Typeform conversations

I submitted a form over 45 minutes ago and the form submission still doesn’t seem to appear in my klaviyo. how long does it take? I need something instantaneous. The integration has been set up correctly.

Hi Team,My industry requires potential customers to answer questions that are slightly complicated - This may require a piece of extra information about each option. I am wondering if there is an option to add an (i) icon next to an option/question - this when clicked or hovered over will open a small pop-up/text box that gives additional details. Please help me find the right way to insert this! :) 

Hello, I have two questions: 1) Question 1: I would like to create a question with the following structure:“Identify the requirements of XX in relation to:A: … data/text input B: … data/text input C: … data/text input “Is it possible to set up this question and make it appear on one page? I’d prefer to have it just on one page as one question rather than splitting it into 3 questions on 3 separate pages. 2) Question 2: I would like to create a multiple choice question where the user can then input further data/text information to the options selected, eg:“Tick the options that apply and describe the strategy used:A - if relevant, select and add description B - if relevant, select and add description C - if relevant, select and add description “Is it possible? Again, I would like to have this as one question on one page, rather than splitting it into different questions on different pages. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!Alessandra

Hi community,I’m new on Typeform, and I have a form for consumers to fill in their preferences and receive a result of their personalized product, based on the responses. I need this consumer to receive an email with the same result as the Typeform's Ending, but I can't use Endings as a trigger for my marketing automation (Mautic) as it's not a field/cell available in Results. How can I collect that contact received an Ending A, B or C?Thanks in advance!

Hello,I’ve been looking for a platform that will allow me to create a needs assessment form for our business operators to input their current recruiting needs.  We’d ask basic questions around how any employees to be hired, what is the timeline, what is the desired experience, etc.  From there, based on their specific answers to each question (say no more than 5 questions), I’d like to have an email sent with personalized recommendations of internal recruitment resources to be used (which are housed in Sharepoint).  I understand this would require identifying which resources match with each possible answer.  Is there a way for Typeform to understand the equation of which resources to send based on the answers provided?

Every single form redirects to the TypeForm website, even after I upgraded. I’m thinking about moving to another service if there isn’t a quick fix, that doesn’t work for me since I pay for the service. Is there something I’m missing? I tried removing the button also, it still redirected.

It's not very clear how to set up the logic.You need to do this so that a specific question opens only if the answer to question 1 or 2 was no.Well, that is, in one of these questions the answer can be yes, in the second no, this should open question three. If no and no or yes yes, then everything is clear. Help

Hi everyone, I created a new typeform and integrated to a Trello board the already received results from an old typeform. Would that be the reason the integration is not working? Two Typeform can't send results to the same Trello board? Should I cread a new board from scratch?Also, I can't really test it because I'm in the free mode and any test I make is one less result in my monthly allowance. Is there a way to automate adding options/answer choices? I want to have a question that asks “Who has the best costume?” but allow guests to be able to upload a picture of their costume along with a quick name of the character in real time at an event. Then have everyone vote at the end. Please let me know if this is possible and how it may be accomplished. Thanks!  I’m thinking about something along the lines of using a QR code to open their camera and shoot a picture and go from there.

Hi All, we have recently completed an ambassador intake for our brand. We have filtered through all the responses and added approved and declined tags.This has taken weeks to complete, now I am finding it will not allow us to export the Approved and declined applications separately, is there something I am missing? 

Hi guys,  We have a 10 question personality quiz with 50 potential outcomes. Because its supposed to be a funny quiz, we’re seeking to show the respondent a random outcome whenever they take the quiz. Do you know how I would be able to do this? 

So I have a page, in which i added the js code to get the typeform to pop up on screen after X seconds (see code below). Problem is, for people who already went on the page, the pop up shows black and empty, without any content in it. Hey guys, I've been browsing through several topics regarding this issue and I'm still having the same problem:When debugging directly from my Typeform link, GTM fires TypeformSubmit normally. However, when debugging from the website, when visitors click on the button to launch typeform (i'm not embedding on the website, it's an external link), GTM stops debugging and doesn't fire form submission.  I've created a trigger on GTM called TypeformSubmit and linked to my GAds and GA4 contact form submission tags, but it's still not firing. Any ideas why this might be happening?

I am not recieving any email notifcations when someone fills in one of my forms. Not sure how to fix this as I don’t remember unsubscribing to anything and I still recieve emails advertising from Typeform. Can anyone help?

If I change email address, will it affect my purchase plan?
