Typeform conversations

Hi,I’m having problems connecting to Excel via Typeform. When I try o connect I’m sent to this page where I fill in all of the info & authenticate with Microsoft.After that I am just redirected to this page and don’t know what the next step is. Does anybody know how to access the Excel ?Many Thanks ! 

Hello,We have such a questions, is it possible somehow to authorize/hold funds, but dont charge them for 24/48 hours. As we have some instacnes when money should be refunded, hence this would help us to save transaction fees, as you can void transaction for free if it was not charged. Thanks

Hello,I am using in an app this library https://www.npmjs.com/package/@typeform/embed so once the user fills the form, I get the response id and I send it to my api to get the answers and store them in my database.So the problem is that the data is sent correctly to my api, but this endpoint /forms/:formId/responses?included_response_ids=:response_id randomly (sometimes happen and sometimes don’t) returns an empty body with status code 200 so the responses are not stored in the db and I don’t get any error so don’t know why.Any idea?

I just get an error like this every time:I’m just testing a one question multiple choice survey.I can’t seem to raise a support request. Perhaps because I’m not on a paid account. But if this function doesn’t work, there’s no value in getting a paid account. Is there something simple I’ve overlooked or does this function just not work (I see it is Beta).Thanks.

When I try to connect my typeform to google sheets it does not allow me to complete the process.  I only get “oh no, there was an error” once I create the new spreadsheets.  How can I get all the responses logged one by one different to Google Sheets?  

Trying to integrate Typeform with a Google Sheet that is NOT owned by the account we are attempting to integrate with. We do have ‘Editor’ access to the sheet.Is that lack of Ownership of that sheet the reason it’s not integrating successfully?Do you need to Own a sheet to integrate with it?

Error assigning contacts to the right company record - when I create both a contact and a company record using the hubspot integration the contact is assigned to a net new company that uses the email URL as company name rather than associating the contact with the company record created through the integration. This is leading to two company records being created

Hi, I am trying to reach the support desk at typeform, but it seems that it isn’t possible….Maybe someone can help me here ! :) I am hosting a typeform generating >100 answers a day that I am trying to improve. I saw the other day another typeform on a website and i am trying since then to replicate their design. I have had my account for a long time and have always had 100 free responses a month - this was how it was set up.  I have just gone in to find that this has been reduced to 10 with no notice, no communication. I dont think it is fair to take away a benefit that I set up with - I have colleagues that have not had this happen to them - can someone get back to me asap with some answers please 

Hi,I’m using Typeform and asking people to vote for something.I’ve asked for their email address and plan to email them afterwards with some marketing materials. My question is: can I do this? I’ve added a page before my survey (quite basic) - saying smt like “we intend to use your email… to send emails… by continuing with the survey, you agree…”.Just want to confirm that if the respondent proceeds, it means they agree and I have ownership of the personal info so legally, I can send the emails?

Hello,I’m playing around with the TypeForm > PipeDrive integration.I’ve mapped my questions to some system and custom fields.We’re also computing TypeForm responses in a back-end application. In order to merge data from our database with the TypeForm deals in PipeDrive we would need to pass submission_id or token to the PipeDrive deal along with the mapped responses. is there any native or easy work-around for this?I’ve thought about creating a random number question field and use it as an id to pass to PipeDrive and our back-end app but we have many TypeForms which would make it heavy to create and maintain.Looking forward to getting hot tips on this topic.Thanks a lot.

We’ve been struggling for 3 days now with no response from support. We can’t get our account to work properly, we have been charged 3 times and still the platform is not working for us, we can’t publish our forms. Very terrible customer experience and nobody seems reachable to help us, everything is being delegated to this forum or via email with +3 days response time

Hello folks! I'm working on a check-in form for a vet clinic. After people check-in (name, pets name, reason for their visit) the information populates into a Google sheet that the entire team works in. Doctors and techs check the sheet and add notes.I desperately need a way to turn off the alert that shows up anytime we try to type in a cell. I've tested it extensively and adding text and columns does not break the integration but is incessantly annoying to the entire team. I don't have a screen shot of the desktop alert - but it gives the option to mute the notification for 5 minutes. The mobile version however doesn't have a mute option altogether. Please help!! 

I’m not quite sure what I’m doing wrong here. I have a universal analytics property set up within GA, it does appear to somewhat work in terms of seeing visitors. But it seems like it doesn’t collect all views within GA. I then have tried to submit the form multiple times to try to get it to fire after the setup and I get...nothing. There’s not a single event in GA, let alone conversions. What am I doing wrong here?

Hello again!I connected my typeform with google sheet, to have my respondents scores. I did it successfully, but i just have a global score and I would like to have each response’s SCORE (that I set in logic setup) by a number instead of words on my google sheet receipt.I would like to send my respondents a formulaire with score details , chapter by chapter.thanks to help me :)
