Hi there, I’m creating a pick your own adventure typeform using the template - but 8 questions into the form, the choice label text which I have created for each question isn’t appearing underneath the images I’ve added. Does anyone know why? Is it due to my subscription? I’m on the basic plan Any ideas would be much appreciated - thanks!

Hi all, Is there any workaround to have the Stripe form embedded in Typeform, show a currency that is not yet supported by Typeform? Asking since Stripe supports a lot of currencies, out of which only a few are available in Typeform. (Specifically curious about RON / Romanian Leu) Thanks!Tudor

Hi, can you please help. I submitted a questionnaire and on preview all fonts are black (also when we tested on several phones and desktops), however, one respondent sent me an email with a screenshot where text as white color which made it unreadable. Why did it change? And how can I make sure that font color will stay black on every screen?

Hello! I’d like to be able to show welcome screen text, something along the lines of:“Welcome, <Your Name>!”The <Your Name> bit would be a hidden field passed through the embed SDK. However, if a name isn’t provided, I’d like the welcome screen to just show: “Welcome!” However, it doesn’t seem like this type of conditional logic exists in Typeform because of the following restrictions: There can only be one welcome screen You can’t assign hidden fields to variables This seems like a pretty common use-case and something that is deeply needed in Typeform.

Hey all,  I have created a form with 20 questions evaluated on a 5-point scale each. I then want to display the outcome SUM of all the scores. Here are the steps I went through:Attached a scoring to each value from 1 to 5 Then, created a variable: @variable_running_total In logic, for each question I added @score to the @variable_running_total Then, at the end screen I created a slide: your score is @variable_running_total / 100Okay, so, the max is 100, right? The min is 20, right?Why am I getting 210 when I put 1 for all the questions and 1050 when I put 5 for all the questions?!Please help! 

Hey All.  I have a question in a survey im trying to complete that i need to link in a different question. Im basically asking people to select items that they potentially are missing in the business. Then in another question i asked “Based off your anwsers in your previous question, which items does your business are potentially missing the most”. I basically want the anwsers from the first question to pop up on another question.  How do i do this?

Hello, I have this logic below and it gives me the “can’t skip or go to a different branch”.  I’ve read some other community questions but I can’t quite understand what is going on here. Anyone has any tips?

Am I being incompetent or can I not change the response type on the free plan? I would first of all like to create a form from scratch. Then I would like to be able to dictate the response (Multiple choice, short answers, mix of both). Surely the free plan should allow you to navigate and see whether the service is for you before commitment? Right now the free plan makes me think the service isn't what we'll be looking for.…Let me know if I'm just doing things wrong.

I subscribed myselt for the Infomoney Masterclass course, scheduled fpr today at 7:00hs pm. Then I was also asked to create the Typeform on my desktop (not only in mobile) as a condition for participating in the course. So I logged in to the form on my DESKTOP but it's not clear what needs to be done. I need to be solved this so I don't lose the course. Can anyone help me ?

Hi there! I have a great Typform, and it looks great from PC and from phone for many people! still one participant sent me this acreenshot of her seeing the letters in white bright color. Very odd because I see it in blue and black! How come? What do we do? I attach her screenshot here   

I saw a typeform where the description text or the text above a form looks like it’s typed in right now… like “live typing of the question”…  can I acitivate this feature? Oder how do I implement it?Thanks,Alex

If my customer enters their username in my “type your username” question, can I make an automation so that their address fills in my “type your address” question using logic? eg. if (answer) 1 is bob1 fill out 1 main street in (answer) 2 If so, can I put in 1000 addresses this way? If so, will this slow down my typeform? I’m assuming my solution does not work but I’m hoping my crappy suggestion for a solution explains my goal.  Do you have a good solution for my goal?  I know that I can automate their address in the data that ends up in google sheets but I’d like to show them their address in Typeform to give them the chance to edit their address if they are at a different location this time (it’s for my delivery service) Thanks  

hello everyone! I'm trying to make a survey, most of the questions are opinion scale, but i want to limit the participant to have answered the same answer for about 3 questions out of 10 questions.is this possible? if anyone can help me i would appreciate it

TypeError: Cannot set property 'properties' of undefined Am keen to purchase & now trying out the Import Questions function (most importanrt step to us, time-saving). Been stuck & unable to find solution on Help or Google. It’s a proper Google Doc format with MCQs neatly segregated.Need help to resolve this. Thanks all in advance. 

Is it possible to create this type of table in typeform?  I’ve tried using the Matrix, but it isn’t editable the way I’d like it to be.  

Hey everyone, right now I am using Google Forms with conditional notifications to forward the response based on the specific answer. Is it possible to the the same over Typeform. Here the context: Person X: responding to the form  Person Y: Receiving the answer and the information stated by Person X (based on a logic) Person Y however should only receive the answer based on a specific logic  Myself: making sure the right person receives the right information?I hope this makes a bit of sense how I explained it and I really hope someone can help me further! Thank you so much in advance! Best regards

Hi, I need a way to show services that are not chosen on a Multiple Choice (with multiple selection) Question to show as $0 for it’s subtotal when I’m showing the total cost of the order and the breakdown per service.Since a service not chosen technically has no number value, I believe that’s the issue with how I have my logic right now.Would appreciate ideas! Hi!Please, can anyone help me?Here’s my question: I want to create an online quiz with 10 different multiple choice question.I want to give different scores for each one of the questions I need to have a dashboard exclusive to the admin members, so they can see the ranking real time The quiz will be displayed during a two days meeting. The users should receive just one question at a time Once they respond to the question, they cannot see the following one. Each question should have it own url I do know that the simples solution would be to create 10 different quizzes with one question each, but that would mess the question 2 (the dashboard with a real time ranking….)Does anyone knows if it’s possible to do what I want?Tks a lot!!Best, Felipe

Looks basic but in a quizz sequence, I need to control the good responses in a multiplechoice button. I cannot find to make it works without complex logic control (if A an B, then, if not A and B, then..). Is there an option to indicate : option A is right, option B is false, option C is (also) right, etc.thanks
