Typeform conversations

Hi, we are using native typeform integration, but it seems like the integration blocks the communication between the dataLayer object and Google TagManager.GTM cant see any events dispatched.When debugging GTM, all GTM events happen normally, but every time we need to use dataLayer, GTM cant see it.Thats the url: https://sofia-salud.typeform.com/to/Wmm83bDg/When we run this js command in the consoledataLayer.push({'event': 'formSent', 'testData':'testData'});We should see the event inside GTM debugger, but nothing happens. 

Hi,I’m trying to figure out how I can personalise my Typeform question so that when someone types their name in my first question, my second question includes their first name from the first question.I’ve seen that we can use it from the templates provided (example below) but i’m wondering how I can add it to the existing Typeform I have now as it’s already been published and I want to continue using that one.Thank you very much.  

Hi folks,I made a small survey with some single MC questions, where you can choose only one answer. Mostly the options are:A: fully agree B: agree C: neutral D: disagree E: fully disagree logic like following:sadly, if I try, it does not skip to 2m if you choose D,E,or C  it always go to the next one (2l). Could someone please help me I really don't get it!

Hello, I want to start with showing my gratitude to the Typeform team, this product has really helped innovate and streamline our company processes! I specifically am reaching more so to figure out how to keep intentional white spacing in questions. The scenario that I am in is that I am trying to build an interactive power point and am trying to put nested bullet points. For example : ● Teamwork  ○ insert nested statement  The issue occurs that when I am creating the page in typeform, the white spaces are clearly visible and then once I publish the form, the white spacing disappears. after I publish the typeform that previous example will look like:● Teamwork○ insert nested statement  Does anyone know of how to fix this issue? I’ve tried to use ASCII/Uni Code white spaces but that didn’t work. Thanks,Antwon.

I’m aware that the current integration does not support lookup fields with Salesforce.  Is there a workaround in place where we can create a case that is associated with the correct account, given that we can store the Salesforce Account ID as a hidden field?

Hi there! I’m creating a Typeform and need to display questions IF a hidden field is empty (aka the client hasn’t given the answer yet). Before receiving the Typeform, clients are called and might have responses to certain questions already. The data is served from Airtable and the URL is dynamically pre-populated.I’m familiar with conditional logic, but don’t really see a way of simply displaying a given question if the corresponding hidden field is empty. It seems that I have to build various conditional paths depending on which fields are empty (which I don’t want to do as I have 8 fields which could have values or not). For instance with Airtable forms, you can simply show or hide questions based on conditions (Airtable forms is lacking other features though unfortunately and that’s why we’re planning on using Typeform).Does anyone have a good solution for this?Thanks a lot!

Hello! I am looking to create a quiz that has 3 questions with 2 alternatives per question. After completing the three questions, the quizzer gets one of nine pre-written replies/suggestions3 questions w 2 answers can give the following results:AAA AAB ABB BBB BAA etc etc But I am very unsure about which type of template to choose? Does anyone have the solution? Thanks:)

Embedded wordpress loads very slowly1. When we were testing on the mobile phone, the loading was very slow, the options came out, but the pictures on the title had not come out, or the pictures and options had not come out, my friend new york also tried to test, and the result of the feedback was also loaded very slow2. The mobile terminal test score of our website is 89 points, and the PC terminal test score is 92 points3. Whether the image format can increase the webp format, and the jpg/png loading is very slow4. I suggest to have a hidden link. Sometimes we want to share the link with you, but we don't want it to be made public. We hope to have a hidden link function.   

Hi, I added a hidden field using the Logic session and I am passing a value to it in my React app, but I don’t see its value in the form’s result. I can see the answer in the results, but the new hidden field column is missing and I can’t find where to add it (I do not see it in parameters). Hidden field React app Not visible in results​​​​Table settings​​​​​​Best regards, 

Hello Everyone 😆 I am contacting you because I just tested the MYSQL integration on zappier. It is great and it works just fine. I can push all the datas to a database when the form is sent. I have a question. Someone knows how the datas are handle when we use the ‘Upload’ form on Typeform. How the datas are sent to mysql ? For example, if i want on typeform offering the visitor to upload an image or a doc,how do I store it through mysql ? how typeform handle the data and send it to mysql ?  how the image is stored ? where i can find the doc and how typeform and mysql integration handle this integration regarding documents or images uploaded ?  Thank you for your help . 

Hello, I have an assessment tool with 10 text based variables.  Each of the variables is paired with another variable in a series of 45 “A or B” type questions.  I need to set up the back end logic to take the results of all the pairwise questions and rank them “most chosen to least chosen” and then redirect based on what variable is most chosen.  Here’s an example below.  Lets say there are four variables, A, B, C and D.  That would then require six questions of non-repeating pairwise choices.A or B A or C A or D B or C B or D C or DLets say the respondent chooses C for three of the questions, B for two of the questions, A for one question, and never D.  C would be the highest ranked variable and I would like to redirect the respondent to a page that describes the qualities of C. Can someone help me understand how to write the logic and then the ending questions? THANK YOU!

Hi! I am trying to create multiple payment forms within one Typeform, but can’t seem to work. For example, if a student takes all 4 subjects with us – English, Math, Science, Chinese – it will be $XX price. If a student takes 3 subjects with us, it will be $XX price, and so on.I have added the different combinations of subjects in various question groups, and I intend to add the payment question at the end of each question group with the corresponding right price for that combination. May I know if adding multiple payment forms within one Typeform is not available on a free plan, or it is not supported even in a paid plan? On a side note, can we request for SGD to be supported as a currency for Stripe transactions?

Some time during 4-5 months in a row, other times for a one shot.Now, they ask me to pay to receive a list of people having answering the form.I have paid for the service and I really can’t understand why do I have to wait for 14 days to get MY information back. I need a quick answer please 🙏

I have two endings  for success and for screening out participants, which don’t fit. I would like to auto-close the survey, as soon as the response limit on the “success” end hits 200, ignoring screened-out people. Any solution I came up with, involves me monitoring the survey, what I want to avoid. Thanks for helping!

Hi there,I’m wondering if there’s a way to indefinitely populate blank question groups based on whether or not a user selects “are there any additional [items] to include? YES/NO”Basically, I’m trying to get a sense of all the individual hard costs involved in a project, but every project is different—some have one or two hard costs while others could have over a dozen or more.Right now, the best I can do is re-route the user back to the original question group rather than a new/blank one, or arbitrarily cap the number of question groups/items a user can add and route the user through those until they hit the limit.Thanks in advance for your time and assistance!

Good morning, i’m experiencing a problem while developing a complex survery, where the user can get points from multi-answer questions and, if the number of answers are the same for each group, he/she will be redirected to security questions in order to unbalance the score.Example:Questions from 1 to 7: Choose between A, B, C, D, E, F, G.Each choice has a different ending, based on score (IF A score > others, THEN redirect to ending A) In our tests, the user ends up very often with the same score for 2 answer, so we decided to implement a security question that must work like this:     IF the score for answer A is the same for answer B, THEN redirect the user to a custom page (will be one for every pair, in this case the pair is A-B) where the user can choose between A and B to unbalance the score, answering A or B will then add score to the answer and redirect to the correct ending.I’m unable to do this on Typeform because of the missing of a variable comparator (IF @varA == @varB

I want to create a “pre” survey that gathers quantitative data about time-bound projects (length of project, cost, lead staff, etc.). Then I want to have the same person fill out qualitative “post” survey at the end of the program (what worked, what didn’t, would you recommend). Can this be built into one survey and if so, how does the respondent go back to the original survey to add new content at the end of the program period?

The first one: When "embedding" this Typeform, it doesn't adapt the dimensions neither in mobile nor in desktop, so it can't be done.
