I have a quiz that once answered puts you in a certain category of 5 different personalities type can this platform support that ?

Hello everyone, I created a survey to ask our customers about different statement. They can rate the statement from I totally disagree to I fully agree clicking on different smileys that I inserted through the Picture choice. When I know take the report of my data, the response in the Excel is however “I totally disagree” but should be just the number “1” to facilitate data analysis. Where can I substitute the phrase “I totally disagree” to “1” in the background so my customers can click on the I totally disagree smiley and when I export the data, I can calculate with the 1 and don’t have to substitute them myself. Second question: In the results the given order of the picture choice questions are not in the correct order (→ it says: I totally disagree, neutral, disagree,...). Why is it not in the correct way as they have the choices in the question How can I change that? Thank you for your help.  

I believe we're in need of a slightly different question type to those available, or perhaps I'm missing something.Essentially, we require something that resembles the 'Matrix' type with pre-formatted rows - i.e. 'Project 1;' 'Project 2;' 'Project 3' etc. - and columns - i.e. 'Type;' 'Location;' 'Size;' 'Cost' etc. - whereby participants of the survey can input a series of number variables within the available cells. Is there a solution for this?Failing that, my thoughts are that we could request a pre-formatted Excel/similar spreadsheet from survey participants using the 'File Upload' type, but we'd like to make said spreadsheet available to them within the survey itself, i.e. via a 'File Download' option. Is that something we're able to do? Open to suggestions.

Hi all, I’m trying to make my typeform shareable so that when a user completes the form, they can send it to friends. Is there a share feature here? This is ideal for the mobile user who can then quickly send the form via sms, whatsapp, IG, email etc. I’m picturing the share icon but will settle for a button or even a hyperlink. 

Hello everyone,Our company created a Typeform for a lottery where participants can win 3 prizes and have to fill the form with their personal information to register.The problem is that most people quit even before they start the form. I guess my question is, is there any criteria that you need to follow for the welcome screen and do you have any tips on how to make it more appealing in this context ?Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,I want a respondent to upload a picture and set certain marks on it (e.g. numbers from 1 to 10).So that the potential customer is able to upload a ground plan and mark certain elements on it.Is there a way to do this with an integration or via Zapier?Thanks :) 

The idea is to show to the user that they are on the waitlist. The waitlist number is the # of total responders who have filled the form. Currently, the typeform is connected to GSheets.

Hey everyone, I just created a survey. On the Welcome page I added my title, a subtitle and an image. Originally I wanted to insert the image below the subtitle, but this is not possible given the layouts (is there a way to insert the image below?). It looks very good on the preview. However, when I navigate to the "real" questionnaire, the image is much bigger than the text next to it, even though I have set the text to Large. Even if I reduce the size of the inserted image, the image is still the same size (apparently it adjusts automatically. How can I reduce the image so that it is not so big compared to the text? Thanks for any help.  

Is it possible to change the name of the “Other” option to something else? For example, I would like for the people who fill my survey to write their comments in the other option. Can I change the name Other to Comment?

Is there a way in typeform to have another Other option pop up, when a user filled existing other option. I have such use case, I would ask what sports you play and give you multiple choices with ‘Other’ option, some one might play two different sports that are not on the list and how would I get them fill their two options?

In a situation where we do not collect a user’s name/email (for instance, if we wanted their responses to be completely anonymous), how can we set up our Typeform so that it assigns each person a unique user ID and that unique user ID is passed along to Typeform/VideoAsk?

I am completely illiterate when it comes to the computer. I’m a credentialed Minister, as well as Paralegal, and Drug & Alcohol Counselor whose trying to start up a counseling business and at the beginning of this site you are given 3 options for creating a template. Hello,I’m wondering if there’s still no way to limit the number of seats available when selling tickets through Typeform?I know I can close the form after a certain number of responses, but most people will be buying more than 1 ticket. That means that unless I monitor the form very closely (which is impossible,) I could easily oversell the event.Is there no way around this? Seems like basic functionality if you’re selling tickets.

Hey Typeform Experts --  I want to recall prior answers as possible multiple choice answers for future questions. Is there a way to do that?  As a trivial example, let’s say that I have the following three questions with answers in [brackets].(1) What’s the name of your first child? [Max](2) What’s the name of your second child? [Sarah](3) What’s the name of your third child? [Jennifer] If I want to ask a fourth question, “Who is your favorite child?” that references as possible answers for the multiple choice: A. Max, B. Sarah, and C. I’ve created a quiz to ask what colours you have in your logo ()  I have it so that it says ‘if you have <black> in question 3 AND <pink> in question 4, it will take you to an ending that says ‘You have Pink + Black’. But the AND doesn’t seem to function, it bumped me to a different ending entirely.
