Hi there,I am designing a simple card selection exercise, by which the user would select three (3) cards from a selection fo about 20. Based on the aggregate score, we can provide a description of the category in which the person’s score ended up and some recommendatios for improvement. My questions:Question 1: How can I associate a score with a card being selected? Would presenting a questions for their selected card 1 vs. 2 vs. 3 assist in this? and where could I then find this score associated with the individual image?Question 2: How could I use a variable to accumulate the aggregate score, based on the 3 cards they selected?Looking forward to your reply. Thanks
I want to embed a website url in a button. Can this be done?
Hello,Just started using Typeform and have just finished setting up a quiz.I would like for users to be able to review their right and wrong answers in one go after they have finished the quiz. Is this possible or can I only reveal the answer instantly after answering each question with a Logic Jump? Thanks,Oli
I’ve tried everything, and read/ watched numerous videos trying to get this to work. I have a simple form that requires a user to select 2 of 3 options: Hat, T-Shirt, Polo Shirt. User then selects 1 or 2 of the three items. Next they need to pick a size (Hats have 2 sizes; T-shirts have 4 sizes, and Polos have 5 sizes. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks in advance.
I am mapping Typeform and SF for our e-survey. The first 4 questions are First name, Last name, phone # and Email and I want to map them with the Contact object in SF. The rest of questions are actual survey questions and I want to map with the Support Survey object which is our custom object. In the Support Survey object, we have the “Contact” feild as below. However, when I am mapping these filed, I can’t see them on the pulldown list. How can I map them?(All questions I created under the Support Survey object are showing correctly.)Thanks!
I would like to be able to create logic that if someone picked an item that was in their top 3 selections that I would then take them to another question. My survey is asking people to list the services/ programs available in their area in order of importance. Things like Mental Health, Medical, Food assistance, Emergency Housing, etc. So, if they ranked something in the top 3, I want to take them to another set of questions. I’m trying to avoid “steering” the respondent in one direction or other unless they indicate a need.
I created a form with number field and set minimum 8, max 15 and then i entered value of 10 digits but the form throws warning saying “Please enter a number less than or equal to 15”
Hi all, Does anyone know if it’s possible with a multiple choice, randomised question to: Lock two statements together (i.e. so that they’re randomised as a pair), because they’re part of the same category and to split would cause confusion. Anchor statements to the bottom of a randomised list. E.g. in many cases I want an “Other” AND a “None of the above” option, and I want them both at the bottom. Thanks!

Hello. Is it possible for the user to enlarge an image in a form?
I have an onboarding survey and one of my questions for clients involves completing a table (image attached). I’m looking for a way to present the table inside a Typeform question that allows the customer to be able to edit their own data (highlighted fields in the image). So far I haven’t seen a way to do this, appears this isn’t supported, but maybe someone in the community has a work around? Thank you for any input!
Hello !Can you tell me why it’s very long to enter the rules in branching and calculation ! Every time I click, it takes 10 seconds for each click ! But just this fonction because if I work on the questionnaire is fast and my connexion is good!Is it a bug ? It’s not possible to work like this. The last time, already, when I opened my workspace, some questions disappeared like This ! I have this questionnaire since longtime, I don’t know how it’s possible to lose questions. I m not very satisfied 😔What can you tell me about the rules fonction (branching to be precise) Thanks
Hi, I am trying to create a quiz that asks a series of questions (say 15) with a few subsections within it (say 3). What I’d like to be able to do is assign variables for each of the sections, so a score is calculated for each section in the background. Following this, I’d like the ending to have a text response based on the score calculated for each of the subsections as well as the entire quiz. For example:Respondent 1Score of sub section 1: 6/10 Score of sub section 2: 8/10 Score of sub section 3: 3/10 Total score: 17/30The ending should look like:Your responses show that you need to work significantly harder in subsection 3, a little bit harder in subsection 2, and continue to remain as focused on subsection 1. Overall, you’re doing ok but there is room for improvement. Respondent 2Score of sub section 1: 5/10 Score of sub section 2: 2/10 Score of sub section 3: 9/10 Total score: 16/30The ending should look like:Your responses show that you need to work significantly harder in subse
Hi, I’ll like to have all my demographic question in just one screen, in order to avoid a lot of clicks. Can I do that?
I have a list of customers, and I created hidden fields in the link. How can I limit the link so that only the customers who were sent the link can view it? Any changes to the information in the hidden fields will be redirected to a predefined ending screen for that caseExample:You have a list of customers with unique codes: ["ABC123", "DEF456", "GHI789"]. You create a Typeform form with a Hidden Field named “unique_code”. You share the form with each customer by appending their unique code to the URL, like this: https://yourtypeform.typeform.com/to/abc123?unique_code=ABC123. You set up a Logic Jump in your Typeform form that checks the value of the Hidden Field “unique_code”. If the value does not match any of the unique codes in your list, the respondent is taken directly to the end of the form and cannot see or submit any responses. A customer tries to access your Typeform form by changing the value of the unique_code query parameter in the URL. For example, they change it to https:
[1] Typeform Original[2] New rating themeI would like to ask if there is any way to change the icon rating to a style that suits the theme that I want. For example: I want to change the image of the star in picture 1 to the style of the star in picture 2Thank you so much, Typeform
Hello, I am looking for a solution for the following situation. We are creating a “booking” form to collect some basic information, allow the client so select a time slot from Calendly, then present them with a thank you screen. The current issue is that we have 70+ locations spread across the world which all have different Calendly accounts. I was hoping you would have an option to inject a url https://calendly.com/{location}/30min?back=1&month=2023-08 into a page or the Calendly widget. I am aware of the option to redirect a user once they have completed a form however this does not meet our needs. I would like the user to select the time mid way through filling out the form. we also would like the user to stay on the page we have embedded your typeform on.
Can you add smiley faces to a ranking question instead of stars or thumbs?
There is a UI issue related to the Month Field as shown below in the image. The MM in the Month Field gets cut from the right. There is no way to validate if the date is less than or greater than the current date/ any date. These smaller details can be fixed without much efforts. Though the second one may take some time but it is a must have feature!Expecting it to be fixed soon!
Bonjour, Mon questionnaire comporte 7 thématiques pour lesquelles je souhaite obtenir un score. Donc je souhaite établir 7 scores pour ensuite additionner ces 7 scores qui donneront un total final. Comment procéder s’il vous plait ? Google translate:My questionnaire includes 7 themes for which I wish to obtain a score. So I want to establish 7 scores and then add these 7 scores which will give a final total. How to proceed please?
Hi there, I would like to know whether we can link two endings in the same output quiz. I am trying to create an output quiz where based on your answers you get a range of matches and then you choose one of the matches for your product recommendation as each answer of the 1st ending will be a 1 to 1 match with the 2nd ending. For example, in a “what is the best product for you” type of quiz you might have different questions and depending on your answers there might be 5 different products that match your answers. In order to create a 1 to 1 match, I might want to ask another question before the final ending that is based of the 5 matches. For example, “What is your favourite colour” or “What picture do you feel more related to” for a 1 to 1 match. I appreciate that is quite complex, but could it potentially be done? Thanks
Want to include a bunch of information back to your respondent in the notification email - but it has to be based on the ending to which they are sent? That’s easy enough to do in Typeform using the notifications feature. Let’s say you have collected the email and you ‘scored’ the responses from your user into High, Medium and Low. You want them to go to an ending specific to each result AND to get a custom notification email that gives them information specifically related to that ending. Sort of along the lines of this logic flow: In my simple flow, I have set up question 2 to ask the user which ending do they want (high, medium or low) simply to make this easy. Extend this as much as you want with earlier questions and scoring but the principles are the same. Here’s a look at question 2, in this example: The user goes to the corresponding ending and will receive the corresponding email. I set up the follow-ups for this to look like this:Each one has a trigger set - the first three a
i'm looking for a form that can ask a set of questions and then it provide different questions depending on the answer. for example, i want to ask questions on whether they are looking for websites, app development or software development. Depending on the answer they provide i would like different questions to be provided. Is this possible? If so which form needs to be used? Any further support is much appreciated
