Typeform conversations

Hey Typeform community,I'm looking to set up a booking form for a local business, specifically a car detailing service. I want the form to allow customers to:Choose a service (e.g., a basic car wash for $100). Select the date they want the service. Enter their phone number, name, and address (since we offer mobile services and go to them). Alternatively, provide a location if the service is at a car wash bay. Complete the payment, all in one seamless form.Is it possible to integrate payments directly into a Typeform like this? If so, what would be the best way to set this up? Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

I am trying to embed a Survey form on my Shopify stores Thank you page and cannot figure out how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know its possible because there an app called KnoCommerce that does Surveys on that page.  See attachment example  

I see that I can download individual responses in excel but I’d like to download the report in excel, too. All I need is the #of answers and % as it’s a survey we use regularly that has only multiple choice questions. Thank you,Gustavo

Hi allI’ve accidentally deleted my welcome screen. Is there a way to retrieve it or do I have to recreate it?

I have created a survey in my personal typeform account but wasn’t aware that my organization has another account. I have already started to received survey results from the survey in my personal account and need to move the survey to the organization’s account. I have done that but not of the existing results show up.

Hello all. I am not a user of Typeform and doing some experimentation to see whether it will work for my organization’s use case. I was wondering if we can populate the value of a custom variable with the answer to a question. I was wondering if we can then subsequently use the value of a custom variable to determine display logic. That is if the first question is which facility a client is from, can we store that value and use it to determine which subsequent questions are displayed to the end-user? Branching seems like it would get too complicated for our use case as there is a lot of disjunction between which subsets of questions need to be shown to different facilities. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hi! We have created an RSVP form for an event and noticed that confirmation emails are being sent to respondent’s spam instead of their inbox. Is there any way to fix this issue besides marking the emails as “Not Spam” when they open them? 

Hi community!I am rather new to Typeform but I’ve been struggling with creating a personality test for the past weeks! I would like to create a test with 10 different personalities, knowing that each person can have multiple personalities.However, it seems like on Typeform you can just use the score logic or the outcome logic. Let’s dive in an example:Question 1 has 10 answers (multiple choice) Question 2 has 16 answers (multiple choice) ….Each answer represents a personality, and each person can have multiple personalities, how can I associate each answer with one personality?  I tried both given logics. The score logic doesn’t work in that case because as said, you can have multiple personalities, and the outcome logic doesn’t work because it’s a multiple choice question. For me it sounds very easy to just associate the first personality with a score like “A”, the second one with “B” etc. but it doesn’t seem you can do it on Typeform. Ideally, I want a results that says: “Thank you f

I’m trying to see if it’s possible to have a form going to a specific email address (for example sales team) while having another form going to another email address (for example customer service)is this possible? can we have forms go to different email addresses?

Is it possible to customize the popup so that it closes by clicking on the grey background / overlay next to the popup? Currently it can only be closed via the X button, but users also like to simply click on the background next to the survey to close it.

I am trying to set up Google Analytics and Typeform so that it captures the correct Source / Medium within Google Analytics.One of my clients has a separate typeform domain set up for one of their forms - a link to this form can be found in the main navigation therefore it can be accessed from any page on the website. At the moment, tracking has been set up but all of the conversions currently have a source of referral, and when I look into this further, they are all from their website (eg self-referral traffic)How am I able to set up tracking so that I the correct source / medium is attributed in Google Analytics when users complete the form.eg a user lands on my clients website via Google Ads > they then click on request a quote > get taken to the typeform domain > fill out the form > once complete, a conversion should be attributed to 'Paid' in Google Analytics.Similar to organic - a user lands on my clients website via Google Search > they then navigate around the we

I need to ask those who provided me email addresses in a previous survey some new questions about why they selected the answers they selected. Is there a way to send them an email that automatically contains their previous responses to the questions to remind them (it’s been almost a year since they took the survey), so they can properly answer the new questions? I don’t want to have to do it manually one by one.

Hi, I am having the same issue as the poster two months ago did in the post here that is outstanding. I've tried a different browser and clearing my cache/cookies. The fields on the left hand side are not showing while all of the ones on the right do. 

I’m looking to create a TDEE Calculator where the clients give me their age, height (in inches), weight (lbs), and activity level (the 5 different options then would = a number assigned for calculation). This would save me a ton of time for my clients vs having to do it manually. I have seen @amy.carlson’s BMI calculator from a year ago and tried to use that as reference, but after trying this now multiple times unsuccessfully, I wanted to reach out here to see if anyone could help!Appreciate your time and any feedback,Jace

Insights / Views : is that unique user or if a user comes back at a later time it counts as a second view ? 

I am sadly struggling to get past the initial steps of Oauth2 and cannot find any documentation about this error.Authenticating using my personal token works like a charm Getting an application’s temporary token works fine  Getting an application’s refresh token fails   Here are the steps followed:call https://api.typeform.com/oauth/authorize?state=xyz789&client_id=********&redirect_uri=********&scope=offline+forms:read manually in a browser grant access by clicking “Accept”,    Copy the code from the URL following the redirection Request a token using the code from step 3 but fails:  If I repeat the same steps above and remove the offline scope it works fine.What am I doing wrong … ?

Hi there - this topic has come up a few times, but I’m still struggling to resolve it.  I have a typeform embedded on my website, on a certain page and also as a slide in (yachtwarriors.com) I have the Google Tag Manager integration set up I attempted to address the cookie issue with the GA4 configuration I have GA4 events set up to fire for TypeformSubmit and TypeformFirstInteraction These tags do not fire in GTM preview mode Inconsistently, but not always, these events/conversions show up in GA4, so perhaps it’s dependent on a user’s browser (cookie issue still?) Is there a better guide or resource out there? I promise I’ve read all the threadsAppreciate the help.
