Typeform conversations

I want to use the Salesforce Record ID as a hidden field in Typeform to track responses and then use that to map the responses make into SF to populate fields.  I don’t see IDs as an option to map in the TypeForm object in Salesforce.  Am I missing something? or is the Record ID not a field you can map forms to?

I am looking into our insights on TypeForm and all I can see are the high level stats.  If I upgrade will I only get insights going forward or will I have access to the historical details as well?  If I have historical details how far back can I see information? 

Is it possible to take the data that users input into our Typeform form and add them to Meta Pixel/Conversion API as parameters?We’d like to add PII like First Name, Last Name, Email, etc. as parameters to our Pixel events to improve match rates on high value actions, like completing a Typeform.  I know we can track the start and completion of a form with the standard Pixel events with the integration.  But we’re also trying to determine if we can also add the information the users are submitting submit in the form as parameters,Thanks!

I am creating a questionnaire. I created some multiple choice questions that they can select. But I also added the option ‘other’. If they choose ‘other’ I would like to add a field in which they can add more info what ‘other’ they want. Or in other questions to add a field to give an explanation about their answer. I can’t find that option, is that correct?thanks, Eduard

Hi all, For some of the people who are on my typeform, they are unable to see the box where they’re supposed to enter their phone number into when they are on mobile. They can see the question but there is no place for them to enter the number. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!

I set-up a picture-choice quiz and got feedback from participants that the image was too hard to see. Are you not able to zoom on a picture to see it bigger and clearer? Whenever I zoom it gets bigger but remains blurry. Help!

Hi, we’re trying to use Typeform to better qualify leads before they arrive in Hubspot. Once they arrive in Hubspot though, we want to send them to an automated workflow so that they can go to a specific Deals board depending on what country they come from and get assigned to a specific sales person. The workflow exists in Hubspot for Hubspot form but we don’t know how to connect it to the Typeform we created. What property or trigger can we use for deals created via Typeform to be recognised by the workflow?

I’m just getting started with typeform and hoping that one of you can assist. I am creating a lenghty order form for a custom product and need to collect the customers shipping address. Is there an easy ay to do so without have to ask for:Street Address City State ZipI assumed there would be an address component but I cannot find one.

How can I set 3 potential thank you pages, and redirect to the correct one based on whether or not someone selected a particular response? Very unclear in the helpcentre hopefully someone here can clarify! 

In my generated report, specific questions are left out of PDF export or print even though they are not hidden online. Specifically, two matrix questions and open ends. Any ideas?

Hello everyone, I have few ads running on Meta (former Facebook) connected to my Typeform. If I create now a new custom subdomain, what will happen to the typeform connected to my ads?Will those typeforms still be working? Hello I have followed steps to embed the full page typeform. I added a new template pasted code and it is showing a full width page but not height. I looked on many questions here and have played with the height and width in the coding- to no avail! It is so small! There is nothing else on this page only my footer and header.

Ok.. there are a bunch of folks who have posed the questions in here about how this sort of scenario:I have 5 categories that I want to score each category will have a number of questions (ie 5) and 1 point will be given to the correct answer of each question.  the maximum score of any category = 5 there could be, in this example, 5 categories with a score of 5 I want to create a simple tie-breaker question if there is a tie for high score. I have posted a number of times about ways to do this but I’ve created a little test file below to see if I managed to think clearly enough, late last night, to create a sample structure based on the following: there are 5 questions, each representing a category each question has a choice of 1-5  after all 5 questions are answered, the sample follows this process sequentially:  is there a unique category score of 5? if so, go to the appropriate category ending if there is no unique 5, then check to see if there is at least one pair of category sc

Hi,I have 10 questions in my quiz but when I go to preview it or test it only one question comes up and then the results. How do I connect all my questions under one quiz? I’ve used the + button to add questions, everything seems in order…. I am using logic for my results and connected those as well but for some reason the test only goes thru the 1st question and then straight to results.Help! 

HiI’m testing with a simple form. For one specific question I have ‘vertical layout’ off, as I’ve got quite a few answers.In typeform they now show in 3 columns, which is perfect.But when I embed they are in vertical layout.How do I get the 3 column layout in my embed?

I embed typeform on our website.However, when we open it from mobile (iOS - Safari & Chrome), after click ‘Start’, the Typeform window size reduce to a cm. and cannot see/input anything.
