Is there a way that the person who filled out my form can get their response emailed back to them?

I am trying to set up a Type test. There are 7 types and for each type I created 3 questions. answer yes or no. For yes, 3 points are Counter, for a no Zero points.. At the end I want to show in the results which type the Person is by showing the highest scoring. But I does not show the results and I am not able to set the calculation up. I used Variables and conditioning, but it does not work.

Hi,I am working on creating an internal behavioral assessment tool where in the user has to respond to each question by ranking the answer.Each answer corresponds to a different variable - for example, What is your favourite colour? Answer 1) yellow - corresponds to variable a              2) blue - correspond to variable b And so on.Depending on the rank allotted to variable a, the total points allotted will differ. I needed typeform to calculate the different scores for each variable individually and then give an overall ranking for each variable based on the differentiated score.I wanted to know if it possible to do this with typeform? If yes, does anyone know how to configure the logic to execute this? If it helps i have worked out the logic on Excel and run a test, it works seamlessly there however, i needed to integrate it here with typeform. I’m new to using typeform and would be grateful for any and all help! Thank you!

I noticed on mobile there is a “start” button with the title of the form. How do we set our forms to simply load like on desktop?

Why is this screen showing up on my survey when viewed on mobile? I have no welcome screen.Thanks 

Data seems to have disappeared from responses to a survey we are currently running. The first 49 responses to the survey are now missing the answer to question one. Luckily I have a record of these responses so want to go into the individual record and update the answer to that question, so it is no longer blank but I can’t figure out how to do this. Does anyone know how?

Hello,  I am looking for a way to set up a form where a user can enter their username into a short form field, then based on the username entered, they will be directed to a unique URL. Example: Username “RoyalBee” will direct to https://puginarug.com/Username “OtherName” will direct to https://optical.toys/There could be a few thousand of these username/link combos, so preferably, there is a way I can uplaod a spreadsheet.  Thanks! 

I only needed to do one survey for one project in July. I swear I cancelled my subscription when it was done, but my boss just came to me and said we were billed for August and when I logged into my account I see it is still active and they are about to bill us for September too! So I try to cancel, but when I get to the end of your survey, the cancel button is grayed out! I also am unable to delete my payment method. I am also unable to instant chat with you bc I only had the basic plan. I hope to have a prompt cancellation AND a refund of the two months I didn’t even want or use.  Seriously.

we’d like to include a single URL (embedded on on product packaging) each time a consumer hittings that URL and has identified themselves with an email address does type form have the abilty to reroute them to a designated survey which is relevant to the number of surveys they have already completely. Ie a new survey each time they visit.

Hello,I am trying to collect SMS for SMS marketing on Typeform. Do you know if i can have a checkbox people check or not to say they consent to give their number to us? Thanks

The phone number field displays a drop down to select your country. I only want to make this form available in one country.Can I restrict this drop down to display only my country?Also, the address fields show pre populated info based on US locations. Can I hide this info altogether?

I have changed the name of my form, but when I forward the link, the name of the form is not visible. How can I change this?

helloi created a home care catalogthe customer chooses an option (which will feed the price variable of stripe)But before paying he must book a slot on integrated calendlythe problem is that the slot is validated with sending of confirmation by calendly before he has paidis there a way to leave pending the time to verify the payment?i would like to do it in this way because paying before seeing the available slots is less cool for the customer.

Could anyone advise how I can forward any responses to my email through the Typeform integrated facility? I only wish to be notified of any forms that have been submitted. 

I want to turn this simple test into an online leads generator. Can I turn the test into a Typeform questionnaire that ads up the score, gives the user the results and sends me their score with their contact information?   

Hello.I have a client that wants his typeform to be bigger on bigger desktops screens. Like if you have a desktop screen that is 32”, the typeform looks kinda small and a bit “naked” when you only see the form.Is there anyway to make the size of the form bigger for desktop? Or is there any other ways to make the form look bigger on bigger screens?  Best regards/Mattias

Hello I just published my form and I can’t submit I keep getting an error: Sorry, something’s wrong. Refresh the page and try again. We’ll save any info you already entered.I tried on multiple browser but it doesn’t solve the issue.I updated the form through the API (and it updated successfully).FYI, when using the preview it works well. I’m a paid users and I didn’t use all the answers allowed per month.  

Hi!I am very new to Typeform and am struggling to understand how the option to copy and pasteThe detail here:Import questions into Typeform from external sources - Help Center | TypeformStates 3. Now you can simply start typing, or copying and pasting your pre-written questions and answer choices into the text field that appears.But I cannot see how to tell Typeform what the answer choices are, only the questions?None of the screenshots at the page above show answer choices - if they are there, they aren’t visible in the screenshots.Can anyone point me in the right direction?Thank you!Jen

Hi, I wanted to create some sort of a summary at the end of my form for the users to review their answers. I utilized recall information but it’s just showing the names instead of the actual photo (since I am using picture choice in my slides). Anyway to do this?

I’ve uploaded a new logo to my brand kit, but it will not display! I deleted the old one, too. Please advise.

I keep getting the following message:This form has unpublished edits. Publish your form to trigger all active follow-ups. While i made no changes. When i do click publish changes i refresh the page go back to follow-up i get that same message again. Its driving me insane. Does anyone know how i can fix this?

We are using your embed code to add a question flow to our website.<div data-tf-live="FORMCODE"></div><script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script>The issue is when you get to the end and try to book a call using the embedded Calendly integration, a massive cookie popup comes up. We can't use the Calendly hide cookie popup options because it's via an integration with TypeForm. This is a mobile only issue for us. You have Embed SDK options but not sure how to build that code profile.<style>div#onetrust-banner-sdk {display: none!important;}#onetrust-banner-sdk {display: none!important;}.otPcPanel { display:none; }</style>Seems like this code should work but it doesn't apply to the embed. We can use iFrame if necessary but not sure how to make it all work together.Anybody ever ran into this and have a solution?Thank you.
