Hi, Thanks in advance. I’m developing a set of forms with quite complex logic that redirects across multiple different forms (e.g. 20+). Users will be submitting personal and sensitive information. Typeform is one part of our app stack, with the others being a separate front-end and back-end which receives webhook payloads. I’ve been using hidden variables like first_name, last_name and DOB from the first typeform attached to the redirecting urls but am concerned about the security / vulnerability of this. These hidden variables allows users to be tracked and data linked across multiple forms and via webhooks (so that users are not mixed up on our end).My question is about optimising encryption and security, given that these identifying variables are in urls. Typeform says data are encrypted ‘in-transit’ but I assume this does not apply to these urls? Is there anyway I can encrypt, then decrypt these variables in transit between forms or without them being ‘public’? Or creating some k

Can I De-publish form questionnaire without deleting it from my workspace? I have forms I may need to use again in the future or modify -- so I would rather not just delete them. I would like to deactivate the link or “un-publish” the form. Is there a way to do that? Thanks!
I have a quiz that once answered puts you in a certain category of 5 different personalities type can this platform support that ?

We are trying to integrate the Typeform with Power BI through API.We succeeded to import the data from Typeform, but it differently shows the data from Typeform, which is like just numbers and letters, not like answers.Does anyone know how to fix this and get the data like on Typeform ?
I would like to find out of it is possible to use the TypeForm API in order to programmatically make individual survey questions that reference specific values, without using the Hidden Fields functionality. For example, imagine I have a database of 1,000 customers, each of which bought 3 different items. I want to create a survey that asks each individual to comment on their experience with each of their 5 items. I.e, person A gets asked to describe items A1, A2, and A3. Person B gets asked to describe items B1, B2, and B3. My understanding is that I could pass those values as URL query string parameters using the Hidden Fields functionality. But in my real survey, I have about ~20 different unique values per individual. What I’m thinking of doing is using the TypeForm API to just create a unique/distinct TypeForm survey per each individual. Each of my surveys will be an n=1 Does this sound reasonable? I will effectively create 1,000 different TypeForm surveys (one for each person), p
Hello everyone, I created a survey to ask our customers about different statement. They can rate the statement from I totally disagree to I fully agree clicking on different smileys that I inserted through the Picture choice. When I know take the report of my data, the response in the Excel is however “I totally disagree” but should be just the number “1” to facilitate data analysis. Where can I substitute the phrase “I totally disagree” to “1” in the background so my customers can click on the I totally disagree smiley and when I export the data, I can calculate with the 1 and don’t have to substitute them myself. Second question: In the results the given order of the picture choice questions are not in the correct order (→ it says: I totally disagree, neutral, disagree,...). Why is it not in the correct way as they have the choices in the question How can I change that? Thank you for your help.
Created a survey with many hidden fields variables that I would like to use to help perform some calculations. When I connect the survey to Google Sheets, the hidden field variables are not recorded / exported to the new of row containing the survey responses. Is there a way to make sure this information is also copied over to the connected Google Sheet?

Hello, I am trying to create an assessment tool to help voters determine which candidate in a given school board race shares values which align most closely with their own. We have collected candidate responses to a series of questions and I want to present those responses in such a way that voters can compare and score each candidate’s response to each question (for example, 1-5 or 1-10), and then at the end I would like the tool to calculate total scores for each candidate and display the results on the final page. I started with a simple outcomes quiz and that allows users to select the response they prefer for each question and then at the end tells them which candidate is theoretically more aligned with their values; however, my test group agreed it was too simplistic and it wasn’t always a cut and dry choice - would be much better if instead of simply choosing Candidate A’s answer over Candidate B’s answer, they could rate each answer (i.e. give Candidate A and 8 out of 10 and C
Hello, this is my first request!!!I need to know how to use the same list of choices for several different forms. That way I don't have to redo it for each form.Thank you.
I believe we're in need of a slightly different question type to those available, or perhaps I'm missing something.Essentially, we require something that resembles the 'Matrix' type with pre-formatted rows - i.e. 'Project 1;' 'Project 2;' 'Project 3' etc. - and columns - i.e. 'Type;' 'Location;' 'Size;' 'Cost' etc. - whereby participants of the survey can input a series of number variables within the available cells. Is there a solution for this?Failing that, my thoughts are that we could request a pre-formatted Excel/similar spreadsheet from survey participants using the 'File Upload' type, but we'd like to make said spreadsheet available to them within the survey itself, i.e. via a 'File Download' option. Is that something we're able to do? Open to suggestions.
Typeform is not letting me upgrade my plan, I keep getting the error below. Billing address and info all updated, correct, and active. Please help!

Hi all, I’m trying to make my typeform shareable so that when a user completes the form, they can send it to friends. Is there a share feature here? This is ideal for the mobile user who can then quickly send the form via sms, whatsapp, IG, email etc. I’m picturing the share icon but will settle for a button or even a hyperlink.
Good morning, I need the responses of all the typeforms to reach a single google sheets file, because I see that currently only one google sheets file can be obtained for each typeform. It is possible to integrate all typeforms in a single sheets file?

Hello everyone,Our company created a Typeform for a lottery where participants can win 3 prizes and have to fill the form with their personal information to register. The problem is that most people quit even before they start the form. I guess my question is, is there any criteria that you need to follow for the welcome screen and do you have any tips on how to make it more appealing in this context ?Any help would be appreciated.
