Hello, I created a Typeform survey, connected to Google Sheets and Google Drive. I embedded the code in Wix; however, only the EMBED code shows up in Wix. I have also tried to download the Typeform Embed app into Wix and it doesn’t download. Any suggestions? 

Hi,I’d like to have respondents rank responses to an issue from most to least efficient in a quiz and assess their responses but so far, dont see how to do this with the ranking question.Any ideas ?Thanks.

I have a issue regarding limits. My plan was expired on 24 Aug, 2023 and currently, I used typeform but only 10 responses recorded as per free plan. But I guess, i have more responses collected? Is there anyway, i can see my missed responses?

I'm building a multi-score personality quiz that assesses different parts of the personality through a series of different sections (question groups). In the first question group, each answer a user chooses is set up to add “1” to a numerical custom variable. At the end of this question group, I want to calculate which of 8 numerical custom variables has the highest numerical value, in order to score which “type” they are—and then store the result in a custom text variable to use to display to the user with recall (@).I understand how to set up custom variables and have many set up, and I have the proper if/then statements set up inside Branching Logic to store 1 point inside the proper variable based on their answers. Branching Logic seems like the only place to calculate using custom variables, but when I try to add rules that compare a custom variable to another custom variable, I'm blocked by the fact that I can only enter numerical values for any kind of compare or calculation… I

Hi guys,We have several questions with multiple choice answers in our form. We want it to work in a way that when the user clicks on their desired answer in the multiple choice selection, it will lead them to an external URL. We can’t seem to hyperlink any of these answers though. If we can hyperlink these answers, we would very much appreciate the help!If we can’t hyperlink these, would anyone have a workaround?

How can I get my form results to show me which page of my site they’re on when they fill out a form that is standardized across the top nav in a headless CMS?  

On my final multiple choice question in the form that’s imbedded on our website, the final multiple choice can’t be submitted and the users can’t complete the form.Video attached:Whats wrong with my form? I’m clicking the button (same problem across mobile and desktop) and it seems to respond in terms of colour, but won’t proceed to the next question.I have checked the logic rules and settings, everything is as it should be.

I am directing PPC clicks directly to a typeform landing page. The last step is to schedule an appointment using calendly. When the participants get to select the day and time and pop up screen created by typeform pops up and hides the most important button of my whole campaign. The “schedule” button. This will confuse participants as I have already seen and cost me a lot of money every month.I don’t know how responsive Typeform is in correcting issues like this. Are there any simple workarounds? Hi everyone,I’m currently working on integrating Typeform into our system and I’m facing a challenge with real-time data retrieval. As far as I understand, Typeform only sends webhook events when a form is fully submitted, and the API only provides access to completed responses. However, for our use case, we need to track user progress step by step and retrieve form data in real time as users move through the questions.Here are the specific issues we’re encountering:We can't capture partial responses before the final submission. The webhook fires only at the end of the form, not at each step. Even when embedding Typeform via an iframe, we can track step changes, but we don’t get field values—only form and question IDs. Field IDs are alphanumeric and dynamic, making it difficult to map them consistently to our database.Ideally, we’d like to receive user input progressively at each step to track drop-offs and improve our form experience. I’m asking a multiple choice question about job preferences, with 10 options. For each option chosen by the participant, I’d like to follow-up with an open question. Since there is only a Go-to-question filter, it seems to be impossible to ask multiple follow-up questions based on the choices made. Am I right?  I’ve used other tools where it was possible to mark the follow-up question with a “show if” filter. Stating that the follow-up question is asked only if the item from the question before was chosen. Thank you for your help in advance, Bill

In my survey, I have set up a hidden field called 'surveyflag'. There is a multi choice in the survey. My question is: Can I set a value for each of the two options, such as Option A = 1, Option B = 2, and then pass the value to the hidden field when the survey is submitted?

However, I don’t want them to access the Typeform before a specific time during my conference.The challenge is that I need to share the QR code with them in advance because I’m using Microsoft Teams, which doesn’t allow sending images in breakout rooms.Is there a way to share the QR code beforehand while restricting access to the Typeform until I’m ready?

Hi there, I’m trying to create a Survey Evaluation that requires the Advanced logic using the Branching and Calculations. At the end, I’d like the score variable to lead to a specific Ending, in which the Ending will have the users score and interpretation of the score.  For example, a score of 20 from our survey would lead to Ending A, which will tell the user what that score means.Is this possible? I see that it’s possible under simple logic, but I can’t figure out how to do it with Advanced logic function.ThanksCal

I run a mental health business providing online therapy and want to build a form using Typeform to collect lead information, schedule appointments, and authorize payments.Here’s how I envision the flow:Collect personal details from the lead. Allow them to pick a date and time for their appointment. Let them select a therapy package. Authorize their credit card for payment, so I can charge them once the appointment is confirmed.I see that Typeform integrates with Square. Can I use Square to authorize payments instead of charging immediately? Or is Stripe the only available option for payment processing? Also, are there any other payment gateways Typeform supports? Lastly, does Typeform have any policies restricting healthcare businesses from collecting payments?

Since 20 February 2025 all the background images from my surveys are not being displayed when I view any forms, all background images have disappeared when viewing the form
