Typeform conversations

I want to use typeform to complete a pre and post survey for online learning. Is there a way to use the first four questions of the survey visible in one link and the second four questions visible in the another link? This means I don't have to use an identifier to link to two very similar surveys.

Hi there, The Notion database I wish to integrate with will not show up as an option. I have the necessary admin access as well as put all the correct headings in my table database but it still refuses to show up as an option to integrate with. At the moment I am using a Google Sheets to collect responses, but the end goal is Notion.Any ideas on how I can best get around this?Thanks

Hello!I’m creating a quiz with 4 different categories with 10 questions each (a total of 40) answerable by yes or no. All of the questions are randomized into one question group. The ending I want is to be at their lowest score of category. If my lowest score is cat_A, I should have the ending screen for cat_A, and if I have a tie low score for cat_A, cat_B, and cat_C, I should have an ending screen with tie ending screen a, b, and c.I’ve seen questions related to mine, but the difference is that most of the questions asked here have an opinion rate scale. That’s why I need help. What do you think my logic should look like? I hope you can help me.

Hi there!I need to make a questionary where you will have as a result 2 roles maximum per person, that would be calculated after add all the scores from 6 questions. For instance:Which behavior I dislike more:1- Discussion between workmates : (number from 0 to 10)2- People not involved in the project: (number from 0 to 10)etc…Then this points have to be added with other question related and I will have a rank of different roles. There is some calculations that i have in excel but it is not easy for me find the solution here.Any help please!!! ???

Hey everyone, this is a somewhat unusual case, but it would be pretty important to us.We collect feedback with typeform after we consult our website visitors.The survey has 3 multiple choice questions, 1 long text question and 1 email question.Whenever we get a long text back, ideally we would like to contact that user again.At the moment, whenever the long text is filled in, the email is not required in the next question so we cannot contact the user afterwards. I assume it is not possible, but I am still asking: Is there a way to make question 5 “required” if question 4 contains anything at all.I thought of having two different email questions and show “required” or “not required” based on the answer of question 4. However, I don’t know how this would be possible either.I would need a logic option like: If 4 contains “any answer” or “isn’t empty” jump to question X.Any advice is appreciated.

Hi! HELP PLEASE! Trying to get an automated calendar invite once i go through my form where if I pick IN PERSON, I will get a specific invite, and if I select VIRTUAL, I will get a different link. Google or Zoom, doesn’t matter - it’s more of a calendar block.

I have just upgrade from an old subscription (Profesionel) to “Plus subscription”  Now one of my form is giving this information when I try publish it.“Upgrade to publishThis typeform uses trial features that aren’t on your plan. To publish it, upgrade your plan or remove these trial features.” It doesn't make sense, since I have paid more for the new plan, and didn't change anything beside removing the Typeform logo from the form, and in my other forms, it is not a problem to remove the Typeform logo. The form that won't publish I can't find what is trial mode, so can't change it, anybody no how to find what is wrong with the form? And also explain why a more expensive plan doesn't give acces to the same as the cheaper one?

Here i am facing some problem in experts in typeforms: I want to conduct interviews with people about specific issues they encounter at work and gauge their severity and frequency on a scale of 1 to 5.Any suggestions for how to include those two options inside a question so that respondents can rate those two factors for the same issue?

Hello,I have been trying to test the dropdown menu on typeform and single select on air table, however none of it has been working.I created a test column as SINGLE SELECT on my air table with the choices as (test 1, test 2, test 3, test 4) and a typeform as a dropdown menu with the same choices but I am still getting the same message everytime: “Hmm...not a perfect matchThe options in your typeform question must be the same as the options in your Airtable field. If your options are orc, elf, and goblin in your typeform question, you need orc, elf, and goblin in the Airtable field you're matching with.”Please let me know how you can fix this.Thank you. 

Hi team, I am am a coach, that uses Typeform as an application for intake.I coach both men and women,I have a different, seperate typeform for either sex…I am now building out an email sequence from my website to encourage people to fill the application…I am wondering if there is a way for me to:have a general typeform start point for BOTH men and women A first question that says ‘are you male or female?’ From that point forward, two seperate sets of typeform questions based on how they answer?This would allow me to then ensure I reply with a more personlised automatic sales video? Thanks in advance. Jase

Hi!,We’re pretty new to typeform and I have recently discoverd the hidden fields aspect. We integrated wiht our Salesforce CRM and we are using the GTM tags to publish the typeform on our website to capture new leads. Im not a developer, but we have a great team i could pass on info to.One question i have, can we use Hidden fields to only trigger the popup if the web visitor is 1. unrecognized and 2. has no newsletter subscription record or is opted-out in our CRM? If we are doing pure lead gen activities, i would like to exclude our customers who are already engaged.Also, could the pop-up be triggered by recognizing UTM parameters from social media sites?Thanks for the help!

Hello Typeform Team,I recently opened an account and already did a registration survey with people already using the Typeform survey. After a few days of being offline, I went to the Typeform website to log in and see the survey results, but I could not because the webpage asked me to sign up, as if it was my first time using Typeform. I later found an Typeform email on my contacto@lascasmexico.org address saying that I have to upgrade so I did and received a confirmation email but on my other gmail address. And I still cannot enter my Workspace to see my survey. I hope I can log in and see my survey because I will held an international event very soon and that my upgrade is for my correct account where I have made the survey. Dear Community,We created a typeform to enable visitors to easily navigate our services. Once the visitor selects the service they want, they click submit. The expected behavior is the submit would direct them to a booking page where they can schedule the service.In Firefox, the submit opens the new window with the booking page. However, it doesn’t work in Chrome. We installed a fresh version of Chrome with no plugins/extensions, and it doesn’t work on the desktop as well as mobile.Please help as we just launched it and hoping to resolve this before too many people are affected. Hi,I use Delete responses API to delete responses and limit the number of included_response_ids to 250 ids per request, Typeform’s limit is 1000 ids.It has been working fine for years now. But during the last 2 weeks, it occasionally fails with 502 Bad Gateway. So I try to reproduce the problem using Postman and voilà, whenever the response size is over 1 KB/1000 B, it will throw 502 error.Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there some recent change in the API that would cause this? Maybe I should lower the number of responses to delete to 100?

It can hard to respond so I would like to help my respondents with contextual text after 30 seconds of inactivity for example to show them some example. hi,I have a question.I've been using the typeform for two years.I've made various kinds of questionnaires, and I've been backing them up. Is there a function where the typeform is deleted or typeform link is deleted after a certain period of time?or Is the questionnaire and typeform link forever unless I delete it? I am sorry that I am not good at English.:(

Hello, Our webhook will only receive the payload for a form field if the answer does not contain any spaces or special characters other than a dash. It uses this information to create a subdomain for users. Is there a way to validate an answer to make sure it does not contain special characters or spaces other than a dash? 

Is it possible to get multi-stage form responses?Specifically, I would like to create a form that collects submitted content at multiple stages. We need to prioritize the requested content in three stages. It would looks something like this:***Q1: Name (required)Q2: DOB (required)Q3: Rating Scale (required)Next sectionQ4: Rating Scale (optional)Q5: Short form answer (optional)Next sectionQ6: Short form answer (optional)Q7: Short form answer (optional)Q8: Short form answer (optional)***Is it possible to capture the information based on whether or not the section was completed? Q1 - Q3 is a priority, and we don’t want to risk not getting answers to those questions if the user feels the rest of the survey to too long/burdensome.Thanks!

Is there a way to see the exact date you created a Typeform? Right now I can sort them by date but wanted the exact dates.
