Hi, I have a question related about subtotals. My typeform is a shopping cart, with 4 kind of groups of services, each services are integrated with several products. I need to get 4 different kind of sub totals and adds each subtotal to the score at the end of the process. I created a variable to each product (each with its price)And created a variable to each subtotal (each with value 0 -zero-)here my question:Can I multiply a product variable (price) and its result add it to one of the subtotal variable?thanks in advance

Hi, I have a question.I am trying to make a typeform as intake for weekly food menus for my clients. So I have a long list of ingredients and I just want them to go through the list and indicate which products they do not want in their food menu! Which question type can I use for this?  

Hi there,I recently signed up for yearly Premium subscription (Feb 17, 2021) but I'm wondering if it's possible to switch this to monthly subscription instead. I’d like to cancel the yearly subscription, receive a refund, and sign up for Premium plan but in monthly payment. Is it possible for me to receive a refund if I cancel now? Or would this result in no refund, but access to Premium plan available for another year? Is there any way for the system to switch this my account’s payment option from yearly to monthly at all without cancelling the payment plan?  Your help would be much appreciated.Thanks

Hi - I’m creating a survey for youths and we are wanting an avatar to accompany them through the survey. Ideally, in the beginning of the survey - they would have a choice of 3-5 different animals that they want to guide them through the survey. And then the animal they choose would appear on each page of the survey, perhaps with tips or encouraging words in a speech bubble. (I acknowledge that I would have to design this element, but I wasn’t sure if this was functionally possible in Typeform.)Thanks!Emily

I am trying to update an existing contact record in pipedrive once an existing client completes a typeform. I know this is possible with hubspot integration, where it matches the contact record email fields and then updates any fields from Typeform to Hubspot. I can’t find how we can do this in Pipedrive though. Is there a way? For example, if we already know user email = sean@cahill.cpaAnd then they enter values in typeform, and we match those values and questions to data fields in our CRM for pipedrive, can we not integrate and have this update our CRM as well?

Hello,We are using Typeform to collect data and send the responses to Salesforce via Zapier.Some data types in Salesforce, like URL, can only take 255 characters. In Typeform, however, these fields are limitless. That causes errors from time to time and it is quite time-intensive to replay the import manually. Usually, I would exclude these fields temporarily and add the missing information by hand in Salesforce.Are there any other users using Salesforce and the Zapier integration. I am not referring to the Typeform built-in integration but a separate integration on Zapier.How do you cope with these errors?Best wishes from Berlin, GermanyManu

How can I test my quizz… iwhen I press view, it redirects me to a page where I should login, and when Im inlogged and hit the view, same thing happens.. I want to see how it works, if I want to go ahead an subscribe.

While creating a quiz, and each answer has a numeric value, I need to create two subtotals from the answers and then divide them by each other to give a final result in a summary screen. Does anyone know how to do this? 

It seems that when a person submits a typeform, he can only use his email address once. Lots of people are coming back to submit my company’s typeforms many times, so the users are entering bogus email addresses to get the form to work. Can we change the process to allow people to submit a typeform with the same email address as many times as they want?

Where can we see examples of what other are doing with typeform? Thanks!

Hi, I have an important technical problem with Typeform. Today I have launched a form after testing with it but now it isn’t working correctly. I've made another but it doesn't work either it has the same failure. When respondents try to respond to the form on a mobile phone, the screen cannot be swiped to see all the answer options…Is it happening to someone else? Thanks

Hi there,I’m trying to build a “wizard” to help my users chose the right product(s) among 17 options.So far I’m using multiple choice questions, and depending on the answers they are proposed with different endings with one recommendation each time.But we can’t link user answers to multiple suggestions. The issue is that the predefined answers can’t be recalled in later screen, nore can they be cumulated in the ending, so we can’t propose more than 1 product in the ending screen. For instance, we wish that if user select options 1, 2 and/or 3, then one ending is “based on your answers, we believe products A, B and/or C are right for you”.I imagine I could build a rather long list of endings to foresee any possible combination, but 17 powers of 17 = 827240261886336700000 :)

I launch my form from my web app using the embed API. I am then hoping to trigger some action in my web app based on the response to the form (for instance, apply a discount).Using the onSubmit callback, I can do this, but it skips the End Screen, which has some critical information. Is it possible to either move the end screen inside the flow or only trigger the onSubmit event after the link in the End Screen is clicked?

Hello everyone,I am making a test to study for an exam. But my logic jump is acting weird and i don’t know why it is doing that.This is what i want it to do:My questions are all multipe choice questions with 4 possible answers. Only one is correct and then I need to jump to a “correct” page, if I click one of the 3 wrong answers i’d like to jump to a “incorrect” page with an explanation why it is wrong. This is what it does now:If i click the right answer it goes to the “correct” page straight away, but if I click the wrong answer it goes to the “incorrect” page and after that it jumps to the “correct” page. While it should be jumping to the next question. I made a screenshot to explain myself a bit more, please let me know if you know how to solve this. Thanks in advance.Mirte 

Is it possible for typeform to automatically allocate a reference number that is advised to the applicant in the email they get acknowledging they submitted an application?

Hello,Since the new typeform version has been installed, I cannot manually change some key buttons. In multiple choice > “other option” . I cannot change the word to french “autre”.Same goes for the “START” Button in the front page - I would like to change it to “COMMENCER”Can you please help me ? Many thanks,Edwige

I’m using the Picture Choice option (I want users to review two images and choose which one they prefer) and but even when Supersized the images are too small - is there a way to make these even bigger or for users to click on them in some way to zoom in?

New here - Does anyone know, if I need to run a survey over an extended period of time if respondents can receive the survey and then log in again at a. later date and continue. with it ( I. need to send out a survey to review skincare products over a three week period) Want to know. if this is possille before moving to a paid plan.
