Questions and discussions about building your typeform

I’m creating a registration form for a car club. To enter, your car must be 25 years old or older. How do I write logic such that it does not accept a car that is newer than 25 years?
Who agrees with me that the phone question should allow the answerer the country of his phone company? I am in a city in Spain where 50% are tourists and my form only allows placing the flag and the indicative of Spain. I lose all the phone numbers of the other countries :=(
Does the character limit in Typeform include spaces? Â
I am having an issue where the progress bar of my form is being hidden beneath the question title when using a Question Group. The issue only appears on Desktop view (which is what my users will be primarily using). I’ve added some screenshots below.Example: Progress bar visible on mobile Example: Progress bar hidden on Desktop  Any solutions? I need the progress bar to be visible throughout the entire form.
I set up this automated email response and it works fine. The only weird thing is that it adds a weird code at the bottom that seems to be coming from nowhere? How do i delete this?
Hello! Maybe I’ve missed it, but I wondered if there was a nice way for a respondent to review their answers before hitting submit. We’ve got quite a long questionnaire and some respondents have issued feedback to say they’d like to review their answers before confirming them for us. Is that at all possible?
Hi, I’m looking to create a form that allows a user to pick within a scale from 1-12 with 4 statements throughout the scale. Is this something I can do with a likert form? For example, there would be a question and 4 answers, and then a scale form 1-12 along those 4 answers. I thought it might be a multiple choice with 4 choices, 1-3 for the first, 4-6 for the second, etc. But maybe it would work more like a likert scale. The result would need a score for the question between 1-12. There would be about 10 questions with 4 answers each, each with a scale of 1-12 for the answers.
Hi all,I hope you can help me. I can't seem to figure out how to position my text on the left side of the screen. Â
The phone field allows to select a default option for the country. Is there a way to detect dynamically which country the user is in, using a service like ipinfo.io, and update the select country, for the user not to have to select it before entering the local part of the phone number?
I have created a typeform to collect some data from some collaborators. After two weeks a couple of them have asked to update the data they sent.Is there a (smart) way to do this. Lets say, create a new typeform that shows the previous answer and let the user update the answer or fill in a new one? or similar.Right now the only answer I have is, “fill it again from scratch” and I will delete the first answerThanks in advance
I am trying to ask my customers to choose a favourite between two design for a desktop screen. The "picture choice” format does not seem right, as the images are very small, even with the "supersize” setting (see below). It seems there is no way for users to see the full screen images.I could also host the images elsewhere, but I do not find a good way to add clickable links in a choice question. This seems like a common use for forms. Am I missing something? How am I supposed to do this? Thanks!   Â
Has this issue been addressed yet? We are publishing quizzes with some DEI content that we want the staff to really think about their answer before they move on to the next one. We are hoping they are able to select one option of a multiple choice question and have the opportunity to make sure they have thought about it and then hit NEXT QUESTION, rather than it automatically advancing to the next question.
Hello,I want to make the payment form mandatory (unable to skip). How can I do that?Â
I am trying to embed a website into my typeform that will direct people to that site. Is that possible? Is it possible too embed google maps into tyepform?
Hello.I’m running into some challenges with the branching logic functionality and want to make sure I’m understanding it correctly. My typeform includes 10 opinion scale questions (scored 0-10), and 3 follow up questions to ask any time an opinion scale question is rated 8 or higher. My ideal flow for the logic would be to ask all 10 opinion scale questions and then ask the follow up questions that are relevant.BUT - it looks like this isn’t possible. From what I’m seeing, my only option is to ask the follow up questions immediately after each opinion scale question using an if / then… is this right?
I have a client that was given a copy of a typeform file - saved as an html file. They would like to import this file into their own typeform account, and then make a few modifications.  How can this be done?
I need a specific solution for typeform, without using too many external services to accomplish it. I really hope someone can point me in the right direction, as I could not really find the right solution on Google or here in the community. I want people to order (not pay) tickets for an event, and the event has various options that are in limited supply, and at the end people receive an invoice. Example:People can select one ticket: bronze, silver or gold. Each have a different price and limited availability. When they selected a ticket I want them to receive an invoice (quote) with the corresponding ticket price. When a ticket is sold X times, its out of stock and cant be purchased. What’s the best way to do this? Thanks for your time!Â
Hello! I am building an order form with 48 order part options. I want to make it multi select and ask the quantities of each item separately, but I am looking for a succinct way of connecting the logic of these without setting 47 different alternatives at each option. Currently I have sent the order form to just be a single selection and then mapped the selection to its corresponding quantity (you can see the live form here: https://coffeebeancreative.typeform.com/supersplit-part) What I was hoping to do, and couldn’t figure out, is if there is a way to hide a question selection on the basis of there not being a value selected on question 1. So for instance, is there a way for question 1 to automatically drive to question 2a, but if the criteria is not met (1a isn’t selected), so it automatically moves to 2b but if that criteria isn’t met (1b isn’t selected) it moves to 1c...and so on.
Hi,I’m planning to updgrade my account to Business Plan. But before that I have some few questions to ask :) 1. Does Typeform work in China? (Are the links blocked? Or were there any issues in the past?)2. Apart from China are there other countries that had any issues with Typeform?3. Does Typeform support Arabic language settings?4. I would first like to start with the Business Plan (up to 50,000 answers). But in the future am I able to change the plan to more than 50,000 answers in the middle of the month (during the business plan)?Â
Is it possible to create a RANKING question, but have ranking options in the drop down that reads custom copy like “First choice”, “Interested” and “Not Interested?"
Short text question is showing simplified Chinese under traditional Chinese setting, also the placeholder is not showing the correct message that what I’ve changed.Long text question is fully correct. Please fix this.
What options do I have if my typeform question asks the client to upload an image and they dont have one to upload. It doesnt allow them to move on to the next queastion without the image
I completed a survey but respondents are not able to answer the questions….?
I’d like to create a way for my clients’ employees to do the following:List their top responsibilities Rank them based on a love-dislike scale Rank them based on a great-bad skill level scale Compile that data and send to their employer (my client)
Hello,I love Typeform and would love to pull the trigger on purchasing full plan but if I can’t build the form/quiz I desire then I have to go to the competitor that can do it.I basically would like to recreate the OCEAN (Open, Conscientious, Extraverted, Agreeable, Neurotic) or aka, the BIG FIVE Personality Quiz in Typeform. This Typeform competitor already has a ready-made template available for recreation on it’s platform here: https://app.involve.me/template/big-five-personality-testIf somebody could point me in the right direction, that would be amazing!Thank you
