Typeform conversations

I’m on the free trial, and apparently at the end of the month, your 10 free responses gets renewed, but how do i know it’s been reset? my responses currently still says 9, even though it was supposed to rest on 11/27. i’ve emailed Typeform 2-3 times now, but it didn’t really answer my question. and there’s no phone number to talk to someone about this. Please advise ASAP! i really need to get my survey up and going and don’t have time to create another one elsewhere. 

Is this possible using Typeform? How would I go about this. Thank you!

This looks a bit overwhelming to me. I just wanted to post a short quiz to find out what interests some people. Now, it seems that I must stop and learn a new technology or platform and that does not appeal to me. I just want a simple form and to receive the answers. Is that too much to ask?

Hi Everyone,We have a Typeform (it's part of an application process) that has 5 different options. Each option triggers a different journey in MC, which then triggers a specific email to be sent based on the option that has been selected. All our automation work perfectly. That is for the first attempt/ first time a client applies and uses the Typeform.But, on the second attempt and onwards, the automation does not work. This is an issue for us because if an applicant is declined, they can apply again after a certain period. Or if the applicant also wants to apply to one of our other services. I have spoken to Mailchimp for the last two days. They have tested my journeys on MC and said that it should be working on MC, but due to a 3rd party integration, it's not working. On the second and 3rd attempts, the new tags are not being sent to MC. It seems like the issue is with Typeform. Proces:Enter Typeform. Go through Typeform and select an option, click submit. We use a Typeform survey for our job application process and one of the questions is a multiple choice one where the applicants select the job that they are applying for. What I’m wondering is… is there a way that I can show different Endings to the survey based on which job they chose? This would allow me to really personalise the Ending that they see as some jobs might require a little bit more information about the application process compared to others. 

HubSpot integration does not appear to work correctly. It fails a lot when first set up and then suddenly works but it cannot find one of the HubSpot fields we need.The field has exactly the same qualities of the field that it does find so it’s difficult to understand why it is not finding the right property. 

Hello,I’m trying to solve a problem while I’m building a survey.I have a section of my survey composed by different question groups.My user can choose what section to compiling.So my button list (multiple choice with multiple selections checked) is something like:A key → tell me about our roomsB key → tell me about servicesC key → tell me about restaurantD key → Everything done, let’s go I binded my logic to every button. But… If I leave the “multiple selections” option unchecked, I can jump to the different sections, but it seems no value is passed when I go for D key and the user reaches the next section.If I set the “multiple selections” option checked, the jump seems not work. Maybe I can get what I need with other type of components?  

Hi all,I hope you’ll have a solution for me :)I integrated a drop down menu to display possible answers and some answers are not visible and clickable (menu is too long or the form format not long enough :)  ).How can I reduce the spaces between the title and my questions on my Typeform? New building b. Renovation c. Minergie What kind of thermal insulation do you want? a. Easy (20mm) b. Premium (45mm) c. Hello, Let me explain what I am trying to achieve.At the beginning of my form, I ask a question to qualify my leads. If they don’t match, they are redirected to one ending. If they match, they are redirected to another ending.The goal I’m trying to achieve is that :If they match, they are redirected to a specific page on my website automatically after answering extra question - so I can palce a tag on them If they don’t match, they are redirected to ending screen in typeform OR antoher specific page on my website, so I can exclude them. I don’t know which solution is doable on typeformHow should I do that ? Thank a lot

We are using Typeform for a Product Recommendation Quiz. On the outcome page, we have a “Click here to see your personal recommendation” button that takes the user to a Shopify page on our site and makes them an offer on that product.We are trying to track sales that happen on Shopify from leads that come from Typeform...which we have in place that looks for Shopify orders that have email addresses that match email addresses collected in Typeform. However, we are seeing that some customers are checking out on Shopify with a different email address than the email address that they used to complete the quiz which is creating a hole in our tracking system.Our thought is, if we could pass on the email address collected on the page before the outcome page in the URL of the “Click here to see your personal recommendation”, we would be able to connect the dots with Shopify and/or Google Analytics.I’m new to hidden fields. Hi,I’m having problems connecting to Excel via Typeform. When I try o connect I’m sent to this page where I fill in all of the info & authenticate with Microsoft.After that I am just redirected to this page and don’t know what the next step is. Does anybody know how to access the Excel ?Many Thanks ! 

Hello,We have such a questions, is it possible somehow to authorize/hold funds, but dont charge them for 24/48 hours. As we have some instacnes when money should be refunded, hence this would help us to save transaction fees, as you can void transaction for free if it was not charged. Thanks

Hello,I am using in an app this library https://www.npmjs.com/package/@typeform/embed so once the user fills the form, I get the response id and I send it to my api to get the answers and store them in my database.So the problem is that the data is sent correctly to my api, but this endpoint /forms/:formId/responses?included_response_ids=:response_id randomly (sometimes happen and sometimes don’t) returns an empty body with status code 200 so the responses are not stored in the db and I don’t get any error so don’t know why.Any idea?

I just get an error like this every time:I’m just testing a one question multiple choice survey.I can’t seem to raise a support request. Perhaps because I’m not on a paid account. But if this function doesn’t work, there’s no value in getting a paid account. Is there something simple I’ve overlooked or does this function just not work (I see it is Beta).Thanks.

When I try to connect my typeform to google sheets it does not allow me to complete the process.  I only get “oh no, there was an error” once I create the new spreadsheets.  How can I get all the responses logged one by one different to Google Sheets?  

Trying to integrate Typeform with a Google Sheet that is NOT owned by the account we are attempting to integrate with. We do have ‘Editor’ access to the sheet.Is that lack of Ownership of that sheet the reason it’s not integrating successfully?Do you need to Own a sheet to integrate with it?

Error assigning contacts to the right company record - when I create both a contact and a company record using the hubspot integration the contact is assigned to a net new company that uses the email URL as company name rather than associating the contact with the company record created through the integration. This is leading to two company records being created
