Hello, I am getting errors to log in and no way to fix the issue or contact support! I have already paid for the month and I need to send over the form today! I have logged out of my gmail, I have cleared my cache and I am getting the same Error.I am trying to contact support but there is not such thing!

I am sending user name and email from Calendly, so I can save them in hidden fields.Can I pass them to Airtable using the integration?

 ie:  1st question: Hello what is your first name? Response:  Eric 2nd question:  Hello there Eric nice to meet you today.  What is your last name?You see the second question uses the data from the first question. How do I do this.   It normally is some kind of short code that makes this work I appreciate your response. Eric

Hi there! We’re trying to use Typeform to run a referral program. I wondered if there’s some way to make it so that when a form submits, it opens LinkedIn with a readymade post for the participant to post? Thanks for your ideas! 

I’m hoping to use typeform for provide the attractive front end, to a survey backend that we’re looking at building. Essentially we will be running surveys, but each question is generated on the fly so we cannot prebuild this in a google sheet or something like that.Is there any way to do this that isn’t a giant build? I was hoping there might be an API to accomplish this, but I havent been able to find the functionality in here.Any thoughts are appreciated! (however we cannot eliminate the on-the-fly requirement)

Hello,  I see an error (“Cannot Activate Mapping- Can’t Map Salesforce Field to Two Questions: undefined, undefined, undefined”)  when trying to activate a form mapping within Typeform. This error came out of nowhere as the form was working less than 24 hours ago.  I currently only have two questions mapped in the form “Email” which is mapped via a hidden field on the form and one other question.  Any idea what this could be? Hi! I am working on a membership automated flow for our company. What I want to do is:Application process:Stage 1: Answer form 1 - wait for 2 working days after submission to send an email acknowledging receipt of application (already set this time delay up on MailChimp)Stage 2: Answer form 2 - this is where my question goes in. Is there a way for us to detect which applicants who completed form 1 haven’t submitted form 2? Because what we’d want to do next is to send them automated reminder emails (e.g. “5 days left to submit form 2”).  I know we can detect them manually if we check each applicants, but my clients want it automated so we can focus on other areas of our network. Hello there! Once I integrate Typeform with ActiveCampaign, how do I send different email messages based on unique Typeform answers?I only want people who answered the Typeform a certain way to be sent an automated email from ActiveCampaign. Is this possible? Thank you in advance!

Hey all,I am trying to use the Website Design Feedback Form Template (https://www.typeform.com/templates/t/website-design-feedback-form-template/) which says that it is free. However, when I try to use the template I am getting the error “This account hit its plan limit of 0 typeforms”. Anyone know the reason for this error or how I can use it? Any and all advice is very much appreciated.

Hi,Typeform newbie here!I would like to send the responses of one of my Typeform forms to a MS Azure Sql Server database. I have access to MS Power Automate, too.Now, one way of doing that could be the Webhook that is triggered with every form submission. MS Power Automate can receive the Webhook and then write the data in the Sql Server database. But knowing the above method may miss a submission if the Webhook does not work for any reason, I wonder if there is another way of doing this. E.g., does sending the responses to an Excel and then syncing that Excel with the database make of a more reliable alternative?Thank you in advance!

Hello. I have a Typeform that I want to convert into a template so that anyone can use it and send surveys out on their own/see their responses from individual clients.Please let me know how/if this is possible.

Goo afternoon -I am new to the Tyepform API - so please bear with me.I am able to get the responses - but I need to be able to also download the questions also.The answers contain the Question ID - but apart from creating all the questions off-line I can see of no way of getting the questions from the form …Is this at all possible? many thanks in advance, BtB

Hi, I’m trying to track submissions on 3 different typeforms using Google Tag Manager for 3 Reddit ‘conversion’ ad permutations. Should I be connecting each typeform to the same container, or different containers? My goal is to track each form submission, and be able to tell which survey was filled out. However, these forms are not embedded on our landing page, and I’m getting errors when testing the first container I set up. I’m currently using the Reddit pixel tag for each typeform & the pageview → event type: form submission trigger. I’m not sure why I’m encountering issues or if this is even the best approach to tracking the submissions of these forms.  Any suggestions, help, or feedback would be most appreciated. Thank you! 

Hey y’all!  New user here and wondering if we can import data into a hidden variable from a table based on phone number or another key?   I don’t have a CRM to connect to so wondering if this can be done via table. Any help would be appreciated! 

I have just integrated Typeform with Salesforce. We have 1500 responses in Typeform.If I choose ‘create new record for every response’, it is creating duplicate records every time the responses are pulled from Typeform.If I choose ‘Upsert’ option, it gives an error ‘Exception: Search term exceeded max length’.  What is the best practice here? Should we delete the old responses in Typeform? Is that to be done manually everytime responses are pulled to Salesforce? We have files uploaded as part of responses, so I am not keen on deleting responses in Typeform.

I just want to use typeform and get the audience to interact with our survey.  There should be a medical question you have to answer (mostly multiple choice or rating) and show after the completion of every form, what all the other users entered as an average, so everyone could see if his answer is mainstream or not… Please note that there might be no “correct” or “wrong” answers, i just want to show the opinion of the masses after every question… is this possible in typeform?

I operate a rental business.  I need to review all options selected by my customer before taking payment to ensure I have what they requested available AND that they are ordering for a location that I will travel to.  I would like to use Typeform to collect my booking requests so that my customers can “build” their list of options & event details, but I do not want to take payment within the TypeForm (unless there was a pay later option?).  What integration can I use that would collect all of the data submitted in Typeform and use it to create/send the invoice for payment after I have reviewed it for availability?  Does the integration with square do this?  

Hi all!I’m wondering - Is it possible to use typeform as the actual Sign-Up/Login form for my Woocommerce based Wordpress website? I’d like for a person to be able to visit our website, fill out the Typeform, and that submission CREATE a new user in Wordpress OR allow that person to login to my website. I much rather use TYPEFORM because I’m starting to realize our current onboarding process is too clunky?

I understand how to pass simple data to a form via hidden fields. But what happens when that data is very long? URL querystrings are generally limited to 2048 characters, and my data has the potential to be much longer.Is there a way to have my form pull that data from an external data source instead of via the querystring? I’m very comfortable developing against an API, so that’s on the table as an option. Or maybe some other option I’m not thinking of?I’d also rather not have to generate a new form for every person, as that may result in hundreds of forms. So my ideal situation: 1 form, pull data from an external source (via a unique identifier I can pass as a hidden variable). Thanks!

Hey everyone, would love to get some help on hiding a multiple choice option from a form currently active and being used. As you can see below, the circled option is FULL, as in we have no more spots to slot students (this is an application for summer programs). If I simply remove the option from the question altogether, I lose the info on the responses that have already been submitted. How can I hide this option without erasing the data already collected?
