Hello there, I have question about surveying as we can do google survey at any site. Same as can we integrate type form at any site for this purpose?  

Hello,I created a 1 question survey to embed into my thank you page after people download content from my website. Given they already had to input their email to get my content, I don’t want to ask them again for their email.When I try to connect my Typeform to MailChimp, I get a message saying I need to add an email question to my typeform so I can collect and send emails. But, like I said, people would already have had to input their email to download content AND to get to the Typeform. Is there a way around this?Thank you,Ana

Hello all, I am trying to integrate Google Drive with one of my forms as I need it for video submissions that are bigger than 10mb. It looks to be set up correctly, but I’m not 100% sure how to connect it directly to my form. My drive account is all connected, and I get to this section and I am stumped. I can choose the drive folder itself, but I don’t know how to choose the typeform field itself. What am I missing? And how large of a file can be selected with this?Thanks again all. I’m a total rookie over at this, so I appreciate your support! 

Hi,I’ve recently integrated my Facebook Pixel and Hubspot Account to my Typeform.What I’ve realised using Facebook Test Event is that the Typeform fires 2 PageViews instead of 1.1 from Hubspot Integration and 1 from Facebook Integration.There is no deduplication of event.I need both integrations on my Typeform but I want to make sure I only fire 1 PageView so that my data is accurate.Is there a work around this?Thank you.

Hello, I created a 13 question Typeform survey and integrated the survey to my Hubspot account so that answers get passed to the corresponding contact property in Hubspot. 9 out of 13 of the answers are passing to Hubspot. Out of the 9 answers, one is First name, one is Last name, one is email, and then there are 6 multiple choice questions. The 4 answers that are not getting passed to Hubspot are all multiple choice questions. The Typefor mquestions and corresponding contact properties in Hubspot for those 4 questions are exactly the same as the 6 multiple choice questions and answers that are getting successfully passing from Typeform to Hubspot. I spoke with Hubspot support over a screen share, and they’ve directed me to Typeform support since for them it’s a third party integration.  I’ve already tried redoing and approaching this from multiple angles on both the Typeform and Hubspot ends, and I’m stumped. Please help! Sincerely,Carlos

Hi! I have a small form with three Likert scale questions and one text question. I have integrated Excel online with my Typeform, in order to get all results directly into my Excel sheet. Unfortunately, none of the Likert scale answers are exported to the Excel sheet, only the text answer. Frustrating! A screenshot of my Excel sheet.Any idea on how to solve this?

Hello,The option to add tags in the mailchimp integration is not showing up for me. It says I need to restart the integration in order to do so which I have done multiple times but to no avail. How can I get them to show up again? 

When I click the Connect button for active Campaign, it simply takes me to a page that mentions what it is, then I login and am taken to the generic login screen in AC - no way to integrate it. How do I get AC to integrate?

I am trying to use Microsoft’s Flows to bring data from my type forms into a SharePoint Excel document using the TypeForm Flow template.The TypeForm Flow connector has issues passing the data through to the next step in a MS Flow.Reviewing the raw inputs the data is arriving and formatted correctly but it only allows Submitted & Sent data to be populated to the excel spreadsheet.Several attempts with different TypeForms result generally only 2 to 5 fields populating.Note: I am using webhooks and MS flows as I am not able to authorise the Excel connection due to rights on our corporate O365 account.How can I get the full data to appear in the MS Flows? 

Hello Typeform users, I am having an issue with my Google Sheet Integration. After the toggle refuses to stay on, I have deleted the integration in hopes to reconnect them. To my surprise an error saying my sheet has the same name as the form. I have changed the name on the sheet, the form, and individual tabs but still the same error. Anyone else faced this and resolved it?Attached is the screenshot reference of said error.Thank you! 

Suddenly the connection with MS Excel (Office 365 - One Drive)stopped working after several months of no problem functionality. Any ideas, please?

Hey everyone, I created my first type form to connect to wordpress but keep hitting a snag. This is the series of events: Made typeformConnected plug inAdded block and clicked typeformLogged in and selected the new typeform It then says you do not have access to this until the creator says so, then it says “did you create this type form? If so log in.I log in and then it becomes this and says admin.typeform.com refused to connect.

HelloI am copying the embed code for Pop out so that users click on the button and form pops out.When I past the code the button aligns to the left and I want it in the middle of the page.I have added the following to the html code which is okay on laptop/pc but on mobile it crops the button.  It is not responsive.width:40%;margin left:30%;margin-right:30%;The website is WordPressThanks for any help on this.Best regardsJason
