WHEN I START

Hi, is it possible to create a quiz with points for each answer that in the end of the quizz the respondee gets the score? Because now I’ve created the quizz, and when somebody takes the quizz they don’t see the final score, only I can see it. I want them to see how many points they scored. Thank you.

Hello! We are extracting survey questions and responses using Responses API. But we noticed that only for Matrix type questions we do not see the response_id in our raw JSON file that we get from the API. We get the questions field_id, but response_id seem to be missing. Any idea what could be wrong?The surveys are running and have many submitted forms.

hello,I’m a new user so I apologize if my question has been asked before.I am currently part oof two organizations, one of which I am only an admin (2 members only). The organization owner wants to cancel their account- my question is would I lose access to the shared workplace if they do? they can’t seem to make me an owner. Do I need to move the surveys on the workplace to my own organization first so I don’t lose the work if they do cancel their account? Thank you

New to the community and unsure if this is discussed in a prior thread.  Apologies in advance if it has.Question about using logic workflows for a client-facing survey.Current workflow:A user selects one of 5 categories and logic takes them through a series of questions related to that category.  At the end of those questions, the user is returned to the category list to either 1) select another category and answer the next questions, or 2) end the survey. Desired outcome:The user chooses a category » answers associated questions » returns to category screen which somehow shows them that they’ve completed the category but still allows them to select another category or end survey. I can’t figure a simple way to achieve this.

Hello the TP community,  I plan to share a test to identified clients but I just want to send to Hubspot the result of the test (the answer depends on a cumulated score -> the client jumps to answer A, answer B, answer C). Is it possible to send only this information to a field on Hubspot contact ? It’s not the answer of a question but a logic jump.  With the email of course to match with the database on Hubspot. Thanks a lot,

When I try to show instant results using branching, an error that says “You can't jump back to a skipped question or a different question branch.” Keeps appearing. However, there are examples on the site of branching that uses my exact format (shown in the photo below). How can I avoid this error?  

Hello guys, I am new here and as I see that typeform has no real customer support it is a bit confusing. I paid for the responses, but was not able to choose the audience - is it normal? Also, how fast will I start seeing the responses if I chose 100 responses during one month?

Hello, I’m building a typeform for my workplace and by our back office compliance we are required to have two logos, ours and the parent company logo. How would I insert two logos (ideally one in each bottom corner). Which brings me to my next question- I found the way to insert a logo on a slide, but do not see an option to reposition it (in the way that you are able to reposition an image in a number of various layouts). Is this possible, if so how do I change the location of our brand’s logo? Thank you!

I am trying to create a lead generation form and integrate it with Freshdesk so that all responses will be sent in a ticket to our Customer Care team. It says that the integration was successful, but I have tested it several times and nothing is showing up in Freshdesk. Please help!

Hi all and one for you @john.desborough :)I’m trying to figure out the best way to automate (as much as possible) data visualisation and report creation off the back of survey data collection.My current process is painful and goes like this:Typeform survey Responses fed to google sheets Download excel version Merge into another excel which has formula/calculations set up Check for errors (there are some error formulas setup within it) Visualise key stats manually in Sketch/Illustrator Produce PDF and sendVery manual! Hello,I am working for a SaaS that provides sports teams with websites and membership administration. The service has thousands of unique websites, and also users. Our service includes a Control panel where Admins can administrate their club/site/member base. Our idea is to embed the Typeform on each site in the network, so it pops up when the admins enter the control panel (on *domain*/next/admin/dashboard). Does anyone have an idea on how to effectively do this?We tested an embed in our website builder’s html editor widget on a specific site, and it works well and looks good, but it’ll be a hassle to fix that widget to each unique site.  Also, it seems that it will pop up on each page load even if the user has completed the survey. Any fixes for this? All help is deeply appreciated. Regards, Marius

We would like to use the Typeform Intercom integration to replace Intercom’s emoji rating that is automatically sent when a conversation is closed.  The only problem is, there doesn’t seem to be a way to map the Intercom conversation ID to a Typeform hidden field.  It seems only Intercom user attributes can be mapped.We use the Typeform Salesforce integration to import responses into Salesforce.  For phone/email case surveys, we inject the Salesforce Case Id as a hidden field so that Salesforce can relate the created Survey Result record to the associated Case record.  We need to be able to do this as well with chat cases.  Ideally, we’d be able to inject the Intercom conversation ID into the Typeform response, and then we’d have Salesforce map the Survey Result to the related case via that conversation ID.Is there a way to do this currently?  If not, is there a way we could go about submitting a feature request?  Thanks 😊

Hi community,I’m creating a personality quiz with 6 possible personality/archetype results. There are 11 questions with six options each in a MCQ format, each option corresponding to a archetype. However, I realised there can be several instances of a tie in result which a normal outcome quiz doesn’t cater to. Do you know how I can use variables and/or branching + calculations to fix this?Thanks!

Hi, Thanks in advance.  I’m developing a set of forms with quite complex logic that redirects across multiple different forms (e.g. 20+). Users will be submitting personal and sensitive information. Typeform is one part of our app stack, with the others being a separate front-end and back-end which receives webhook payloads. I’ve been using hidden variables like first_name, last_name and DOB from the first typeform attached to the redirecting urls but am concerned about the security / vulnerability of this. These hidden variables allows users to be tracked and data linked across multiple forms and via webhooks (so that users are not mixed up on our end).My question is about optimising encryption and security, given that these identifying variables are in urls. Typeform says data are encrypted ‘in-transit’ but I assume this does not apply to these urls? Is there anyway I can encrypt, then decrypt these variables in transit between forms or without them being ‘public’? Does anyone know how I can send the score from my typeform survey, into Zapier?  I want to send the survey result with the score calculated in typeform, into Zapier through to Google Sheets, but I can’t see how to detect the score from typeform, in the Zapier field. Help?? Thank you!

Can I De-publish form questionnaire without deleting it from my workspace? I have forms I may need to use again in the future or modify -- so I would rather not just delete them.  I would like to deactivate the link or “un-publish” the form.  Is there a way to do that? Thanks!
