Hey friends,I’m having trouble taking a hidden variable field and use it as a trigger to send a unique follow up email to the respondent. For example: hidden field variable schoolname = Jefferson High If survey is complete and school name = jefferson high then send a email follow to @emailaddress that has Jefferson High’s custom thank you message and their name in the. signature of the email.   I’m using escape charaters in the hidden field to generate a space so it’s actually schoolname=Jefferson%20High anyone got any thoughts or experience with this?  thanks

The results of the customer reviews and ratings then should be displayed in shopify next to the product which has been rated.Therefore I am looking for a solution to send the results from typeform to shopify.Is there anyone out who can help me out? Hello! We love typeform’s capabilities for building forms and accessible UIs, however we like to have a tight grip on our sensitive data. Is it possible to take full advantage of the typeform form UI, and connect it directly to our own backend APIs for data storage so that our data doesn’t live on typeform’s servers?

I intend to design a survey and distribute it among various users.Is there a method to distinguish each anonymous respondent who provides feedback?

Sadly, another lacking form entry type is time or time range that includes a time zone. I’d like to ask leads when the best time to reach them is, including their time zone. I realize this could be just a text field, but it’s nice to help folks standardize an entry for our sales team. Thanks.

Hi,I am creating a Typeform where users will select 6 images from a collection of 15 images. They select their images in a Picture Choice question.At the end of the survey, I would like to display a mock-up of the 6 selected images displayed in a grid. I know that I can recall the title of previously selected images, but I can’t recall the image itself. Is there some sort of workaround for this?Can I get into the code of the Typeform and make a very custom solution?Can my Typeform await a response from an API then display it at the end?Can I redirect the user to a webpage that inputs their selections and displays a mock-up using Retrieve Image from the API?

Hy all,I setup a little API solution to enter details of our typeform answers to a slack channel and to our SASS solution.I had failures because of typos mainly. Someone misspell their name and added a “ in Mich”el and sending the mail to our slack channel failed.Is there a way to prevent that ? To check for forbidden characters ? Sincerely,Luke.

how do I get the ending to tally the scores for the end of my typeform I cannot figure out the logic and have used every method possible!

Recently, I had to switch to a new email, so the original email I signed up with Typeform is no longer active. I tried to go to “settings” to change the email to the new one, however it will not allow to me since my Typeform was linked via socials, and I cannot set up a password since I am no longer receiving any emails. I emailed Typeform regarding this issue and informed them to respond to my concern to my NEW email (not the one I signed up with), but I have not heard back for several weeks. I’m assuming they have been trying to email my old account. I would like help with this please, as I’m not receiving any notifications or any updates!

Hi everybody,  My problem is that my Typeform is being shown differently on desktop and mobile. More specifically they have different welcome screens. My typeform has been set to NOT have a welcome screen, which works on desktop. However on mobile it seems to make a welcome screen with the title of my Typeform.  Have any of you tried something similar and how can I fix it?

Hi,  I have three star rating questions on my client feedback form. I would like to bring the contact information question only if any one of the 3 star rating questions is less than 3 stars, if all 3 star rating questions are higher than 3 I would like them to end the feedback form. What’s the logic for this.  Thanks

Hi, I have set up the Typeform - Salesforce intergration and mapped our form to a custom object in salesforce. I would like to have that custom object sit on the Contact object and for the form to be matched to the contact by the email address that is entered on the form. Is this possible? ThanksMichelle

My question is exactly like this one, which was not answered? How to map a hidden field to a master-detail field? | Community (typeform.com)We have survey responses form, mapped to a custom object in Salesforce. This is easy enough given the online instructions which are great (One day new with Typeform) What I am unable to figure out, how to connect the custom objects created from the survey form to the respective contacts in SF? That is, for the child object (custom object) to link to the master object (contact). From what I can tell we could pass a hidden SF_Contact_ID or even use the email address of contact - but where in the form mapping to SF do we indicate this is the field to “link” the custom object to the Contact using the SF_Contact_ID or email?At first, I thought it would involve two mappings. 1. Contact - just using the field to match to existing, then a second mapping 2. The survey responses to the custom object - but no joy, the Contact mapping requires surname, etc

I was using the package for student to register for a trial subscription because I would only use Typeform for trying the survey for my studies only but then I didn’t use it. I'm so shocked because they subscribed me to the ANNUAL plan and my credit card was charged 572.30 USD. ( I am a student with no work too at the moment and this is more than my living cost for the whole month. It strange that they didn’t have any reminder about the next bill then I totally forgot about it. I have already sent an email but haven’t got any reply.please help

Hello, I filled out a form for one project, I don't remember which mail I indicated, how to view it?

I made a new form and realised the code was different to all the other forms i’ve created. Then I went to an old form and realised it had the new code format. This code is really frustrating because it’s removed the button text which means I can’t edit it on my website, which is really annoying if the text is over 24 characters. Plus, it won’t properly display when I edit my website, making it very confusing to know which form is which. Have they changed the default code or have I done something to change it? If so, hows do I get it back to normal?
