Typeform conversations

Hi Community,It’s Rachel here, from my company Taylored.I’ve searched around and can’t seem to find an answer so here goes. Right now, we have a “Find My Fit” Quiz which helps people understand their recommended membership option at Taylored (we are a Holistic Health Hub in New Zealand). I have a variety of weightings and numbers that add or subtract to the score (with some key multipliers) and and logic step to group people into categories which sends them to a unique Thank You screen option based on their score to ‘land people’ at their recommendation. I did it this way so I could have the button linking them to the right place on our website to learn more. It is currently working really well and I’m adjusting the weightings based on the results we’ve gotten so far. However, what we’ve noticed is that when a person receives an email notification (either ourselves as a copy or the person taking the quiz), it gives them a total score but it doesn’t show them the text from the Thank You

Hi. I am hoping to offer a variable payment option on my Typeform - is this possible? At the moment, people that complete my form are only able to pay €55 but I want to allow them to pay any amount that they wish. Thanks.

I have seen other people in the community talking about this issue, but can’t find the root cause. I may need to hire a consultant, but I’ll try one more time here to see if I can get this resolved.I have a pretty simple logic jump sequence that I have shown below.2B asks “how long” you have been practicing a skill with a 5 point survey.S2.2, S2.3, and S2.4 are the jumps based on their choices.If the user does not pick ANY choice, but just tries to swipe by… the Submit button comes up. I can’t figure out why. The “In ALL other cases jump to” option at the very end of these screen shots is something that I have never really understood. There are “no other cases” that I have left out. all choices (1-5) have been accounted for in the jumps (if I did it correctly).Should I leave “ALL other cases” blank? Or put something in there? Thanks!    

I have created a form that requires a moderate amount of logic or redirecting to specific questions. I have added all questions but the redirecting part is getting a little confusing and time consuming for me. Is there a platform within Typeform that will connect me with someone who can set this up for me at cost? 

I can access my typeform workspaces, but when I click my results for my questions it takes me to a blank page that says “Something went wrong”. It has been this way for a few days thought it would resolve itself, but no luck. What do I do?

Hello everyone, We found that on mobile, the header on this page obscures the Typeform when it’s launched. It only does this with the Typeform page so I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar issue.  

Hi there,2 questions:1.) I seem to be unable to define the path for the ‘other’ option - it goes to the next question by default. Has anyone else experienced this yet?2.) After question 10, I want to allow the user to finish the survey but all I can do via Logic is move them to the Thank You page (which i plan to remove)…  any workarounds here?Thanks!

Does deleting survey deletes all its responses as well ?

Hi there ! After racking my brains and searching through the articles, I decided to ask for advice on my questionnaire.The questionnaire is mainly a ranking by order of priority from 1 to 4 (1 is the priority and 4 is not urgent)I would like to have a summary page of ranked 1 answers and then have the user have the option to re-rank all the top 1s in order of preference/priority. Because when I try to include a ranked answer, I get the whole ranking "Ranked answer 1 - Ranked answer 2 - Ranked answer 3 - Ranked answer 4" Thanks a lot for your help !

I think I created forms without activating my account and now I can’t log in!!! :( The problem is, we made QR posters that everyone will use on Sunday and I’m unable to get access to the results. Please help me! What can I do to get access to those forms I already created? 

Hello Typeform Community,there are different groups which are supposed to fill in the form and we want to knowto which group the respondents belong without asking them.They differ in the day where they fill in the form.Is there a way to tag or group certain respondents? Thank you for any help!Viviane

Why does the word Toets show in my answers? Does anybody know this? I only want A and B. I never had this before.

Hi! I have a small form with three Likert scale questions and one text question. I have integrated Excel online with my Typeform, in order to get all results directly into my Excel sheet. Unfortunately, none of the Likert scale answers are exported to the Excel sheet, only the text answer. Frustrating! A screenshot of my Excel sheet.Any idea on how to solve this?

Hi all. Newbie here! I am building a data collection form where I need the last 3 years addresses. I can set logic to only ask for the previous address if they have been at the current address after a set date that I can enter in Typeform.   When the form goes live, does the system up this ‘before’ date, or will it always be set at the date above? Thank you.

Hello,I want to add one last question, after 3 different “Thank you screen”. For some reason I am getting empty strings for fields ids in the field definitions and answers of a webhook payload.
