Typeform conversations

Hello, I have this logic below and it gives me the “can’t skip or go to a different branch”.  I’ve read some other community questions but I can’t quite understand what is going on here. Anyone has any tips?  

How to see replied emails after completing the survey?

My quiz looks correct on my desktop but when I share the link and view it on mobile, the choice section (3 different option buttons) are scrambled. The choices should be  (and reflect as such on my desktop):A TrueB SometimesC False But on my mobile they reflect randomly as:A SometimesB FalseC True A FalseB TrueC Sometimes Why is this?

Typeform isn’t allowing me to click the “publish button” - Would there be a reason for this? I am using the free version, but my quiz has under 10 questions. So I don’t know why it wouldn’t allow me to publish. When I click it does nothing. Thanks!

why does it take long for the typeform to redirect to a URL?

Hello,until recently I was able to create public slack channels of which I am an administrator with typform, immediately after connecting via connect and checked the functionality I would convert the channel to private and it continued to work without any problems. Since a couple of weeks when I create the same integration following the same procedure suddenly the private channel stops working and not receiving any more data.what can I try to do to eliminate the issue? how come the procedure explained above no longer works, which continues to work on private channels set up in presence?

Hi All, I am trying to map a number of Typeform fields to a Custom Object in salesforce.  In total I have 35 Fields that need to be mapped - most have mapped without problem.  The others don’t seem to have a corresponding field on the ‘Salesforce Field’ option, despite there being such a field in the custom object.  The formats are as follows: “What products do you use?” - Typeform multiple choice question (one option) - Salesforce - Picklist“What Brand do you use?” - As above“What Brand(s) do you use? - Typeform multiple choice question (Multi option) - Salesforce - MultiPicklist“What Brand do you use2? - Typeform Long Text - Salesforce -Long text Area (260)“What are your Habits” - Typeform multiple choice (one option) - Salesforce Picklist“What is your favourite” - As above“Reasons” - Typeform Ranking - Salesforce Long Text Area(131072) None of the above are “required” questions in either Typeform or Salesforce.  I’ve gone through all the forum questions, cleared cookies etc and stil

I really only need Typeform for max 2 months. If I select the monthly plan can I cancel after 2 months with no additional fees/breaking contracts? 

Am I being incompetent or can I not change the response type on the free plan? I would first of all like to create a form from scratch. Then I would like to be able to dictate the response (Multiple choice, short answers, mix of both). Surely the free plan should allow you to navigate and see whether the service is for you before commitment? Right now the free plan makes me think the service isn't what we'll be looking for.…Let me know if I'm just doing things wrong.

Hi, on my google sheets automatic spreadsheet it has a submission time for the form but it is always 12 hours later than it was actually submitted? Thanks

Hi!I paid for business plan Sep 26. Typeform has since downgraded me to free (though they did not reverse the charges -- so they took the money just aren’t giving what I paid for.)A query to their support form yielded no response. Because I paid for business I should be able to contact support directly, but they are not allowing that because I’m not registered in the system as a business user.I don’t think Typoform is a corrupt organization that would knowingly do this to me, but the process broken somewhere. The situation is:1.Paid for business plan 9/26.2.Am now listed as free.3.No response to support query to address.4.No access to support.We have a project we need to send live. Is there any way around this? Does anybody know of another way to get support from typeform?Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,-bbWhat is needed for us to be business?

Hello,So I just joined the community and I’m creating my firsts surveysI created one which already reached the limit of 10 responsesI would like to get more answers, even if they are in a separate formSo by this logic, If I create a duplicate with 0 answers, I should be able to get 10 more responses there, but it doesnt work, it says that my form is closed :SIs there a way to activate my duplicate form to get new responses?

I subscribed myselt for the Infomoney Masterclass course, scheduled fpr today at 7:00hs pm. Then I was also asked to create the Typeform on my desktop (not only in mobile) as a condition for participating in the course. So I logged in to the form on my DESKTOP but it's not clear what needs to be done. I need to be solved this so I don't lose the course. Can anyone help me ?

Hi there! I have a great Typform, and it looks great from PC and from phone for many people! still one participant sent me this acreenshot of her seeing the letters in white bright color. Very odd because I see it in blue and black! How come? What do we do? I attach her screenshot here   

All my forms are loading slowly and our cost per lead is double now. It is soo slow, can someone fix it for us or help us asap. It’s been a month since this has been taking place.

I saw a typeform where the description text or the text above a form looks like it’s typed in right now… like “live typing of the question”…  can I acitivate this feature? Oder how do I implement it?Thanks,Alex

My typeforms are not displaying correctly in the mobile version of my webpage, which is WordPress based. I already tried changing the z-index value, but it still does not display correctly.

However, I'm having trouble implementing this solution in Javascript. The reason I need to use Javascript is because I have custom fields in Calendly that pass URL data with parameters like answer_1, answer_2, etc.Typeform does not accept answer_ as a hidden field, so I cannot use the default Calendly variables with 'transitiveSearchParams'. Attempted Solution:Part 0-a:This is the URL that Calendly passes to the embedded Typeform. Apologies if this is somewhere in the documentation already, but is there a request limit on any of the APIs?

If my customer enters their username in my “type your username” question, can I make an automation so that their address fills in my “type your address” question using logic? eg. if (answer) 1 is bob1 fill out 1 main street in (answer) 2 If so, can I put in 1000 addresses this way? If so, will this slow down my typeform? I’m assuming my solution does not work but I’m hoping my crappy suggestion for a solution explains my goal.  Do you have a good solution for my goal?  I know that I can automate their address in the data that ends up in google sheets but I’d like to show them their address in Typeform to give them the chance to edit their address if they are at a different location this time (it’s for my delivery service) Thanks  

hello everyone! I'm trying to make a survey, most of the questions are opinion scale, but i want to limit the participant to have answered the same answer for about 3 questions out of 10 questions.is this possible? if anyone can help me i would appreciate it

My question is do you give the rank and badges immediately  or continuously as you participate.
