Hello Community i have a question regarding payment. So my renewal date is 1July 2022, for a renewal of another year. What happens if i pay early? say in March 2022? Would my renewal takes place 1 July 2022 - 30 June 2023 OR March 2022 - March 2023? Thanks guys!

Hi Tyepform Beta Community, I have an advanced question. I am building a Typeform for attendees of a virtual event to collect information on their experience. On the Thank you screen, I want to load a unique URL from a list of URLs imported via CSV. The recipient would then be invited to click on the unique URL assigned to their submission and select a gift card from a third party platform. Is it possible to assign a unique URL to each submission as described?

Hello!I created a type form and placed it in Canva. In the desktop mode preview, the type form looks good. However, in the mobile preview, it is very distorted (see below). Can someone please help?   thanks!

The first question page on the mobile devices is not showing the navigation keys as well and the “Powered by Typeform” footer If using the keyboard to enter name and hit “done” on the phone keyboard then two OK buttons appear 

When I send out my survey, I want to be sure that when I receive the responses, I can tell which territory they are coming from .  We have 14 or so sales territories and I want to know which territory the survey response came from.

I am using typeform react embed library and it is working great in my app when testing on desktop.  I test in both desktop and mobile views on chrome.When I then load my app on my iPhone the form does not work. The Sidetab appears but when clicked only the “X” shows up.  NOTE: this issue happens when normally embedding typeform in html as well.   Please help!!

is there a way to uploed a picture to my create box, so that should be my typform backgroud?

Printing the results or having to go in manually to copy screen shots of rankings, ratings, etc is quite cumbersome.  I can deal with the excel data easily enough, but it is the visuals driving me nuts.  I thought there used to be a feature on here where responses could be converted to a PDF and downloaded.  If I’m mistaken, then is there a way to easily get the visual data representation material?  

Hi everyone, I’d like to pick your brain on something. I’m trying to build an online birthday card for my girlfriend. The idea is that people can send her messages from typeform which then would be displayed in a message board for her to read them. I thought about using integromat to automate the process, but not sure about what to choose for displaying the messages. Carrd? webflow?  any ideas? thanks! 

Hello,i have the problem that my flows don’t send answers to customers. It’s loading for a long time and after that it says “loading, it takes time”. After several tries it still doesn’t work.  Has anybody had the same problem? Thanks for your answers. :) 

Hi there, I have a pretty long form for lead generation (which also doubles up as a lead qualifier) but I'd like to give users the option to go for a 1 minute version (short) or a 5 minute version (long) . This user data would no doubt inform future form design but it'll also encourage more completions. I've tried to create logic if they choose the short version which bounces them into the key data I need. I've done this applying a score and then "if score is x" logic at each point to redirect to the next key question. It's not working, so I've misunderstood the logic.  I know there are usually many ways to skin a cat in typeform so any advice on how I can get them to jump between different questions based on the answer to the first question only would be great! Oh and I'd rather not create a new form or new questions so I can keep the data analytics in one place.  Thanks a million! 

Hello, I’m trying to export a PDF for an individual response. I’ve exported all others and it’s worked fine. Last week I tried to export a new response and it won’t let me export it to PDF. When I hit “save” it gets stuck as shown in the image below. Not sure what to do here. I need to export the individual response so I can send a copy of it to the respondent. Appreciate any help!

Can I jump from one workspace to another?

Not sure when this was launched but this little option to show the typeforms in a workspace in a grid or a list style is awesome! For me, with over 100 typeform examples and tests in a workspace, the list option makes it so much easier to scroll through and find the one i want to open. just sayin’ …   

I’ve built connections from Typeform to Excel and Typeform to Excel via Power Automate. In both connections, I need to add additional steps to reformat the DateTime information from ‘string’ to ‘date’ or ‘datetime’ values instead. If Typeform could pass that information through as a timestamp of some sort, this would make the data much easier to work with and would cut down on the time needed to build these connections. 

Hi There - Im brand new to Typeform - but love it so far! I need to gather data/input (20 questions) from users on a monthly basis for 6 months and be able to present a consolidated “table” view of the responses- month by month. Does Typeform have a way to to this? I saw the connect form feature but I do not think it will solve this use case. If it is not solvable in Typeform, I will export/connect Zapier and manipulate the data in Google Sheets. Your help and guidance is very much appreciated.

After completing TypeForm I have a PowerAutomate flow that harvest information from the questions, the integration seems to be fully operational but upon running the flow the ‘Phone Number’ question type isn’t populating. Other fields are working fine and if we change the question type to ‘Short Text’, it works as intended. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
