Typeform conversations

Hello everyone!I am working on a project to implement the Servicenow software license control module, and I need to use the API to bring the total number of responses used in my contract.I basically need the same information that is displayed when I go to Settings> Plan & Billing, where the number of responses already used and the total that I still have available is displayed.Is it possible to obtain this information through a get at some endpoint?Or any documentation that explains how that value is calculated so that I can try to make this calculation based on data from other endpoints?Thank you for your help!

I have a form where the last question is optional. When the user gets there, the submit button only appears after the user has entered some text in the field (even though the field is optional).Is there a way to make the submit button always visible when the last question is optional (even if the user hasn't typed anything)?

Hello! I’ve been scoping out new form options and am looking for a solution that will allow for “jumping around” the form.  All I seem to find are forms that work linearly, but what I really need is a form option that provides a navigation bar whereby users can jump to sections to fill in information as it is received. Is this possible in Typeform??

Hello, I use Zapier to create tickets in Zoho Desk after each typeform submission.However the path didn’t run correctly for a few forms and the tickets weren’t created. I’d like to submit a few typeforms again, how can I achieve this? Thank you.

I’m trying to send visitors to different pages/questions based on a zip code question. I’m currently using short answer and “begins with 10” or “begins with 11.” Short Text Question:What’s your Zip Code?11201 Thank you Page:Check out this [Product Link] I know there may be few ways to do this, but my issue is I’ll have to put ~100s (1000s?) of logic jumps in there with all the ways I know.Is there a way to do this with an upload or maybe within developer portal? Hello, I would love to see if this is possible. At the end of filling out the questionnaire, I have to print the results together with the questions. I see at the moment that only the answers can be printed. What am I missing? Or is there no such option? Thanks 

Hi there! First timer here : )I have 3 ID questions + 9 questions with 4 answers A-D each question (all multiple choice, one answer allowed). I have 4 thank you pages A-D, respectively.All answers are in same position for example answers A direct participants to Thank You result page A, and so on.I’m saying Thank You result page but that’s meant to say ending page, but I can’t find the ending to add it in.I’m lost as to how I’m supposed to score them so the right result matches most of participant’s choices.Note: I could add a double score (or weight) to one of the questions as it is a key one to identify the recommended result. This could prevent a tie I n their choices.Thanks! Gabi

Hello, I am trying to use the Typeform, form styler element through essential addons in an elementor page and when I click ‘get access’ to authorize the connection of Essential addons and Typeform, it just pops up a window and says ‘page not found’… any ideas would be really helpful… After clicking ‘accept’ it posts this page:  Please someone help!!

Help!I have created a quiz with the layout set to “Large picture on left, Questions on right”. However, when I go to embed the form into my website or blog post, it appears in a verticle layout with the picture at the top and the questions following below. Is there a reason why this is happening? The only time the layout is correct is through the HTTPS link- not the HTML.

 Is it possible for two people from the same team (we have a Professional account) to work on the same form?Can two people from the same team work simultaneously on the same form? Imagine the principles of Google Sheets but applied to a Typeform.

I'm new to typeform, just purchased the professional plan but I don't seem to have the option to change the position of the question (right, left, middle, etc) or the position of the photo, as shown on the typeform help section or tutorials. In fact, the layout I have looks very very different. Please help!!!

Hi, I’m creating a benchmarking survey which when completed will give people a score that sits in 3 potential categories. I have made this myself and not used the outcome template. There are some question on the survey with answers like ‘not relevant’ or ‘i don’t know’. I’m trying to work out how to cater these answers in the scoring system. For other answers, people will be awarded a score of between 1 and 3. If I give these people a score point of 0 for these ‘ i don't know’ answers they will be more likely to be marked in the lowest scoring category overall which isn’t fair. I’m just not quite sure what to do and hoping someone has come across this issue before for them and has an idea!Thanks

Hi - I am trying to create a flow where I am collecting date of birth of users. For 31 dates, there will be only 9 flows, basically a double digit date is summed to be saved as a single digit, like 22nd becomes 4, 23rd becomes 5, 29 becomes 2 and so on. Is it possible to do it in Type form? Also I want to save the full date of birth in 8 separate columns like 24-12-1981 has 8 digits and and all digits are saved in separate columns in google sheets. Is it possible?Is it possible to find a Typeform expert who can do some freelance work for me?Some guidance will be appreciated

My team has a survey that is used as a pre-course survey. We are integrating with a 3rd party company (Report Gorilla) for reporting. We’d like to use the same survey for the pre and the post survey for simpler reporting (we are connecting scores from the pre-course survey to the post-course survey. I need some way of: Displaying a subset of questions the first time the survey is deployed (e.g. identifiers, demographic questions, assessment questions) Displaying a subset of questions the 2nd time the survey is deployed (e.g. identifiers, assessment, but no demographic questions) Can this be done within one survey? If so, how would one recommend going about this? Thank you!

I would like to know if the following is possible or if there is a better work around.I’m using Typeform to have the customer input choices that ultimately build their custom product.  I’d like to have the client, at the end of the form, have the option to “design product two” where the first form would “submit” but the client would be taken to the starting a starting point on the first form.  They would then input their choices for product #2.  Have the option to repeat or “end” for a “final submit”. Thanks for any input

I would like to recall a field within a link inside the automatic respondent notification email. My use-case is to pass the respondents name and email as a hidden field parameter into a second Typeform. The purpose of this is to ensure that the respondent is the true owner of the email address.Is this possible? 

We built a survey for a client and now they have created their own account and asked us to place the survey on there. There are no survey responses yet.Does Typeform have the capability to move a survey from one account to another? Or do we have to rebuild the survey from scratch on the new account?

Hi there- We have set up a relationship assessment quiz that asks 10 questions. The respondents can choose from 3 answers.However, we want to offer 4 respondent outcome screens and emails, and the system seems to only allow for 3 possible scoring outcomes. Is it possible to have a 4th choice? Choice a = 0 ; choice b = 1 and choice c = 2.So the total points possible for the 10 question quiz is 20 points.We want to show 4 possible outcomes:0-8- In Crisis9-13 - At Risk14-17 Tune Up18-20 Strong OutcomeRight now I only see the options to offer 3 outcome choices, not 4.Is there a way to offer 4?Also, is there a way to attach a file to be sent out to the respondent that relates to their outcome (e.g. an ‘in Crisis Detailed Explanation file with more explanation for the In Crisis respondents , an ‘At Risk Detailed Explanation file for those who got a score in the ‘at risk’  outcome category. I see that zapier is recommended as a way to provide differentiated emails to respondents, but that the
