Yesterday, they charged my credit card with EUR 890 without warning me. For everyone selling digital subscriptions to customers in the EU - you are obliged by law to send them a renewal notice one month before the renewal date. So, check your upcoming renewals. You might be in for a surprise!

Hi, I run a small cleaning business in australia, so I need to collect reviews/feedback from customers, but I want to avoid negative reviews, so I am trying to create a page on my website that has buttons for redirection based on what customer choose. But the problem with a page with buttons is, users can anytime come back to the page and click again on other button to leave negative review, so it will backfire. So, I seriously need a fullproof method to use redirection method so I can collect positive reviews on GMB and negative feedback on a form so I cam improve on those points. Is there anyway I can use typeform for my feedback page? Or can create a completely different feedback page (also I don’t want Google to index my feedback page so my competitors won’t see my method). Any help on this is appreciated. We plan to use Typeform for an application process and I was wondering if there is functionality to have a left/right pane that can be used to house some common FAQs or other links? I’m aware you can do an image, but can’t seem to figure out if I can add text.

so Im trying to find the notifications settings so I can get an email when a form is used, but my settings menu does not show the notifications menu...Im on a free account.

I’ve been a paying USD 50 a month customer for years on the Plus plan but I’ve just downgraded to the basic plan and now two of my Typeforms have gone offline and I can’t figure out how to get them back online.The issue seems to be that I used to have a redirect on Thank you page feature that’s not part of the Basic Plan. No worries, I’ve removed this, or at least I think I have! The feature has been moved recently it seems so perhaps the system is not recognising that I’ve removed it now.When I go to publish the type forms I’m getting an "Your typeform uses one or more features not available in your plan" message that prevents me from publishing it. This message is not informative and doesn’t tell me what I need to do to enable me to publish the type forms. Therefore, I’m stuck and can’t see how to resolve it.There are no article that I can see in the Help centre that address this issue either.So despite paying Typeform thousands of dollars over the years I can’t talk to anyone about

Dear community,One of our forms is having this issue: some people have been submitting the form properly BUT there is no trace of their record, nowhere. There is no record in the results section in Typeform, no email notification, no automation history in Zapier, no record in our Airtable base where the form is supposed to be sent.According to Typeform support, it can be due to a network issue, ad blockers, VPN, firewall, proxy, etc, but they didn’t manage to reproduce the issue.We also did a series of tests on different browsers, public and private modes, different devices, but it’s not concluding.FYI: Those people don't come from one organization, they are individuals, most of them located in France, who are trying to apply to our program.Is someone, by any chance, having the same issue? I embedded a typeform popup on my webflow website. Dear community,I would like to send an embed Typeform multiple choice question (Do you speak English or Spanish) through campaigns through the email campaign tool Instantly. Can a quiz be modified into a flip card?

Hello  I can see I have 29 responses to a type form but no data is available in the response tab as it is with all other forms. Does anyone know why? and how I can get the data please? Kind regards, Craig 

Hi,I’m trying to make a quiz where….. on correct selection…. I’ll add +10 to score and go to next question. Upon wrong selection, I’ll go to a statement screen which is considered as Hint. Now, once the Hint screen is accessed, I go back to my question …… where this time…. upon any selection…. I don’t want my score to update….. for thisI’ve created a boolean variable is_hint_active_q1 for question 1, is_hint_active_q2 for question 2… and so on.my question screenquestion’s logic ==>Now on the hint screenthe hint’s logic ==> Now, when I’m running this quiz form…​​​​​​​if you see the is_hint_active_q1 variable initializing with yes, although I specifically mentioned this to be yes at the Hint (statement) screen. please help me…. How can I initialize the variable with ​​​​​​​no

I was working for someone and created several forms when I had access to their account, I no longer have access to that account and have no access to my forms. Is there a simple way of them transferring the form from their account to mine? neither of us are members or have access to the other workspace.

Im attempting to replace our new client email with a form. Currently we just have a template of the email we update before sending to each client, the opening is “Good (time of day) (name)!” with a following “Your appointment is booked for (date) at (time) with (stylist)”. Is it possible to update the form to be personalized for each recipient?

I’ve searched the forum but couldn’t quite figure this out:I have an initial checkbox question:“Which software are you currently proficient in?”None Software A Software B Software C Software D OtherDepending on what the user selected (say software A and software C). I want to have 3 other questions that go:“How well would you say your proficiency is in Software A”“Describe some benefits you had in using Software A”“What is the frequency you use Software A in your workflow” Then I want to repeat those 3 questions but using Software C instead. When done, I want it to continue to the next questions. And when the user selects none, skip this whole part. And when the user selects other and inserts a custom software not in the list, use that input in the 3 questions as a dynamic field. Thanks for your help! 

Hello, I created a survey in typeform and sent it to a user through intercom messenger. When the user completes the survey and returns to the messenger, they can see the “Thanks for Responding” but the photo is broken. Is this a typeform issue?   

I recently got an email about the new feature that was supposed to be launched today: capturing the answer of a question embedded in an email directly so that the customer doesn’t need to press the submit button. This is very useful and certainly a welcome feature!Now the day has come but there is no information about this to be found and based on my experiments it works like it always has. Does anybody have any information about this? For what it’s worth, I’m not using the embed code as such but direct links with the “&answers” parameter in my email. (I postponed launching one NPS campaign because of this, so I would like to know if this is still to be expected. If not, I will need to launch it with the old method since the holiday season is approaching.)

I have changed email address I would like to use, however I am still getting alerts of new sign ups on my old email account. Could anyone help me? 

I’ve set up Stripe Tax, which calculates sales tax on checkout based on a user’s location.  But does Typeform have an ability to integrate with this calculation?  I’m concerned that the integration only works one way, from Typeform to Stripe.  Stripe has an “Enable integration” step to setting up its tax feature, but I’m unsure how it applies to Typeform.
