Your typeform results

Hi ! I would like to launch a NPS campaign through Intercom and want to be sure my respondants will be tracked both : If I launch it by email (so with a link inside the email) If I launch it through my messenger boxCould you please help me configure that ?  Thanks a lot !

the free plan allows you to collect 100 responses/month, which means I am be able to collect 100 submissions every month. When is the cut-off date for the counter to restart at 0? calendar months? date of joining? any other random date ?how can i check this date? thanks for your feed-back

HELP! I can’t seem to find whether people can answer my survey multiple times without me knowing?

HiI wanted to multiply a score by 7.5%But whenever I add 0 (zero) after a .(dot) it doesn’t work.Like 1.075 = not working or 0.075 = not working 

How can I set up my form to alert me when someone fills it in? A couple of clients filled in my form yesterday and I assumed I’d get an email or something, but I can’t see anything. Thanks! 

Hello,I created a survey where I have 4 identical questions, with different answers. Thanks to logic jumps, the respondent will land on one of the questions and won’t see the others, which is great. However, when I send data to a google sheet, it’s very hard to me to identify the questions, because the header of the four columns are exactly the same. Also, those header are quite long and I don’t like that.So my question is: is it possible to give a short remote name to each one of my question, so that the respondent won’t see it, but I do? I hope my question is clear :)thank you, Sabrina

Our team is considering using a waitlist for prospective users of our product! Unfortunately, TypeForm doesn’t have this kind of function, so we’ll need to use a third-party provider of a waitlist.  As part of that, we’re wondering if ya’ll have advice on whether we should have folks enter their email to the waitlist, and THEN complete the TypeForm signup questions to get bumped up higher up the waitlist? OR fill out the TypeForm signup questions in order to join the waitlist? (Does anyone the relative impact of TypeForm signup completion if users have to complete the entire form just to get on a waitlist?)

I am trying to generate a PDF report from but I have been waiting for about ten minutes with the following message on the screen: “Hold tight—just getting this page ready” . Is anyone having a similar problem and did you find a solution? thanks @sergi 

Well I guess this screenshot is pretty self explanatory of the issue.Therefore I have no data on my questions related to “views” or “drop-off”.I use Typeform on a weekly basis and never encountered any issue of this kind before.Did that ever happen to any of you ?I’m using the “start a conversation” typeform, I guess that missing data might be linked to that ?Thanks guys !

Hi all, I have an account which I pay £31 a month for, however I am not able to see any insights or re-direct someone to my website. I have other people who have the free version but can see the insights and re-direct, are there any thoughts why this might be?

Hello guys, dear Typeform community!I want to create a Quiz on Typeform but I don’t know if the answers are anonymos. Because in my case I DON’T want the answers anonymous. I want to see who was first and secound place.. and so on. Is this possible?

I tried to following these instructions to generate a responses report, but I’m getting this error that says, “This report is private. Make sure your type form’s not private.” Where can I go to fix this so that I can generate the report? Is there a way to do this without closing it to new responses? Thanks.   

I’m creating a self-assessment that will email each person their responses upon completion. However, I’d also like the responses to be anonymous to me (in other words, I love the summary data that comes in the reporting section collectively, but would love to be able to strip the data field that includes their email address in their individual report). Is this possible, or are their any other workarounds (i.e. print results at end where they would not need to give me their email address to get their responses)? Thanks in advance!

Hello,  I have begun analyzing a survey that had 2-3 open-ended questions that turned in to responses that were lengthier than I initally accounted for. The survey became an incentive for a sweepstakes we were doing to gain more entries, so it was taken by 5,000+ respondents.  With all of these responses and the various lengths in responses to certain questions, does anyone have a tool that they recommend to make anlayzing the responses for these open-ended questions any easier than manually going through 5,000+ and aggregating, organizing, etc.?

Hi! In the body of our Typeform, we calculate many scores. I’ve been figuring out how best to display them after the user works their way through the form. A visual representation seems best, and a pie comes to mind.Any ideas on how to put one in? Thoughts are appreciated! 

I built the survey but someone else is responsible for sending them. I need to know how many went out independent of the person sending them out

Hello Typeform Community! I’d love to know if there is a way to remove test responses/deleted responses from the result reports. My team and I have submitted a few surveys as a test for a particular Typeform survey, and I want to read the reports without the interference of the data that was just for testing. Is there any possibility to do this?

On the Results page, why are some questions displaying zero (0) views when I know that there have been complete responses to my Typeform?

Hi,On a multi select question type I have selected the option to have an "Other" text box at the end of the list of answer options. However when I test this and select "Other" and type in some test text, this detail is not recorded in the response file. Can anyone advise how to fix this?Thanks!Danny

The red button on the results pages is not working. It appeared to only work the first time and then didnt work.  Is there a way for the pop-up (to make a call) to appear each time the user selects the icon?
