Typeform conversations

If I’m sending the typeform in an email, is there a way for me to automatically know the email of the person responding to the survey without having them fill in ‘email’ as a question?

Hi Typeform community, I built a question which requires 2 level of answers, and the logic jumps do not follow. What seems weird to me is that this happens only when selecting A and C. Does someone have a clue or answer? Many thanks,Luca Here is a link to a video explaining my problem:   

Hi there,  We’re using Typeform to do a weekly, in-house pop quiz. I’ve got the Slack integration set up, but can’t seem to get it to send to a private channel or a group DM. We want to keep the results private, so sending the results to a public channel doesn’t work for us, and two of us are involved in this project so we’d ideally like two of us to get the Slack notifications.  Does anyone know a way to do either of these, sending to a private channel or a group DM?  Thanks!

We use Typeform to qualify our leads. If they pass the application we get them on the phone and attempt to sell them. We use Keap for that. My question is, how can I easily sort my Typeform responses based on if someone has purchased from us in Keap? Is there some sort of tag I can add in Typeform based on that action in Keap? Is there automation I can use?

2 of my forms are published, however when people are accessing the link (especially on Microsoft browsers, but has happened on Chrome too) they are getting a “this form isn’t safe” message and being denied access.Are there any settings I need to be sure to have to keep this from happening?

We currently have a single slack channel that is private that we are sending multiple typeforms. We would like to add an additional typeform survey to this channel, however, the dropdown option is not populating the private channel we want. How do we add additional typeforms to this channel that are currently set to private? Zapier is not a paid service we use today, so looking for a workaround.  Example:brand-survey-channel - this is privateCurrently we have 2 other typeforms sending data to this channel.we added a Google Data Studio integration for emailing reports, since then the slack channel no longer populates the end user submissions and only shows the report detailsCan we only have 1 integration to these services at a time?What other options, outside of archiving and starting new, are available?

We were charged automatically today for another year without any prior notice about the charge. We aren’t using this service anymore so we require cancellation and a refund.There is no way to contact support other than creating a ticket. 

I recently made a typeform and sent it to my teammates. Once they completed it I asked them to look at it again after making a few edits, and when they tried to reopen it it did not let them. Is there a way to fix this?

My typeform embedded code when copied to HTML is not showing in the webpage.  <div data-tf-widget="iAqv5S5U" data-tf-opacity="100" data-tf-iframe-props="title=Early Tester Contact us form" style="width:100%;height:500px;"></div><script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script> But when integrated with Canva it is showing in Canva infographic design. Also when there is a background video in the Canva infographic not able to interact with type form. When you click on form input it plays or pauses video. Is there a solution to interact with typeform placed on top of Canva infographic which has background Video. RegardsUday

I’m in the process of mapping fields from typeform into Notion, and at around 10 fields, I just get an error message from typeform: ‘Something went wrong :( Try reloading this page or contact customer support.”  Have tried in both Safari and Chrome. Here’s a recording of the problem happening live: 

Is there any way to add a comment box to a rating or other question or must it always be a separate question?

I’m creating a quiz and it’s 33 questions long.At the beginning it says male or female.Although the questions are the same how do I copy the questions for female and apply it to male.Also, are we able to re-direct to two seperate websites upon completion?

How can I do this so everyone filling out questions needs to answer and can not skip?

I am trying to redirect to another typeform but redirect button and redirect URL are not working.  It just freezes the form upon submit.  

Hello :) Is there a way to have a two part question without creating a group? I have quite a few Yes/no questions that are then followed by an ‘If yes...’ question. So I would like these to be nested (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) without creating a load of question groups and adding unnecessary clicks for the user. Progress bar/counter - is there a way or any plans to add more function to the progress bar? It’s so small, I didn’t even notice it’s there. It would be good to have an indicator also of your place in the survey e.g. Question 1 of 40Many thanks!

Hi Typeform,Out client is thinking about using Typeform to send their event invitations. If we assume that an event invitation is a Typeform for registering one recipient, in the current solution that recipient can add guests in their response. Those guest will also receive the link to the invitation.I wonder if this is possible in Typeform. 

Is it possible to export the genarated report in PDF from Typeform? Tried to check the help center answers, it seems not possible. But before, as my Manager said, they could download Typeform report in PDF. So how about now?

I’m asking my visitors a number of questions and scoring them behind the scenes. I understand that I can send the users to traditional “ending” pages based on their score.I’m interested though in adding payment options to these pages.So my flow would be:questions are answered scores added behind the scenes logic takes them to a page (showing their score range) they can make payment for our service after seeing their score (which is effectively how much we can help them) I would have 4 or so pages like this similarly set-up but showing slightly different results.Is there a way to do this?TIA

It doesn’t make any sense to me that a survey platform would not have the capacity to export data as A, B, C, and not the text of the answer. If you are doing a survey in multiple languages, this is necessary to avoid long workarounds and find/replace once you export data. I don’t know how to contact Typeform product people to discuss with them but if anyone has any info or can pass this request along, I would greatly appreciate it. 

I’m setting up my first Typeform with payment - been using Typeform for years but only now I wanted to collect payments for award entries.My main issue is that I can’t see any automated confirmation after the purchase for receipts and invoices. People will need this as proof of purchase.Does anyone know if this is possible. Typeform support is not responding, there is little on about it and I have tested few payments and not go one email confirmation.Can someone that has some experience help me please?I’m launching this baby this week, ewwww.Thanks, George

Hello!I’m a Typeform newbie and just built our first multi-step survey...yah!  I saw other postings on this a-ha! topic but I am asking if it’s possible to remove this publicity that appears after a person hits submit. Sorry Typeform, I know builds business but I wonder if this has to be there? (screenshot)  Thanks! 

I’d like to ask users the date of their last appointment, and then redirect those who had an appointment less than 60 days ago (aka today-60 days). Is this possible in Typeform? 

I made a survey with question type “matrix”. In the "results" area I find cool charts that show the distribution of the answers. However, when I “generate a report” or want to print or create a pdf, these charts disappear. They don’t show in the report. Is there a way to include those in the (pdf-)report? Thanks.
