So there is this Support menu under “?” but it comes back with a chat box and consistently “Couldn’t load messages. Tap to retry.” So I tried the “Help Center” which is a collection of how-to’s which doesn’t help. The “Still got questions? Feel free to contact us.” link simply refreshes the Help Center page. There is no published support@typeform.com but I might try that as a Hail Mary.I am trying to report an inconsistency in the wording of the Access & Scheduling options which created a major issue for us but there seems to be no way to do that.
Hey
OverviewTypeform’s current cookie consent solution is very limited and self-contained. In this post, I’ll first talk about the issues with Typeform’s current cookie consent solution, and then provide some suggestions that can help, like integrations with other cookie consent solutions like Cookiebot.Current Problems First, let’s say someone visits your website, and you already use a cookie consent solution like Cookiebot. When they first visit, they’re presented with a cookie banner and they accept all cookies. After exploring your site, they arrive at a page with an embedded Typeform quiz (which has it’s own cookie consent functionality set to ‘on’) and decide to take it. In this scenario, they’re asked for cookie consent again through the Typeform embed. That just doesn’t make for a clean user experience since the differing cookie consent software (the one used on the website vs. Typeform’s built-in one) don’t talk to each other or recognize cookies have already been accepted or deni

I'm considering a competing software with TF.This software allows me to ask customers text questions but get them to reply with video through short but multiple questions. Is this possible in TF? thanks.Aftab
Hi Typeform team and community,I’m building an educational resource site that helps students explore different engineering disciplines. For example, we’ve recently published in-depth guides such as: Is Mechanical Engineering Hard? Is Civil Engineering Hard? We’d like to use Typeform surveys to collect student feedback on how useful they find our articles, and to better understand where learners struggle most (for instance, in choosing between disciplines).Could anyone suggest best practices for: Embedding Typeform surveys directly within content pages without slowing page load speed? Tracking responses from specific pages (e.g., mechanical vs civil) for analytics? Ensuring GDPR compliance when collecting feedback from EU visitors? Would love any integration or workflow advice from others who have used Typeform for education-focused content platforms. Thanks in advance!
At LuvSMM, one of India’s top SMM Panel platforms, we continuously look for ways to simplify user interactions, improve customer experience, and gather valuable feedback from our users. We recently started integrating Typeform into our SMM workflows to enhance communication and performance tracking. Here’s how Typeform helps us deliver better social media marketing services:1. Onboarding & Feedback CollectionWe use custom Typeform surveys to collect feedback from users after every SMM service order. This allows us to track satisfaction, identify issues, and improve service quality.2. Lead Generation & Support FormsInstead of using traditional forms, Typeform helps us create engaging and interactive forms for new clients, resellers, and agency partners. This improves conversion rates and gives a better first impression.3. Hi all,I’m working on a project where I use Typeform to collect survey responses, and I’m trying to set up reliable automation flows once someone submits a form. Specifically, I’d love to hear how others are handling one or more of the following challenges: How do you trigger a downstream automation (e.g., sending a custom email, creating a record in a CRM, posting to Slack) immediately after a Typeform submission? What tools or platforms do you use for this (native Typeform integrations, Zapier, Make/Integromat, custom Webhooks + code)? What pros/cons have you found? Have you encountered issues with data mapping (e.g., hidden fields, custom metadata, complex answer types) when pushing Typeform responses into another system? What best practices have you settled on to ensure your automation is resilient (handles failures, duplicates, conditional logic)? If you’ve scaled this to a large number of submissions (hundreds or thousands/day), how have you optimized performance and erro
Happy Monday, all!Ages ago when we could work in the office, we used to hang around the Barception - Typeform’s take on a reception with exactly what it sounds like - a bar! We’re bringing the Barception to all of you, and you can virtually visit it below: Think of this as your virtual meeting space where you can say hello in the morning and goodbye in the evening, talk about what you’ve got planned this weekend or what your favorite beverage of choice is, morning or night! I’m currently drinking iced coffee today - what about you all?
Hey Community, We’re evolving our AI to make it easier to create forms and workflows through a quick conversation—just chat to create. 🤌 Since this is something you’ll be using and helping shape, we want you in on the fun part: naming it. Got a name that feels fresh, fun, or just right for it? We want to hear it! Creativity encouraged, crass entries politely ignored. Help us shape what this next chapter of Typeform sounds and looks like here👇 Thanks a lot, excited to hear what wonderful names you come up with!
I am the Corresponding Secretary of a nonprofit breed club. I need to do a survey of our members, and I found Typeform which is perfect. I do not anticipate needing to use Typeform after the survey is sent, responded to and results tallied. Can I pay a one-time fee? Also if I upload the membership list is it kept private as I do not have permission to share all members’ email addresses with another community. I anticipate this project to take no more than 3 total months from start to finish. I already put together a survey/poll. Just need final approval; send it out via email and/or USPS to members without email (5) and tally results.
Good morning my name is Andrea Smith just finding out about this also just had a baby boy 2 days ago how's everyone
[THIS SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED - WATCH THIS SPACE FOR THE REPORT COMING SOON!] For anyone new to it, Get Real is our interactive report series that blends data with storytelling to highlight honest, human perspectives on big marketing shifts. You can check out the first installment on influencer marketing here. The Typeform Marketing team is working on researching the second edition. This time we’re digging into how generative AI is reshaping the way we work: the stigma of using it, the fear of being replaced by it, and the pressure to prove we’re still human, all while secretly relying on it more than we’d like to admit. It’s not your typical survey: it’s designed to spark honest reflections, and you can respond in writing, by video, or even audio. When I took the survey, one question really made me pause: “How could AI make your marketing better for your audience, and not just easier for you?” I realized I tend to use AI in ways that serve me—streamlining content or automating processes—
Currently, when connecting a Typeform to Slack, HubSpot, or other platforms, integrations rely on the individual user’s authorization token. This creates a serious limitation: If that user leaves the company or their account is deactivated, the integration breaks. To prevent this, organizations often rely on a single “integration owner” who must log in and set up every integration for all Typeforms. This is inefficient and fragile. Proposed solution: Introduce a Master Authorization Setting, tied to a designated “master account” or “service account.” This account would supply a single, persistent authorization token that other users and integrations in the workspace could leverage. Admins could manage and rotate this token securely without being dependent on one individual user’s login credentials. Why this matters: Reduces risk of broken integrations when team members leave. Simplifies management by removing the need for one person to connect every Typeform. Aligns with bes
Feature Request: Shared Question SetsI’d like to propose a feature called Shared Question Sets. How it would work: A set of questions could be created and saved as a reusable unit. These shared sets could then be deployed across multiple Typeforms. If you make a change to the original shared set, those updates would automatically flow through to every Typeform where that set is used. Why this matters: This type of functionality is common in web production and often referred to as shared components or templates. It would reduce a significant amount of overhead when maintaining multiple Typeforms that rely on the same set of questions. It would also help ensure consistency, lowering the risk of errors that arise when manually updating the same questions in many forms. Impact:Shared Question Sets would save teams time, streamline updates, and improve accuracy when managing large numbers of forms with common elements.
Hi! Everyone.I'm Mr Ngetich in Kenya hence excited to join this impactful and noble community.Looking forward for fruitfull engagements and networking.
I hope you’re doing well.I am trying to set up an email in my Typeform account but I am unable to do so. Could you please assist me with this issue?
Since the update today, the phone number question is now broken when used in “Conversations”.No matter what number or format the user replies with, it gives the message:Hmm... that phone number isn't valid This has effectively broken my Forms. Please let me know if this can be fixed quickly, or should I plan on abandoning Phone Number and just switch to Numbers.
I am Learning about Micro Saas.
I am new and try to know how we communicate.
Hi everyone! I’ve been experimenting with Typeform to collect feedback from users, but I want to make my surveys more engaging and increase completion rates. What strategies have worked best for you?I’m especially curious about: Using logic jumps vs. simple linear surveys Adding multimedia (images, GIFs, or videos) without slowing down responses Creative ways to ask open-ended questions that people actually answer Would love to hear your experiences and any tips for keeping respondents engaged while still collecting meaningful data!
