Hello Typeform Team ~I am getting the error that “... Typeform is having trouble loading some of your data”I have tried a few different browsers and a few different machines ~ any ideas?  

Is it possible to customize the popup so that it closes by clicking on the grey background / overlay next to the popup? Currently it can only be closed via the X button, but users also like to simply click on the background next to the survey to close it.

A participant reports severe typing lag.He says it takes too long to type and feels sluggish, but when he looks it up, he sees a post from 3 years ago complaining of the same symptoms. Is this something that hasn't been fixed yet?My language is Korean.

I am sadly struggling to get past the initial steps of Oauth2 and cannot find any documentation about this error.Authenticating using my personal token works like a charm Getting an application’s temporary token works fine  Getting an application’s refresh token fails   Here are the steps followed:call https://api.typeform.com/oauth/authorize?state=xyz789&client_id=********&redirect_uri=********&scope=offline+forms:read manually in a browser grant access by clicking “Accept”,    Copy the code from the URL following the redirection Request a token using the code from step 3 but fails:  If I repeat the same steps above and remove the offline scope it works fine.What am I doing wrong … ?

Hi there - this topic has come up a few times, but I’m still struggling to resolve it.  I have a typeform embedded on my website, on a certain page and also as a slide in (yachtwarriors.com) I have the Google Tag Manager integration set up I attempted to address the cookie issue with the GA4 configuration I have GA4 events set up to fire for TypeformSubmit and TypeformFirstInteraction These tags do not fire in GTM preview mode Inconsistently, but not always, these events/conversions show up in GA4, so perhaps it’s dependent on a user’s browser (cookie issue still?) Is there a better guide or resource out there? I promise I’ve read all the threadsAppreciate the help.

I can no longer modify the design or add logic in the WORKSPACE file. Whenever I attempt to make changes, an error message appears. I don't know why this is happening. Is it because there are too many connected logics?

This may be nothing, but, maybe u could find someone who actually speaks/reads the english language that we use, because this content ur passing-off is garbage…to the point of being embarrassing. 

Hi there,I am brand new to this. I am building a simple personality profiling tool. It will be 10 questions and the user will rank the questions 1 to 4. I can do that bit… it is the next bit.Once the user submits the questionnaire I need something to analyse the results and put them into 1 of 4 categories for one questionnaire, and then 8 for another. Once they are in the category I need a report to be sent out to them. Can typeform do that? How, do I need a developer?

Is there any way for the respondent to receive an email showing all the responses that they filled for the survey?

Hey, I want to send data tests to my webhook through the API. I tried this route: API /forms/{form_id}/webhooks/{webhook_id}/deliveries, but it doesnt’ work whereas I have an access token. I have an INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSIONSWhat did I do wrongly? If it doesn’t work, what are the alternatives out there?

We make use of the TypeForm API to create our forms automatically. The unusual thing that occurs is that logic that works perfectly fine when previewing the form and testing the questions does not work on the live form. The only way we are solving this currently, is to manually remove the logic for the relevant questions and recreate them. The other unusual thing is that it’s not all logic based questions that behave like this but only a specific few questions at the start of each of our forms. We have confirmed the logic is set-up correctly, checked online for other users experiencing the same but have to date not found a solution.

 I'm encountering an issue generating access and refresh tokens via the https://auth.videoask.com/oauth/token API. Despite double-checking all keys and credentials, I consistently receive the following error. {    "error": "access_denied",    "error_description": "Unauthorized"} Can anyone offer assistance? We would like to implement typeform in our app which is gonna be used also on kiosks without hardware keyboard, does typeform support some kind of virtual keyboard out of the box? Or is it possible to dynamically set value for a text field with javascript? So we can use virtual keyboard on our own and just set value based on what user types in?

Hello, I have the following problem: The GTM was put in TypeForm, also the events are there and I can fire tags. But I can't provide the tags with a check of the consent status on the main domain. That means it is not possible to make it GDPR compliant? In my case Google Ads form tracking.My alternative approach was to include a listener and send the event of the submitting form to the parrent domain and use it as a trigger there. But unfortunately this does not work.Is there a way that I can transfer the consent status of my domain to typeform and be GDPR compliant there?Or alternatively transfer the event of form sending my domain GTM? 

The application I am working on has a production environment and a development environment.Using the typeform webhook, the url configured today is the production one, so I can't test in development if I don't change the url.Is there any way for a form's webhook to call 2 urls? A way to configure this for production and development?

Hello everyone.I have a few forms that show duplicate Network IDs, which should not be possible. If I understand correctly, the Network ID is tied to the user’s IP address. In my case, I have a survey form that is shared via a QR form during a videomeeting. The users scan the QR code and answer the survey from their phones. The thing is, they are all at home on their own personal computers when they do this, and still I’m getting some duplicate Network IDs here and there. At first I thought maybe it was the same student sending the same form several times (maybe they thought it didn’t send correclty), but as you can see below, the scoring changes. Again, all our users are located in different parts of the country and studying from home. How is it possible that they have the same network ID?On a related note, are there any plans for tracking users cookies? It would make things much easier, especially since some of our students do complete similar forms while they’re in the same classroo
