When I tried to sign in to my Google account, it says this:We could not find an account associated to this email.When I tried to restore my account using a diffrent Google account, all my typeforms has deleted.I suggest you restoring my account.email is firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please add this functionality. It’s so needed. Have your development team think about website development. On virtually any modern platform, SquareSpace for example, you are able to create a separate layout for mobile vs desktop, as image cropping and text ALWAYS need to be adapted and optimized on desktop and mobile independently to optimize the experience. Your platform is great for surveys and our company is moving to use it exclusively, but this basic functionality is an absolute MUST. Especially considering people that are strong designers and want to leverage imagery and layout to create really well-designed, custom survey experiences for their audience. It’s impossible to do this with a horizontal (desktop) layout that is exactly the same and inextricably linked to a narrow, vertical layout (mobile). I’ve been having trouble with my account, and I haven’t been able to find any way to contact support. I saw that if I upgraded to Business, it includes “Live Chat” support. So I upgraded to Business specifically for this feature…. and the “Live Chat” appears to be broken. Is there anyone at typeform that can contact me?
I’m looking to set up a feedback form, but would like to show specific images or info on a step/slide before jumping into questions, as the feedback will be based on said image/info. It’s also important no to cover this up with a button, otherwise a full screen background image using a statement might have been a workaround. Any way to do this currently? Thanks!
Is there a way to remove the floating “ok” button that pops up over a multiple choice question whose responses don’t fit entirely on a mobile screen? The button is distracting. I think people know that they need to scroll down. If they select an answer it will take them to the next question anyway. If this isn’t possible it should be a new feature.Thank you.
Hello, I’m creating a 2 year job training program for new graduates in the chiropractic field and would like gauge interest in by sending a survey to students and recent graduates, however, I have no idea what the most effective way to do this will be. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations for ways to do this?-Mike
Hi Evrybody,I notice a very weird bug on one of my forms.The language in which the form is created is French.One of the people to whom the form is sent is Italian. By translating the form into Italian with "Google translate on Chrome" the form stops working. But as soon as the translator is deactivated and the form is completed in French, everything works.Has anyone ever had such a bug, and how to fix it?Thank you.Check the screenshot link below.Video Screenshot of the bug
I have tried to email you about this but haven’t got any answers.. I have had your typeform for a year now with no problem, all of a sudden half of my clients were unable to upload their images in the files.. I need to know if this was some bug that has been fixed or what because otherwise I don’t trust this again. This was a huge problem since I’m using it for “before and after” pictures for my clients.
Hello my friends! The holiday season is here and I couldn't be more excited about it! It's time to reflect on 2021 and think of goals for 2022. 2021 was very important to Typeform. Our Community is one of the highlights of this year, so we'd like to thank you for that! Thank you for bringing so much knowledge, insights and empathy to our Community. We hope that, together, we can achieve even more next year! The highlight of 2021 for me was joining the Typeform family! I've learned so much here and I can't wait to learn more with you next year. Since the update today, the phone number question is now broken when used in “Conversations”.No matter what number or format the user replies with, it gives the message:Hmm... that phone number isn't valid This has effectively broken my Forms. Please let me know if this can be fixed quickly, or should I plan on abandoning Phone Number and just switch to Numbers.

Gabriel has entrusted me with these lovely roundups each month. Why he still trusts me, I’m not sure, but regardless, the past few months have been quite active. From tricky logic jumps to creative typeform use-cases to friendly conversations in the Barception, it’s been a great way to end the year and get inspired for the next one. Since November, we had 822 new members join, and we’re currently at a total of 10,109 creators. 991 conversations were started by our members and 920 likes were handed out. 71,784 visitors stopped by the community - 31,739 of those unique views. 72.87% of questions had an answer - yay!
