I have installed the app on salesforce, but I can’t seems to be loading the data downloaded from typeform into salesforce

Hello, I’m trying to build a website with a survey students take and want their teachers to be able to see their results. Right now, I’m the only person who can see the results because I created the survey. How can I make it so that each teacher can see their students results?Thanks

I’ve created several group questions and now I need a separate question and every time I create one it adds it to the last group question.  I’ve tried dragging it out but it won’t let me drag it beyond the last group question. any ideas?

I am reaching out to share a concerning experience I've recently had and to seek advice on how to proceed.I recently noticed a charge from Typeform on my bank statement. This was surprising as I did not agree to any transactions, nor did I choose or upgrade to a paid plan.Upon discovering the charge, I promptly contacted Typeform support seeking clarification and a potential refund, but unfortunately, I have not yet received any response. This lack of communication has left me in a difficult position, unsure of the next steps to take to resolve this issue.Has anyone here experienced something similar? How was it resolved? Any advice on how I can ensure this matter is addressed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help and support.

Hello, One of the questions in my survey is required but the responses to that question aren’t showing up in results summary. If I download the responses, the answers for that question show up in the excel file but not the response summary.If anyone has any solutions that would be super helpful! Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to enrich a form with data that we wouldn't transmit via URL because it's sensitive information? Ideally, we would pass only a unique ID in the URL and then look up the displayed data on the form from a data table.

hey :)I read some articles in this community but wasn’t able to find a solution for me.I want to do a quiz where my coachees can check there results after 6 month, like: have you done your workout  yes (score 3) sometimes (score 2) no (score 1) have you done yout meditation yes (score 3) sometimes (score 2) no (score 1) At the end of the quiz I want my customers to see were they can become better, so all scores < 3 and list them. Right now I am just finding a solution to show the score and the answers, but not the answers < 3.Regards from GermanyDominik

Hi,I have two issues1What I want to do : Embed a typeform with only one short-text question in an email. I use Send in blue. I made sure that there is no introduction.My problems :First one : The embed goes outside the body section. Setting up the width in Typeform does not help. It still goes out. (see the first two screenshots) Second one : Even though I used the “embed in a email” option, it still open a new tab, and is not actually embed (screenshot 3 & 4)2What I want to do : Have the email as an hidden field. Since I want to link the email address to the text answer, but I already have the email, I don’t want to bother clients by asking them again. My problem : I don’t get how I can do this. Is it possible? Thank you in advance for your help 

I’ve connected Typeform to my Klaviyo account and ALL the questions have synced plus  some extra hidden UTM fields - all of which I did not want. What I want to happen is : when a client has completed the survey, Typeform populates one field in Klaviyo (Survey answered - TRUE). I don’t need all the other answers in my database. Can I do this? How?

Hello,I am looking into the possibility of using Typeform to develop an internal requisition form.  The nature of my business requires the ability for users to select a product category, which would take them to an extensive list of part numbers for selection of specific items and quantities.  They would then need to be asked if they require additional items and, potentially go through the process of item selection again. Is the software sophisticated enough to support this type of form?

I would like to use the URL to the survey results via a QR code thats printed in my master thesis so I have to know if the URL does expire at some point of time? I’m also gonna quit my basic plan to a free plan, will I be still able to see my survey and results?Thank you!

I created a survey with challenging questions to reflect about the OKR (Objective & KeyResults) & the tactics (channels/activities) we run in the team.I have around 20 statements or questions and want to ask only 3-4 per session.Is it possible to randomize the questions / statements?I know there is an option with grouped questions, but at the end it’s not really randomized.Thank you

I upgraded to a plan today that allows me to collect 1,000 responses per month. I set up a form and started sending it out only to be capped at 10 responses. Now I’ve got a bunch of people who can’t fill out the form even though I should have 990 responses left for the month. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I’ve read many of the solutions from the community. But none of them works in my case (or I didn’t understand them). So I have 15 questions with 5 answers for each question. Each question has the same number of point. Each answer is tied to a profile. So if you answer A too all the questions you have a profile A.What I want is easy compare, when the form is over, which type of profiles the users have. But it’s impossible to do that. Typeform decided to make this simple thing super complex. I can’t even use JS to run a function.I’ve built variable score_a_vs_score_b blablabla, but I’m unable to say: score_a (from all the answers) - score_b = score_a_vs_score_b.So what are your solutions to solve that?

I am embedding the type form into a wix page and when a person finishes the form the redirect is staying in the embedded page and not going to actual URL as needed 

 Hi Typeform Community,I'm having an issue with the mobile version of my Typeform embedded on my astra site. It works perfectly on desktop, but on mobile, users can't scroll down to reach the "OK" button at the end of each page of the quiz. Additionally, the header and footer are covering the Typeform, making it difficult for users to navigate. I've already tried adding inline code to the embed code, but it didn't make a difference. Hello, I'm running an organizational culture survey in a company, where each employee must answer some questions. It's a pilot. This form needs to be anonymous and at the same time I can't have two responses from the same person. So, I was using Hidden Fields with Mailchimp and everything was fine. Today, when I went to send the second form of the survey, Mailchimp considered my submission inappropriate and suspended my account, saying they can no longer support me. Due to deadlines, I urgently need a solution to send a large number of emails, with hidden fields in the link, through Gmail. Or other alternative. I saw something like this around here some time ago but I couldn't find it. Can anyone help me?

Hey there!First time poster here so be kind :-) We are using the NPS question survey and are embedding it into an email and sending out to customers. Customers then click on a number 0 - 10 and it opens a browser. It then shows the question again with that number selected, and a split second later it submits and goes to a thank you page.We’d like to eliminate that first page, so the user clicks on a number in their email and it takes them to the thank  you page. Many of our users have found the current page which shows the numbers, and starts submitting a bit confusing. Is there a way to achieve what we are after? Thank you

Hi I have a question that asks people if they use one of 5 platforms: youtube, instagram, twitch, twitter, and tik tok. For each of those platforms I have 2 corresponding questions about what their user name is and how many followers they have on that platform. The question that asks if they use that platform is multi-select. The ideas  is that if they don’t select that platform, it should skip that question. However, for some reason, even if I don’t select “Twitch” the form still sends me to Twitch. Can anyone provide guidance?
