Typeform conversations

 Does anyone know how to receive notifications when your type form has been completed and submitted?Thanks in advance!

I've created a form that needs to offer two different prices, so I’ve added a dropdown for selecting which price to pay. After selecting, it should take you to the relevant questions and then the payment screen. The problem is, I can only get it to go to the payment screen from the last dropdown, not the first one. Can someone help?

Hi!We have a setup where we first collect contact information through hidden fields.  Right now, when the first form is completed it opens up the second form on a complete new page. We would like the second form to be in the same ‘window’ (either popup or slider) to not interrupt the user experience. I have read the following post: and github documentation: https://github.com/Typeform/embed/tree/main/packages/embed#redirect-target. However when I insert the following on my webpage (Astro backend): <div data-tf-live=FORM_ID data-tf-redirect-target="_self"></div><script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script>the first form opens op correctly upon completion is goes back to the original page and the popup disappears If i click again on the button to open the form, the second form appears instead of the first formWhat I want is the second form to show up inside the popup of the first form, How would I achieve this

Hi - I am building a questionnaire that recommends the right school based on how they answer the questions. However, there can be several schools that meet the same criteria. How do I have the questionaire show more than one school (e.g. products) as an outcome ? Example questions:Are you traditional or progressive How important is it for kids to learn 2nd language? Do you need the school to be K-12?If 2 schools meet the same criteria (traditional, yes to 2nd language, must be k-12), how can I have the form to show both schools as options?

I am looking to build a simple form with about 6-8 “pages”, that will output to a PDF.  I’d like the PDF to either get emailed to a specific address, or saved off to a network location.  Is something like that possible?

When we receive multiple inquiries in the same day from the same form, they are sometimes grouped into a single email. Thus causing us to potentially miss one lead or another.  Can you please help us correct our deliverability of these emails.

Hello Everyone!Currently making a test for my workplace where dozens of people will be completing the multiple choice with about 30 questions. So far I only could find a feature where I would be able to assign points to the questions and then see the overall score they got, but that would be rough to go over all of them. I was wondering if there is something I could do so I can see exactly which questions were answered correctly/incorrectly?Thank you for all the help in advance.

Is it possible to rename files to a different file name when they are uploaded through a form? Using the file names of people’s submissions, particularly those who submit the forms on a mobile device, makes them harder to interpret after.  For example, for a return form, we require a series of 4 pictures. When someone submits a picture, can I rename each of them so that when Typeform outputs it to a different service, those names are common between each form? (pic1, pic2, pic3, etc.) Thank you for any advice!

How do I get the results of the test to my potential clients? 

I have created a quiz but don’t know how to email the respondents their specific quiz results. It would be so awesome if typeform does this. They have one of 7 relationship personality types they could get in the quiz and so would like the end they can get their results emailed. Is this possible?

Someone asked about this a year ago and there still isn’t a fix - can Typeform offer a button that limits a respondent from submitting to the same survey multiple times? There is currently no easy solution to this issue and it seems like a big one. I know Google surveys offers this. Any tips on a super easy solution? Many of the solutions I read in previous threads require more work on the customer side when this should be handled on the backend by Typeform. Thanks! 

I am trying to edit a follow up email which is sent to my team after a form is completed.  I have gone into Follow Ups. selected the Action/Edit Action/Set Up Email/ then make the changes to the email content/Save Then when I come out and go back in, the changes have disappeared and has reverted to original email.  Please help.

I run ads to capture leads.The flow is as follows:Ads → My landing page → Typeform → Thank you page on my landing page.I don’t embed Typeform. Instead, I generate the Typeform link when the landing page loads, capturing UTM values from the URL and cookies.So, my Typeform URL looks like: typeform.com/.../?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc...However, on the Typeform results page, I notice that the UTM medium is duplicated (e.g., cpc,cpc).What could be the reason for this?Additional context:1. I have GA cross-domain tracking enabled.2. I’ve configured GA and Typeform integration (using the native Typeform integration).3. I capture UTMs using a custom JavaScript script.

For the new free plan, you get 10 responses per month with an unlimited number of surveys. Does this mean that only 10 people per month can answer one of our surveys under the free plan? It also says that responses won’t be lost, so...I am unclear. What is purpose of having unlimited surveys if only 10 people per month can answer them? Even for a free plan, that seems entirely not useful. What am I not understanding? Thank you!

After reviewing the forums, I’ve: made sure the form is published ensured question and fields and Airtable and Typeform is exactly the same used Multiple Choice in Typeform and multiple select in Airtable (i’ve also tried single select) checked there are no extra space or duplicate charactersbut am still getting the hmm...not a perfect match error message. Driving me insane, all the other fields have been able to sync properly.  

I have a pretty sizable survey (multiple hours of work to create) that I need to duplicate for “version B”. However, Typeform keeps bugging out with “oops, somethign went wrong”. The issue persists for weeks now and prevents a big part of our work. Any idea what could be causing it or what are the workarounds?  

Hi everyone,I’m having a very urgent problem with Typeform logic rules.I've created a Typeform to get my customer's order forms. The relevant three variables for my problem are: @link, @ment, @aaaWhen an order goes through, @link is replaced with a payment link that corresponds to the order amount. Then when the payment method is by card, @ment is replaced with "please click on the payment link to finish your transaction". When the payment method is by bank account, @link is replaced with our bank account number, and the @ment is replaced with "please transfer money to the account number". So far, so good.The problem occurs when I'm dealing with orders that exceed 6 people. An earlier question asks how many people the order is for, and if it is over 6, the user is prompted to enter the specific number in the "other: over 6" option. Because I haven't created payment links for orders with over 6 people, I want the final page of summary to say "$__ per person" and then send the exact amou

Is it possible to preview a form by filling it my self and get results, without affecting the remaining responses?I am new to Typeform, I test if it is possible to create the form I want, so I need a lot of tests to see if I get the right responses. I am not willing to pay, while I still test the Typeform.Thank you in advance.
