Hello, I have a couple of questions about the result page. Can I create a custom report( can be PDF downloadable and email) based on end users answer through Typeform? If yes, can I customize the report design?I am planning to create quizzes that has multiple sections. In the report, I would like to show what exact needs/improvements of each section.Thanks,Mert

Hi- I recently got a new Macbook Pro and now I can’t upload any logos or images.  It doesn’t let me upload, drag, none of it.  Any ideas how to fix this?

I recently bought an ad package from a company, and they sent me a link to fill out a typeform. But every time I click on the link, it does not open the form, but instead always takes me to the sign up page, even though I am already logged in and have an account.

Hello.I’ve used the API to connect my forms to Power BI. I have studied the JSON response and I understand that Power BI flattens the hierarchy. I’m currently looking at my options when it comes to transforming this data. We send our forms to our students. These forms have a first multiple choice question that asks the user what master did they complete. The rest of the answers are in relation to that master (numeric values).My question is, is there some way I could separate this first question (master) from the others, and then group the rest of the questions and link them to the question? So, going from:“student → question → answer, student → question → answer...”to“first answer → rest of the answers by that student” I know changing the form could solve that issue, but first I want to know if there is some way to do this with JSON formatting or data transformation.Thank you!

Hi,  I have a very big issue an all my forms. Tested on embed forms, direct links, on many websites made by me or competitors.I have phone field OR contact field with phone number activated. When I autofill phone field with iOS Chrome autosuggest, my phone number is filled but field color is still in grey (placeholder color) instead of black (response color). when I click on Next button or around the field to remove the focus, my phone is replaced by placeholder text.My iOS Chrome phone suggestion is without regional prefix. I’m try to understand if the Submission Tokens are unique, meaning that if I pull the information into a data center I can count that the token can be a primary key for that table. 

Probably a series of noob statements and questions but…When a lead uploads an image into google spreadsheet, the Typeform api URL appears in a new google sheet row.I have read that you cannot supplant this link with a google drive link automatically. Is my understanding correct?I cannot directly upload the api URLs as images into Wordpress media library, so it makes sense that when I try to use a live CSV file to upload multiple rows into, the images do not appear in wordpress either.Can typeform be used as a sign up form (I’d like to use this so leads can create user profiles from their entries) and if not, do you see any creative solutions to my problem with these URL?What am I (am I?) fundamentally misunderstanding about typeform image upload URLs?Any help or direction is much appreciated. Thanks!

Hello Everyone, Is there any way we can store data directly into some third party services Google Sheets and Excel without storing into Typeform database. Currently responses are visible in both the places Typeform and Third party services. I need to store into only third party service as data is confidential.

For the last week, I’ve had trouble Viewing and Downloading results from my Typeform.  This morning, I can’t even view them...it just shows a blank screen.  Before, I’ve tried to download the results into an Excel spreadsheet like I’ve always done, but I then have to wait for my report to be available and wait for an email with the link to download (whereas before, I could just download straight away).  Any ideas what could be going on?

I’m creating a Typeform that goes into an Airtable database and I see in the documentation that Opinion Scale is compatible with Airtable’s Rating but it’s not working on my end. Is this no longer supported?

Hi there, I am looking for the functionality where based on a selection of date options (in a radio option question), when the form is submitted, the respondent receives an automated email with a confirmation + pdf of their responses. But also automatic .ics files based on their date selections so they can immediately accept the calendar invite with the associated details and block out their diaries.I have had a look and there is no ‘attach file’ option when customising the notification email. Or an alternative way to do this.Am I missing something? Or is someone able to share their experiences. A link to add to calendar is not going to be suitable as this can be overlooked and not actioned.Thank you in advance!Lisa

Hi there! I’m loving experimenting with Formless, but I’ve come up against a big issue. When I test out my “form” in the creator “app”, the AI’s responses are rich and nuanced. When I test it using the link on, say, my iPhone, sometimes it’s comically bad. For example, I’m looking for appreciative and critical feedback on something, and the AI - when accessed by phone - will say, “Input appreciative feedback” or something similarly non-conversational. Whereas in the creator app, it will say, “Tell me something you appreciate about X...” Is this the difference between GPT3.5 and 4? If so, it’s a much bigger discrepancy than i would have imagined. Yesterday I tested Hidden Fields with Mailchimp and it worked perfectly fine. Today, when launching the search, I went to test sending the email and it no longer works. But I need to fire it to the client today, by 2pm. Has anyone been through this and can help me? 

All of a sudden all of my workspaces have gone under a Private (for your eyes only) area. how to I release them? I need to be able to share the link with clients.

Okay guys - and TypeForm Dev Dudes -I have a form where our team submits a marketing request - it could be a presentation, a one sheet or a graphic email - we’ve recently added merch to the list.I currently have it as a picture selection option. They can select multiple items - cups, speakers, shirts etc.MY QUESTION IS:a) how does one use the recall function to list the items if multiple are selectedb) is there an options to list them all out on a page and add a text field that asks for quantityc) how is the picture selection supposed to function - is that really a “pick on and move on” or is it a “pick one and use the next field/question for quantity”d) IF the later is the way- that means a quantity question needs to be created for each product listed in a category. Correct?For example - if i have an “summer section” and it has flip flops, sunglasses and tumblers in it - each one of those items will need a workflow question to show a quantity - THEN we’ll have to have logic the shows

Since today i’m not being able to access my typeform “Create” page. I can view results, connect, etc. but it keeps loading and never ends. I tried from another device and it’s okay, it’s a problem only in my pc but i need it’s fixed here :(
