Typeform conversations

 Until a week ago, the responses to a Typeform were downloaded directly. Now I have to go to my mailbox first to download the file. How can this be?

Hey everyone! I just started using Typeform but I have the following doubts. When a user tries to complete the form they have an error in the questions where they need to upload some documents, Do you know why is this happening?   The other thing is that when a user completes a form we can’t see the response and we are sure that they have completed it. Can someone help me with these?Thanks!

 I've been using Typeform on Google Chrome recently, and I've encountered an issue where the responses appear as white blank spaces. This error persists and hasn't been fixed. When I view it on another browser, the responses are visible, but the fonts look strange, as if there is an error. The same font issue occurs when I access it on mobile as well. Do you know when this issue will be resolved?

Hello, I've created a personal health quiz that leads to one of five potential outcomes based on the answer to the sixth question.However, I want to collect email addresses after the sixth question is answered, before showing personalized the result.Currently, as soon as the sixth question is answered, it automatically shows the result.How can I change this so that participants must enter their email address to see their result after answering the sixth question?Thanks.

Hello, I am creating a 10-question form. I would like question 10 to appear only in relation to the answers to questions 2, 3 and 4. How can I do this? 

How can I transfer the results into the mapping? From Typeform to active campaign!!!!So far, I only see email, first name, questions, etc. - so that I can then build an email sequence based on the three different results in Active Campaign. Can someone help me? Thank you.

Does anyone know why with Typeform v1 I could get the response answers back and they would be in the same order everytime, but now in v2 they return a different order every time a request is made. I'm at a complete loss as to how I'm supposed to manage entering users answers in the database now and line them up with the questions because there's no consistent order coming from the response.So far, I haven't been able to receive a response from Typeform about this.Here are images of 3 responses from a typeform that return a different order of answers each time. This may be a stupid question but being able to print out the questions and the logic diagram would be really useful. In the online overviews the questions in both are abbreviated. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

If we use the "Payment" content in a form. Can we then work with one or more promo codes for different ticket prices?

I am trying to create an assessment. I have 6 sections and I need a subtotal divided by the number of questions in each section.I need to have that score in my results.Is this possible? I’ve tried adding logic to add each question to the next but it’s not working.Can someone help me? 

I’ve never used Typeform before. When creating a quiz, can you add text to the slide alongside the product recommendation? I’d like to give customers more explanation as to why they are getting these choices.

All of a sudden today, 5/22/24, the results from my typeform and not loading to view or download.  Anyone know if that is a me problem or a typeform problem?  I will need to download all of my responses with the timestamp tomorrow.  Thanks for the help!

Hi I can't find a way to change the background image on each question.  Whenever I change the background image, it changes every page/question. I can't work out how to have different images 

I am working with stripe integration since getting a UUID and handling payment outside of typeform is difficult.My form is embeded.Well, because I am using stripe integrated within the form, when a user has an error with their payment, this pops up: So, the user refreshes and gets kicked back to question 1 in my long form quiz. They assume they must restart, and don’t want to because it is long.Can i change this error message? It doesn’t tell the user the real problem.The only problem is their payment details, yet the error message implies otherwise.This is making me miss out on, no exaggeration, thousands of dollars. A good 5-10% of my customers make mistakes when entering their payment information.Any solutions?

Hi there,I ask for clients date of birth in a factfind questionnaire. I’ve had instances where the client would input 2024 as the birth year. Is there a logic / rule that would only allow dates over 18 years to be input?Thanks

Is it possible to change the layout of the mobile version directly, independently of the layout of the desktop version? I have images that summarize my offer, that displays very well on the desktop version, and that do not render well at all on the mobile version. I wish I could place them differently for the mobile version.

I accidentally published my first typefrom while I was still working on it...no big deal, since I can edit them after publishing anyway, right? Except I can’t find a place for published forms ANYWHERE in my account? It’s just gone. Where do I see my published forms? You’d think it would be easy to find them.
