Typeform conversations

Hi Typeform, Something that I just noticed whilst working with follow-ups. I have set up a follow-up using an “Or” condition - see first screenshot. But when I save it and return to the summary screen it shows as an “And” condition - see second screenshot. When you click in to edit the trigger it still shows as “Or”. Is this a display issue or is it being set up as an “And” instead of an “Or”? Thanks! Andy

I’m getting a message saying “This typeform uses features that aren't in your plan. The following features are Paid and included in higher plans. Brand logo” I don’t need the google background logo. How can I remove it?

Hi,I am creating a quiz with three scores. I have created 3 variables (ass=assimilation in this example). Have watched the video and reached stage where, in logic, you add variable to score. However, when I do this, it lets me add variable “ass” but won’t let me then scroll down to score. I’ve attached a screenshot if anyone has any ideas? 

Are you able to access responses to a questionnaire and track participants’ progress whilst they’re in the midst of completing it? i.e. do participants have to complete/submit fully before you can see their input? 

Hi! I need to make a pretty simple form that will allow our staff members to list each of the names in their family and include a drop down next to each name to choose a t-shirt size. Is there a simple way to do that that I’m missing? Thanks for your help.

I’m using the Matrix question type where users will select “True” or “False to a series of questions. The True and False responses come through to my Google Sheet with an apostrophe in front of them (‘TRUE and ‘FALSE).Is there a way to prevent that from happening? I’m using a formula to count the number of TRUE responses vs the number of FALSE responses and the apostrophe is throwing off my results. Find and Replace isn’t working to try to get rid of the apostrophe. 

Hi, Hopefully a simple one. I want to add a button on / after / next to a Videoask video that when someone click on it it opens their email programme and populates the email to section. Basically a simple hyperlink functionality. How do we do this?  Thanks,James

I have prepared video footage to accompany a question within a Typeform questionnaire. I was under the impression that I would be able to upload an .MP4 file using ‘Add Image or Video’ to a ‘Statement’ question type, yet it says only JPG, PNG or GIP are supported formats, and only up to 4MB.  Is there another way that I can use the video clip that I have prepared to accompany a question? I have tried adding the file to our Brand Kit but to no avail.  Thanks in advance. 

I use a Typeform for a lengthy questionnaire that has its own subpage on my website.  (https://hilarybeckwith.com/candida-questionnaire)I would like to also create a pop-up Typeform for my main landing page that only has some text and a button that links TO that subpage. Due to the lengthy format of the questions, I don’t like the idea of the questionnaire itself being used in the pop-up.Is this a possibility without using hyperlinked text? Would prefer a button, as that looks much nicer.

HiI am trying to integrate PipeDrive with Typeform. I get to step 2, Configuration. Choose a pipeline and stage from your Pipeline account. When someone completes your typeform, their data gets added to this stage. I get a drop-down of Pipelines to choose from. But not all of our Pipelines show. Specifically, I have created a new Pipeline for Typeform, which does not show. I can not see obvious reasons I can see some and not others. Thank you

I want to add an end screen showing all the answers chosen by the person who has just answered my questionnaire. The goal is for the person to know, for example, how many times they answered "yes" or "no" and to offer interpretations of each result on another platform.

Hello,I have a question about how Typeform handles its question limit in free plan. I'm wondering if Typeform starts counting the responses after the first response or resets monthly? for example on 1 July it resets. Thank you, 

Hey, anyone knows how to reach the support quickly? Typeform is an integral part of our product and we always enjoyed the great support. However although we paid via bank transfer 6 days ago the sub for our business account, our account got downgraded like we would have not paid.Now, the big prob is that we cannot use the chat function as we have been downgraded and our ticket is unanswered since noon…If anyone knows how to reach the support quickly please help as it is now damaging our business…Any help appreciated.

The Webhook API walkthrough shows a {tag} element of the URL to POST to (separate from the {form_id}). But scouring the documentation, I can’t find any explanation of what it is. When trying to post to anything around that, I receive a 404 with the response: {"code":"NOT_FOUND","description":"Endpoint not found"} What is that {tag}?!

Help!I’m trying to do multiple calculations summing up a total value while also calculating a “graded” score based off number values and then multiple choice questions. Is it possible to Add a Two step equation into one calculation while also using the same variable in a different question without affecting the value of the original value? This is the simple one:the calculation would be something like this. Based off of answers to Q4 which is value based (number). Ex Answer= 3 ADD to Leads Then if answers to Q7 is A,B, or C, thanMultiply Leads by 2 Difficult Part:Answer Q2:If answer in Q8 are B or C than multiply (Answer Q2) by 50%(Leads) is this possible? How Do I set up variables to create multi step calculations like this?!   

Hey there, brand new to TypeForm and I’m sure theres a way to accomplish what I’m after I just can’t figure it out. Essentially I need to be able to direct to a specific ending page based on both answers to specific questions, AND numeric values of variables I’ve created. For example One question would be “Are you okay with opening a credit card that has an annual fee” -- obviously thats an easy yes or no. But another question would be “how many cards have you opened in the last 24 months?” where they would enter a number. I want to be able to say IF they answered yes, AND the numeric value they entered on question 2 was “less than 5”, than send them to ending page A. etc.  Later on I also want to be able to incorporate a custom variable I’ve created which is essentially the SUM of numerical answers from about 7 questions. I set up each question to add the value of answer given to the variable count. But I can’t find a way to incorporate that variable into my ending page logic?Hopefull

Hi, When I add an address field to a question type, how can I ensure the post code entered is valid? Is there a mechanism to do the validation and prompt a user if an entry is invalid?
