Hi,I am curious to know if there is any chance I can change the reference id for the subsequent questions inside a matrix for an individual question instead of the block. I only get the option to change the reference id fore the particular block only. Please let me know if we get something on this.

I went in on the back end and set up trigger and action and when I tested it I never received anything. I am on free plan is that the issue? Best regards

Hi, i am using embedded code to implement the typeform in my own website page and it’s coming nicely.But my problem is i don’t know how to insert the form data into my website database. 

The responses from the survey are not automatically updated (reflected) in the Google Spreadsheet, even though the integration has already been set up.Please advise.

Hello All, I am currently working in a company with app, and I’ve been using typeform deeplink to collect user_id in our DB to typeform hidden fields. It’s been working a for a while, but recently, I’ve been getting {user_id_secure} for some responses. Some work just fine as the first two rows.  I’m not quite sure why this suddenly started to happen. Does anyone have similar experience with this, or have a solution for it? Thanks! 

Hi, I have a user fill out a quiz, at the final stage I ask them for an email address.I want to then add this user to convert kit, along with a URL that typeform has generated from the responses.Is it possible to pass this URL variable to convertkit?with thanksPhil

Hi. I have a Typeform survey in my app which opens in a lightbox, however if I link this to another survey, rather than open in the same lightbox, the second survey opens full-screen - the only way for the user to get back to my app is via the back button. Is there a solution for this? 

I have a Google sheet with 10K+ unique sentences. I would like to update one of my questions with a unique sentence for every respondent. Is this possible? And what tools do you recommend? The unique sentence is not tied to a specific person, so I just need to be able to update the question for every person who fills in the form. Seems like the best way would be to link my Google sheet, and update the question with the unique sentence using hidden fields but I'm not able to make it work.  Any help is highly appreciated!  Best,  Jakob

I’m pulling my form data to sql database via responses api but some questions are missing the ‘label’, e.g. type = boolean, choices, text.  field type = dropdown, long_text, multiple choice, opinion_scale Is it true that Typeform do not offer a label for certain type and field type?

Hi!I’m trying to set up a payments chain within my Typeform. There are two main questions which are linked to the final price. I’ve just used random numbers in place for the example. Question 1: Select your plan A: $100B: $200 Question 2: If you would like to add our ‘extra’ add on package, select your chosen amount.A: $50B: $100C: Other (enter any amount you want) At the end when they are guided to the payments page, i have set up the logic so that both the A and B answers from both questions add up to the total amount. However, I’m wondering if there is a way for the customer to enter any amount in the C answer and it be added to the total price at the end? I haven’t been able to figure it out. Any help would be great. Cheers.

The problem I have is that the survey does not pop up on the right place and is stuck at the bottom of the webpage (it does not move while scrolling). I want the Typeform to move while scrolling. Hi everyone,I’m new to Typeform and really need the community expertise !I’m looking to get an Overview of all surveys per Customer Name / Contact name in a Gantt chart / project / calendar planner format.  Use case:Several different departments will be sending / scheduling survey and I'd want this to be a transparent interactive , and coordinated effort to avoid survey overload ! Typeform doesn't offer this feature and I haven't been able to find yet an app that can integrate to Typeform and provide it … I don't want to create an excel file ! Anyone an idea/ suggestion? Many thanks ! Hasna from GreenFlux

Hello,I just integrated Typeform with Salesforce to input leads in the CRM. For that, I mapped the form as Checking for Existing and used Email as key.However, for some reason, the same leads are being recreated over and over in Salesforce automatically, even if we don’t receive new submissions. Please, how do I stop this? Thank you,

Hi! I want to give each respondent to my Typeform a unique confirmation code. I see in the Google Sheets integration, you get a Token (see image). In the Typeform API you can call a responseID, but I can’t figure out how to set one that can send to Notion. It doesn’t have to be this response ID, just a unique code I can send to the user. Like a Ticket Number, Submission ID, etc.  I would also like to display this code on the End screen if possible. 

Hi, i just add my facebook pixel but the facebook chrome extension is not showing the data.  Also i follow the steps that you mention on this article https://www.typeform.com/help/a/facebook-pixel-integration-installation-and-setup-360029259432/ but it still not showing the custom conversions on facebook “Typeformfisrtinteraction” and “Typeformsubmit” I also contact you guys and YOU DONT HAVE A LIVE CHAT so this can be fix in the moment, i cant start running ads because this is not showing correctly.  i am rolled on the business plan with typeform and i think is very very bad thing that you dont have a live chat to solve this problem.  i just sent you several emails from my account  i will leave some photos, please help me    NOT SHOWING CUSTOM CONVERSIONS “Typeformfisrtinteraction” and “Typeformsubmit” 

We are considering embedding a survey in emails sent from our marketing automation platform, but are curious if there are email clients that don’t support the Typeform embed. I saw a question here about having to tweak the layout for Outlook, but are there any email clients/inbox providers that won’t support the embed at all and will throw an error? Or is there any kind of fallback that’s presented if an email client does not support the embed? Thanks in advance!

The problem that I am encountring, I have created a typeform survey and also created a notion survey table for the answer to be connected later on. all good until here. When doing the connection (mapping) first question in the survey has “Other” option enabled and when mapping the question with the notion field it gives me this notice as indicated in below screenshot. also on notion; I have defined the multi select answers; what is the best approach for Others option in the answers. Because user manually has to define their answer, but Notion says it wont be saved in the field. Anybody experience the same? looking forward a quick turn on this one :)have great days folks :)

Good afternoon,I integrated typeform to Active Campaign and I want to send out a survey to the contacts in Active campaign. I do not want them to fill in all contact details again, so I wanted to use ?email=%email% to the end of the URL. I tested and it works. If the receiver clicks the link it will take over their e-mail, so I know from which respondent the answers are coming and information of the survey will be added to their profile in Active Campaign (not sure if this is the best way, so if not, please let me know)But now the difficulty: the first question of the survey should be: what is your position and they have the choice out of four target groups: architects interior designers resellers consumersAll groups will receive different questions. The total survey is different, so I would like to start with the position question in a seperate survey and based on the answer I would like to redirect them to following survey. I’ve set up a quiz style typeform that calculates scores and includes 4 different ending options. What I’d like to do is send 4 different emails to quiz takers that includes some personalized information AND their score (its a numerical value). I’ve been playing around with Zapier and I can’t seem to get this to work. Anyone else tried this?

Hi, I want to send emails based on what the customer will respond. My typeform has a question with 9 possibilities so I want to send 9 differents emails depending on what answer the customer select, in order to target our message for the customer. I have tried to integrate my typeform to Mailchimp but if the customer answer once the typeform he will only receive the targeted email once. I am looking for a solution, everytime a customer answer my typeform he will receive an appropriate targeted email.  Thanks in advance for your help. Hélène, 

Hello all, I just have a problem with embedding in our website. I have the code for the embed but as soon as I paste it the place to see is where it goes. However, all you can see is white. I have also tried changing the opacity from the background. Has anyone had a similar problem and can help me with this?Best regardsAndy

HiI’m trying to connect Typeform to Canva to embed a form into a template there. I’ve followed the Typeform support instructions (https://www.typeform.com/help/a/add-a-typeform-to-your-canva-presentation-360043530711/) and have tried a number of times with the same error each time when I get to Step 6 in the instructions.Instead of it displaying the list of type forms in the Canva bar on the left, I get an error:“The app returned an invalid response. Please try again later. If the problem remains, please contact the developer of the app.” which is Typeform.Any idea how I can fix this?thanks in advance.John
