Passing consent variable to Klaviyo

I am trying to use a typeform to gather details from customers including SMS consent. Does anyone know if there is a way to pass a variable that Klaviyo will read as a consent to receive SMS? I have tried using just the legal consent field but that doesn’t work. I also tried using zapier to pass the variable via web hooks. I can’t seem to get it right. Any help would be appreciated!

Using survey recipient data to branch within a survey

We send out VOC surveys each month. We have a list of clients we send these to and we know what services we provided. We would like to be able to tailor the survey based on who is completing the survey. We do ask for name and email so we could use that as a unique identifier but we would need to be able to use that to look up data in an excel file or other database (make it visible to Typeform) so we can use that information to determine how to customize the survey (branching).  is it possible to have Typeform consume data real time that can be used in the logic function within the tool or is it only able to use data entered into the form real-time.

Send Mailchimp E-Mals depending on the Quiz ending

Hi, I have searched, but I can’t find an answer.I created a quiz with 4 different endings. The user sees the score group and should afterwards get some tips per E-Mail via Mailchimp. I already created tags on Mailchimp and connected Typeform with Zapier. But what I don't find: how can I tag the contacts due to their results so that they get the right E-mail automation?Thank you!Viktoria

Typeform and LTO Setup

Has anyone tried adding a limited time offer or an evergreen sales funnel to the end of their typeform? If so, what integrations did you use?  Or if you added a link to your LTO in the results, how did it perform?

Pass parameters from ConvertKit Optins to TypeForm? (Pre-filled or Skipped Fields)

Hi, I'm trying to find a way to improve the completion rate of my TypeForm.One idea was to run my visitors to an optin page first (via ConvertKit) so they have to opt into my email list first and then send them to the TypeForm.(This way, I can tag them when they opt in (prior to completing the form), and then again after they complete/submit the form. If they start but don't complete the form, I can encourage them to come back.)I don't think a "form abandon" feature is built into TypeForm, so I'd be doing this with ConvertKit and TypeForm's integration.Saying that, if people opt into my ConvertKit list using their name and email – and I redirect them to the TypeForm survey afterwards – is there a way to pass those parameters (name and email) to the TypeForm so those questions are pre-filled (or skipped), so the visitors wouldn't have to enter them again?And to clarify – these would be (a) new leads to TypeForm, and (b) visitors who don’t have any history in TypeForm to pull data from (

Hidden fields: What am I doing wrong?

Hello! We are using embed typeform react library to show a typeform in our application we are trying to send hidden fields with it they are present in the url (see screenshot) but it seems like we don’t recieve them in our typeform responses.Are we doing something wrong or it is a bug? and if its a bug, is there a workaround for it?  Thank you!

Not receveing alerts from google sheet integration form

Hello, I´m receiveing type form answers in my google sheet, but I´m not recevieng alerts in my email, when tha happens. I´ve the alert on, but I´m still not being alert.It only happens in the integration of Type Form. Can anyone help me please? Beste regards Sónia

How to create a quiz and keeps things simple

This looks a bit overwhelming to me. I just wanted to post a short quiz to find out what interests some people. Now, it seems that I must stop and learn a new technology or platform and that does not appeal to me. I just want a simple form and to receive the answers. Is that too much to ask?

Mailchimp not receiving tags on 2nd (& onwards) test with the same email?

Hi Everyone,We have a Typeform (it's part of an application process) that has 5 different options. Each option triggers a different journey in MC, which then triggers a specific email to be sent based on the option that has been selected. All our automation work perfectly. That is for the first attempt/ first time a client applies and uses the Typeform.But, on the second attempt and onwards, the automation does not work. This is an issue for us because if an applicant is declined, they can apply again after a certain period. Or if the applicant also wants to apply to one of our other services. I have spoken to Mailchimp for the last two days. They have tested my journeys on MC and said that it should be working on MC, but due to a 3rd party integration, it's not working. On the second and 3rd attempts, the new tags are not being sent to MC. It seems like the issue is with Typeform. Proces:Enter Typeform. Go through Typeform and select an option, click submit. HubSpot Integration not working

HubSpot integration does not appear to work correctly. It fails a lot when first set up and then suddenly works but it cannot find one of the HubSpot fields we need.The field has exactly the same qualities of the field that it does find so it’s difficult to understand why it is not finding the right property.

Using Hidden Fields to pass Email from Typeform to Shopify

We are using Typeform for a Product Recommendation Quiz. On the outcome page, we have a “Click here to see your personal recommendation” button that takes the user to a Shopify page on our site and makes them an offer on that product.We are trying to track sales that happen on Shopify from leads that come from Typeform...which we have in place that looks for Shopify orders that have email addresses that match email addresses collected in Typeform. However, we are seeing that some customers are checking out on Shopify with a different email address than the email address that they used to complete the quiz which is creating a hole in our tracking system.Our thought is, if we could pass on the email address collected on the page before the outcome page in the URL of the “Click here to see your personal recommendation”, we would be able to connect the dots with Shopify and/or Google Analytics.I’m new to hidden fields. Can we use hidden fields in Typeform to pass that info on in the link t

Any reason why this endpoint could be returning randomly an empty body with status code 200?

Hello,I am using in an app this library https://www.npmjs.com/package/@typeform/embed so once the user fills the form, I get the response id and I send it to my api to get the answers and store them in my database.So the problem is that the data is sent correctly to my api, but this endpoint /forms/:formId/responses?included_response_ids=:response_id randomly (sometimes happen and sometimes don’t) returns an empty body with status code 200 so the responses are not stored in the db and I don’t get any error so don’t know why.Any idea?

Error with google Sheets Integration

When I try to connect my typeform to google sheets it does not allow me to complete the process.  I only get “oh no, there was an error” once I create the new spreadsheets.  How can I get all the responses logged one by one different to Google Sheets?

Is Ownership of a Google Sheet required to integrate a form with it?

Trying to integrate Typeform with a Google Sheet that is NOT owned by the account we are attempting to integrate with. We do have ‘Editor’ access to the sheet.Is that lack of Ownership of that sheet the reason it’s not integrating successfully?Do you need to Own a sheet to integrate with it?

Is it possible to pass the TypeForm submission_id or token to a PipeDrive deal?

Hello,I’m playing around with the TypeForm > PipeDrive integration.I’ve mapped my questions to some system and custom fields.We’re also computing TypeForm responses in a back-end application. In order to merge data from our database with the TypeForm deals in PipeDrive we would need to pass submission_id or token to the PipeDrive deal along with the mapped responses. is there any native or easy work-around for this?I’ve thought about creating a random number question field and use it as an id to pass to PipeDrive and our back-end app but we have many TypeForms which would make it heavy to create and maintain.Looking forward to getting hot tips on this topic.Thanks a lot.

Hello,I am trying to build a Zapier from TypeForm to Sendinblue. My first obstacle is this email field, shall I enter my Sendinblue email account ?  Then I am also stucked with the mapping, what would be the attribute to enter to match TypeForm’s fileds : Does the field attribute correspond to te field’s number ? Thanks in advanced.

Remove Google Sheet Edit Alert

Hello folks! I'm working on a check-in form for a vet clinic. After people check-in (name, pets name, reason for their visit) the information populates into a Google sheet that the entire team works in. Doctors and techs check the sheet and add notes.I desperately need a way to turn off the alert that shows up anytime we try to type in a cell. I've tested it extensively and adding text and columns does not break the integration but is incessantly annoying to the entire team. I don't have a screen shot of the desktop alert - but it gives the option to mute the notification for 5 minutes. The mobile version however doesn't have a mute option altogether. Please help!!

Google Analytics Events aren't firing in Google Analytics

I’m not quite sure what I’m doing wrong here. I have a universal analytics property set up within GA, it does appear to somewhat work in terms of seeing visitors. But it seems like it doesn’t collect all views within GA. I then have tried to submit the form multiple times to try to get it to fire after the setup and I get...nothing. There’s not a single event in GA, let alone conversions. What am I doing wrong here?

Form not showing up in Hubspot

Hi there,I’ve created a typeform (some time ago) and now connected it with my hubspot CRM to take it live. When testing it the data is coming in properly to my hubspot contact list.But what I don’t see is the typeform in my forms list in hubspot. And therefore I can’t trigger a workflow based on the form which I need in my use case. I also use two other typeforms and they show up properly in hubspot.Any idea how to check and fix this?

My index.html doesn't display nothing

Hello everyone! How are you?Is my first time here and I’m not sure if this is the place to write my problem, so you just tell me where I should do and I’ll change it I’m about to embed a typeform in a index.html file, and I just try some embed modes but none of them are working.
