Typeform conversations

I want to collect date and time information in a client-facing event request form, but the only option I see in Typeform is to create *three* fields to collect this data: a date field, followed by an hour field and a minute field. Makes me tired just thinking about it!Is there any simpler way to collect this information through Typeform? A datetime field, perhaps? As it is, the user experience of supplying this information is quite unpleasant, and the data collected is in an unhelpful format for import into our Airtable base.

Im doing my first Typeform!What do people suggest as the best way to gather basic identifying information about who completes the survey and, more importantly, answers specific key questions?I’m thinking from a Lead gernation perspective.My form is basically a feedback form to people who downloaded a whitepaper, but I guess once I email the people the form link they become annonyumous unless I explicitly ask for name / email address etc. or is there some clever workaround I’m unaware of?thanks!

Hi,when a respondent press ENTER in a 1 to 10 scale question, by default the answer is 1.So 3 questions:1-can we change the default value of ENTER in that scale?2-if not, can we modify the 1 to 10 scale to icnlude 0 and assing ENTER the 0 value2-if not, at least is it possible to include and option of N/A Thank oyu for your help

 I would like to create a assessment that has 8 questions and then a lead capture form.Each of the 8 questions would be presented separately. Based on how their answer all 8 questions, they would have a cumulative score and would be put into 1 of 3 categories (beginner, intermediate, advanced).I want the responses from each questions as well as the cumulative score to be transferred into our Marketo database. I understand we’ll have to use Zapier.Once that 8 assessment questions are done, I would like to present a standard lead form that contains 4 fields (first name, last name, email address, company name). This lead info needs to be transferred into Marketo as well. See the attached as an example (we’re not actually having this many fields).Is this possible? I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this.  Thanks,David  

I’m embedding a Typeform Survey in an email. I would like users to answer my questions without them having to type who they are/email and still know who answered the survey. Would that be possible to track using Hidden Fields in Email?

Hi there!Im trying to figure out the best way to populate different multiple choice options based on a users previous response. For example in question 1 I have users select their Region  from a dropdown menu.  In question 2 I want users to enter their organizer code and only see multiple choice options based on their previous response.  If they selected Region 1 in the first question I want them to only be able to select “01A, 01B, 01C, etc” as their organizer code. If they selected Region 2 in the first question I want them to only be able to select “02A, 01B, 02C, etc”.Does anyone know if this is possible?  Thanks!     

Dear Typeform Team, Is Ranking Questions available for free accounts?

Hi guys,I’m trying to put together a Typeform which has 5 different categories. All categories contain 4 questions with 1-10 opinion scales. The purpose is to direct participants towards the category of their business with the lowest score, all with a seperate ending screen:People (v1) Strategy (v2) Execution (v3) Cash (v4) Leadership (v5)Right now I’ve got this working in Paperform for a while, which has category scoring and a bit more calculating capabilities. But Typeform is so much more user-friendly and customisable (and all of my other surveys are Typeform), so I’d love to be able to make this work.I’ve read a couple of posts about similar problems here and here for example, but I can’t seem to figure it out.I’m adding up subtotals for each category like this:   So I’ve got 5 subtotals ranging from 4 to 40. These are working fine. The problem is comparing the subtotals and getting the right ending. I’ve “cloned” all subtotals in order to do comparisons between the different categ

Hey everyone, I created my first type form to connect to wordpress but keep hitting a snag. This is the series of events: Made typeformConnected plug inAdded block and clicked typeformLogged in and selected the new typeform It then says you do not have access to this until the creator says so, then it says “did you create this type form? If so log in.I log in and then it becomes this and says admin.typeform.com refused to connect. 

Are there any way to upload videos like the pixels videos that have sound?  Or is there a way to post videos without seeing the “Vimeo” “Youtube” and have them  just start playing?

Hi Community from a dreary, wet Suffolk on a dreary wet Saturday morning!Complete newbie here, can’t find out how to do it from the Typeform site, so am asking you, the experts!!(a)  Early in the survey, I want to capture firstname & surname, so I can then personalise later questions with “Hi Sarah” or “thanks John” -- thus how do I insert a field of info gained from an earlier question into a question further down the line in the same survey? Is it <code>? @something? #something? (b)  How do I put in a check box or something which shows they agree to storing my their GDPR personal data? (c)  What utm tracking should I go for -- or do I go for all of them? Is there anything obvious I’ve forgotten?? Hello, when I try to create my typeform, After I have created a question and its answers, I am unable to clic on the symbol of editing, it does not work.Before, it worked and I could create a calculator but I could not choose in question of mine because it I clic on the selection menu, it will not open itself. I tried with Google Chrome and witj Firefox. What’s going on ?

Hello Typeform Gurus!  I am fairly new to the program (done basic forms without logic jumps) but now I need something marginally more complex (though I feel like this should be very straight forward, but something is not clicking).  Alright, Q5 has over 100 possible answers (asking for which country they live in).  All answers should go to Q6 EXCEPT for 2 of the answers (USA or China)  I want:If they chose USA- Q7→ Q10If they chose China- Q8 → Q9→ Q10All others  Q6 → Q10 Now when I go through the flow, it always goes in numerical order based on what they answer on Q5.  IE:All: 5-6-7-8-9-10 ORUSA: 5-7-8-9-10 ORChina: 5-8-9-10 China flow DOES work (because it is the bottom of the graph?)USA asks where in US, then goes to China questionsAll others go through all the questions. (Where, Were in USA, China questions)   How do I get rid of the connections between 6 & 7  and 7 & 8??  All countries point to 6, except USA or China I’ve directed everything accordingly, I just can’t figure

Hello Typeform Gurus,  I am having trouble with the logic jump in the form I built. Q3 has 10 multiple choice answer to choose from. Some of them are working correctly but others aren’t. Instead of going to the corresponding question it automattically goes to Q4. I have all of the choices set up to “if equal to” then the question I want to come up. I do not have anything under “in all other cases jump to” because there isn’t 1 question that would work for that. The form is set up based off how they answer Q3. Thanks in advance for your help! 

Hello, I'm having difficulties regarding the phone number to contact, I recently received some potential customers but they put a number that I can't get in touch with, I would like to know if there is any way to confirm the phone number via SMS before going to the next questions, that way I believe that we would have fewer wrong numbers and optimize our time.
