Manage your Typeform account

Hi everyone! My team is currently utilizing Typeform but we want to potentially use it for more instances. Is there someone who works at Typeform I can connect with 1:1 to get some questions answered?

Hello everyone, our organisation has been using typefprm with our customised subdomain (used to have our form connected with Meta Pixel). But, I just noticed that the subdomain has changed, and no one from our organisation applied that change!!! Of course this is a problem because now when we create new typeform they are not connected to meta pixel, which has connected another subdomain (the previous one). Any experience here? Why our subdomain changed?!? How can we restoere the previous one?

Hey everyone.. quick question - does the Buisiness Plan subscription cost cover all five users? Or does each user need to pay the subscription?Looking at upgrading, but don’t want to make the leap and find it’s going to cost five times as much as I budgeted!

Hi everyone! I have created a form with a domain “https:// domaine01 .typeform.com/myform01” and I want to create a new domain and a new form : https:// domaine02 .typeform.com/myform02... But my "domain01" is already online and in use! Will changing "domain01" to "domain02" make my old link "https://domaine01.typeform.com/myform01" inoperative? I would not want this change of domain name to break the link I already sent for the previous form... What do you think? Thank you in advance for your much appreciated support! 🙏

Hi there Typeform Community, Hoping someone can shed some much needed light for me :) After doing several upgrades to my plan this morning after saying I had used up my monthly response limit, which meant me lead gen forms were closed, - I am now on the PLUS for 1K responses - I still cannot publish my typeforms, or take any more responses, and my responses are well below 250! All forms are set to "Private" and telling me I have reached my limit of 250, and that I need to upgrade. So frustrating. Please help!This is very bad for our business. Please help ASAP!Thanks in advance

I recently updated my payment details, but every time I try to log in it continues to ask me to update that information. I update all of it, try to navigate to the workspace and it pushes me back to the payment details page. Like a vicious circle. Has anyone dealt with this before?

Hello - I’m mid launch, I upgraded to basic last week and paid for the year, I realise that I need the data from the people who started their form but dropped off, I can only get this on businesss so just tried to upgrade again this time monthly, and its telling me that business will only kick in from the 7th feb next year when my annual basic finished. please can someone help. I upgraded my plan. Then downloaded the invoice and realized I forgot to include an important piece of info on my billing address. I need to download an invoice with the important info, but I am only able to see the original invoice without it. How do I get the invoice changed so I can get one with the important info on it?

Hi all, I have just resubscribed to typrform after some years away, so i took on my previous account, except that when i publish my surveys, the link shows the previous company name i must have set up the first time. How can i update that ? I can’t find the setting anywhere. I don’t want to ‘customize’ the url, i don’t mind having typeform in it, i just don’t want the name of company that has been closed 10 years. Thanks for your help, Fabien

I am trying to cancel a purchase of a monthly plan on the wrong account I sent emails no response can someone please help

Dear Typeform, I am still unclear about how to go about receiving a refund for a cancelled account. I have already cancelled the account in the appropriate place on line - but there is no way to request a refund or, indeed, communicate directly with anyone at Typeform. So my request is simple - can anyone provide me with a direct email address or a working telephone number in order to proceed. Otherwise I shall have to out this in the hands of my solicitors.

I’ve subscribed for one single month without automatic renewal and got charged for the past 8 months for it. didn't use the platform for the past 8 months I feel scammed and I want a refund for it, anyone encountered that issue before ? thank you!
