Typeform conversations

Hello I’m wondering how a form and navigate back to the first question but to a clear, unanswered version.My first question is a drop down and i want each time a different answer is selected, for the following questions to apply to each new answer selection on that first drop down and generate a new set of answers each time.  thanksJ

Responses to our form are not accessible - since an hour we are getting a message, that “there seems to be a blip” but checking servers is not helping (all set on green), refreshing page not helping. anyone with a similar problem / solution? Thank you!  

We are wanting respondents to be able to either select a number or fill in the blank –provide two answers inside one question. See below: Question: How many people make up your team? Staff: [fill in the blank with # of staff members] Volunteers: [fill in the blank with # of volunteers]  Is this possible without having to ask two separate questions?   

Hi,I have created a quiz and cannot get it to score correctly. There are 10 questions and each question is worth up to 10 points. If I go through and answer all of the question so that I should receive a score of 100, Typeform gives me of total of 200. If I answer the questions that should give me a score of 50, Typeform gives a total of 150. I have set point totals for each answer under the Score quiz setting. I know I am doing something wrong, I just can figure out what.Thanks in advance for the help!

I’m confused about the directive in troubleshooting documentation to “create a manual record in Salesforce for the response with null values”. What does this mean and is it something that has to be done for every record that is missing a required field? I couldn’t find any questions around this already and may be missing something very obvious but would love some elaboration on what this means?

Hello, I have several questions concearning the creation and sharing the survey.We need to create a survey for a diverse public and make the survey personalised in some cases:1. Could it be possible to create different links leading to the same survey (to place on our different platforms) and therefore track where the audience is comming from to do the survey?2. If yes, is it possible to make the starting page different according to the link shared (and the rest of the survey stays the same)3. Is it possible to unite the results of several surveys in one statistic? (In case we would need to create different versions of survey for different audience)4. What is the advantage of purchasing a subscribtion allowing different languages, as we can create 3 different logic “lines” with different languages;  is the translation of the questions automatic in case of subscribtion?

I made a questionnaire in Typeform, in one questionnaire I collected 3 tests and I need to make sure that the correct answers are counted separately on the final slide, that is, for the first five questions separately, for the second five separately, and so on. I was told that this can be done through variables, but I do not know how

Anyone know a way I can lookup the email domain that someone fills in and use that to lookup and set a variable to their full company name? I have that info in an Excel sheet currently, but could put it somewhere else if needed.Thanks!

Two questions:EMAILI tested the same quiz asking and not asking for their email. These are the results:NOT asking for their email: completion rate: 32% Asking for their email but not mandatory: completion rate: 15%I guess they simply don’t get that this field is NOT mandatory…Almost nobody knows that they can skip that with OK or the little arrow on the bottom right.→ Should I add a question (with logic) before the email form and ask them if they e.g. want to receive an email with additional information? We have a quiz where we educate people about our program.Every time they answer a question I will show them additional information tailored to their answer. At the end I want to email the respondents this additional information.I am able to send them a follow-up (notification) with their answers but don’t know how to add the additional information I showed them according to their answers. How can I do that? Actually best would be to send the respondents something like this: Question 1Their answer Further Information for Question 1 Question 2Their answer Further Information for Question 2Thanks for your help.Cheers,​​​​​​​Cesare

I need some help as to why the logic branch I have created is not working. I’ve created the rule that if A & B get selected it takes the user to Question 18, but for some reason, it keeps taking them to Question 2. Please Help! Thanks

Hi guys, I am looking to potentially create a calculator that will help a client work out the cost of their energy bills based on their latest meter reads. Hi, I am unable to unpublish a live form and need to do so as it is taking space in my allotted forms count and I no longer need this form. I should also add I have already received submissions on this form and would like to close it down instead of deleting it. Anyone know how to do this?

I created two forms on the free plan not realising 10 response limit, so upgraded to the Basic 250 responses. But my two forms I had created are not allowing any more responses. How can i increase the response limit of my existing forms?

Apologies if this is a daft question… I have built a typeform questionnaire that integrates with google sheets and presentation using Document Studio to email a PDF report to respondents. This is currently set up with my personal gmail account while I was testing / building. I want to roll it out now to public but for scalability and for it to come from a domain email I want to use a business email account. I’m assuming that to recreate all the integrations I need to go with Google workspace - or can it be any email provider?  Sorry my brain is having a senior moment… Many thanks in advance :)Claire
