Hi, I am on the management team for my company and recently I tried to create a form for my colleagues where they may submit their application for their leaves (e.g., business leaves, sick leaves, etc.) while the system helps calculate how many work days were taken off between the leave start date and leave end date as well as calculating the leave time by hours if someone takes only a couple hours off. However, I noticed that Typeform currently does not support this function and format. In fact, I had to use other form creation tools to make this happen for my company. Since our company currently subscribes to Typeform, I hope that soon this function will be added so that we may find greater incentive in continuing the use of this platform as we won’t need to switch between platforms. HiWe have made use of many long text questions and ask our customers to use the shift + enter option to break up the answers. We pull the data through the responses API. All that comes through is a text block with no control character that we could use to break the data up by line and store it as such in the DB.This seems very strange, as it defeats the purpose of doing a line break in the typeform if it does not come through in the responses. Any help would be appreciated to understand if this is just the case or we are doing something wrong.

Hello,I’ve added the parameter :data-tf-opacity="0"to have 0% background opacity. Friday it was working well and two days later the background was white and not transparent anymore. This happened on ALL my forms on my account (that have separated templates), I didn’t change anything. Am I the only one in this situation ?

We have an assessment where we do not want to ask the user for their email address, that takes place on a landing page after they have completed the assessment, but we need some identifier to connect assessment results to the email address collected on our landing page.The current flow is:User completes typeform with a {name} field {name} is added to the redirect URL so that on the landing page AFTER typeform we can add {name} to an email collection form This results in the typeform results, being manually connected to the email form results only by {name} so if there are two “Mary” we will not know which is which so I wanted to add {networkid} as an additional identifier from typeform.Is this possible? I do not see any way to add {networkid} as a hidden field.Basically what we’re looking for is a unique identifying code that can be used to merge Typeform results with additional data from other sources. NetworkID seems to be the only thing available that could accomplish this?

Can I get a count of responses for a form without needing a Business subscription? If so, how?

Hey! So Im launching my own NFT project with 7.777 NFT’s.The question i have is how I can send the ones that have gotten a Whitelist spot for the project a Typeform link that only works once. I only want them to be able to send in their wallet adress once after that the form doesn't work for them or says that they already have submitted etc.  Any help?

Hello,pls i am seeking some type of workflow that after a  typerform(approval) is submitted, the answers to google sheets then after  i review i can trigger an asana task...and once the task is complete trigger an email to the user to inform him task is complete and lastly the user continues to receive an automated mail (ceon job with timestamp) stating he/she is yet to approve workdone (another typeform).i’ll appreciate your answers/pointers. Thanks

Is there a way to use url parameters that do not have the same name as the hidden field?

Hello,We are looking for this action. We want to redirect users after completing form, to another form. Questions, is it possible to pass unique Typeform Token which was assigned to first form by Typeform and pass it as hidden field to another form? This must happen instantly, user submits the form and redirected to the new form as if it is next step, next questionnaire?  Given Typeform Stripe/Google Tagmanager can not be used together we want to move payments outside to another form, but we need unique identifier to make sure to match respones. Email, Phone doesnt work as this factor, since clients may submit multiple forms, and thus they must be uniquely identified.Thanks

Hi,  I am having a tracking issue. I use UTM to track FB Ads, I also have an embedded typeform quiz in my website. I see my users per FB campaign in GA, however , as soon as they go through the step of filling out the quiz, google overwrites the source of where these leads came from. They all came from FB Ads, but now Google shows all leads coming from Typeform/ Referral and basically eliminates all my tracking in GA. I really do not want to change the whole structure and remove the typeform quiz, JUST so I am able to have a tracking in GA. Is there any way to fix it. I need GA to continue tracking the leads/ATC and Purchases based on FB UTMs and campaigns. I do not have any UTM-s set up in the typeform quiz. Any suggestions? Thank you Zara

I have been configuring type form surveys in Intercom messenger for some time now and have recently encountered weird behavior that I can’t fix. In intercom messenger settings I go through the process of +App > choose type form > choose the survey that I want to display in-line > configure the block > set it live. When I test it in production and tap on the “Take survey” button in messenger I am presented with this screen instead of the survey in-messenger:

However, I got an error as below:The API 'typeform' returned an invalid response for workflow operation 'When_a_response_is_submitted' of type 'OpenApiConnectionWebhook'. Error details: 'The API operation 'NewResponseWebhook_V2' requires the property 'body/form_response/calculated/score' to be of type 'Integer' but is of type 'Float'.' Calculated score could be an integer or float. Hello Everyone,I have sent an email for support but am desperate for help - I seriously just want to cry. Two forms I’ve used for years have completely disappeared from my account. Just gone. I know my team didn’t delete them because we have automations where submissions come straight to our CRM so there is no reason for us to even be within typeform except to create a new form. I have several zaps and automations setup based off of the submissions of these forms so it is inevitably going to stall my business. I can see the last submissions recieved were on April 8, 2022. Hi all,I’m writing an AngularJS (v 13) application in which I plan to embed my typeform in a dialog box. I have embedded a Typeform on my website. I have linked one Typeform to another by using ‘Redirection on Completion’ option. I want the redirect to happen inside the Typeform, but as soon as i complete the last step in the typeform 1, it closes. Hello,problem: After starting our form on a mobile device the form it partially overlay the text above it.We use Wordpress with Elementor and have embedded the form via code.The text above is an Elementor element.When the form is closed, the spacing is perfect.Attached two screenshots. Do you have a fast solution for this problem?
