 9 and Type A points = 9, then we need the category of Q#16 (Type T, A or G) to determine the Type. If response to Q#16 falls outside of the two tied variables, then the tie-breaker could be handled by always sending to one Type or the other. If all 3 Types totals are tied, then the same rule of Q#16 would apply. If quiz taker submits > 11 False responses to Q #1-15, then we need Q #16 to determine the Type. The original logic seems overly com
Hi,If I have an invitation where you can register more than one person, can the sum of participants (not the number of Typeform registrations) be used when I set a response limit? (under Access & Scheduling)I would like my typeform to close once the limit of participants are reached. Would that be possible? 🤷♀️
Hi all, My type form on this site under “sign the commitment” : https://www.annemahlum.com/90daysalcoholfree/ won’t scroll down on a mobile device. Can someone please let me know if there is something I can do about this? Thank you so much!
I’m new here and can find most of the answers I need on my own, but this one has me stumped….I have created a 12 question quiz that sorts into 4 buckets and gives a short instant report for each. Everything cool so far, but I want to offer my calendly consultation screen but I don’t know how to set it up so it shows up after the instant report ending. Anyone know if that is possible, and if not, what would be the workaround. Thanks
Hi, I’m making a survey and I’d like to find a way to show someone some text if they answer NO to a question, then take them back to the survey. For instance, if a user selects “yes” they would move on to the next question. If they select “no” then they would get a blurb that says something “We’ll be reaching to talk with you.” Then they would move to a question a little further down on the survey.
Dear typeform community,I hope this message finds you well. I’m posting because I have a small problem. I am currently drafting a quiz for some of my employees on typeform. After each question, they get a small correction, explaining which answer was the right one and why.Problem is, with typeform, you can always go back in the form/ quiz, such as my employees will be able to answer the question, then see the correction and eventually go back to correct their answers. Obviously, this makes the test useless.Do you know if/how it would be possible to block this go-back / go-before function to avoid this problem ?I warmly thank you in advance for your kind answers.Brousse
I have two embedded typeforms. The first captures personal information and the second asks a series of additional questions. When the user submits on the first embedded form, I’d like to pass a hidden field to the other embedded form. How do I do this?
Hi! I’m learning my way with passing hidden fields between Typeforms. My hangup is this: now that I’ve successfully embedded the ‘sending’ form, how do I redirect it to the ‘receiving’ Typeform if I want that to be embedded on a different page within my site? The tutorial for passing hidden fields says to paste the receiving form URL in the sending form’s redirect--but this is a Typeform URL. I need it to be embedded on my site. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!
Hi. There is a page missing from my form when I publish my questionnaire. I just can’t figure out why.
Hey everyoneI am new to Typeform and I am looking to build an automated solution that will allow an experience like the followiingAccess the Typeform Shares their role which in effect takes to one of two branches of questions Both branches of questions, have 12 skills or questions groups with 2 - 3 questions The responses of the questions needs to be compared a scoring criteria and targets to generate a bar graph (x-axis: the skills, y-axis: score (with a target line based on your role selected) Once synthesized, a PDF report with the following is generated and sent to their email: Header indicating role picked The bar graph scoring based on the responses A list of the question groups, and within the following: Skill Name Question Your response Target response Based on their role, see a unique footer message Challenges at this point:How to build the logic and branching into the Typeform? How to ensure the data is going in a logical way to Sheets → Data Studio? (from @No
Hi! I’m a new guy in the block.I wanted to know if there is any way of filtering participants by using a specific email address domain. In other words, I would only like people with a certain “@domain.com” to be able to participate. It’s for a school thing and only people with email domains from the school should be able to participate in order to ensure the validity of the survey. Thank you in advance!
Hey everybody! I am hoping to use Typeform as a sort of matching engine. I’ve created a bunch of different variables (we’ll call them @a @b @c @d and @e) and assigned points based on the answers to various questions. At the end of my Typeform, I want to show users a screen based on the variable with the highest number of points. For example, if after the entire flow the variables are as follows:@a = 100@b = 40@c = 65@d = 30@e = 150 I want to show a screen that says something along the lines of “You ranked highest on @e!”.I have the points system all set up but can’t quite figure out how to do the ranking and spit out the corresponding end point. Any advice? Is this possible? Thanks so much in advance!
