Hi there, I’ve been using Document Studio with Typeform to populate a report template and then send the report to an email address. Document Studio is not reliable and I am looking for an alternative. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
The people filling out my form aren't receiving a confirmation email to be sure their form submission went through. How do I turn email confirmations on?
Is it possible to setup email reminder/notification to respondents who have not yet filled/completed their survey based on certain schedule - say 5 days, 7 days, etc.Â
I am new on this. Is there a way to create a multi-language form?I need to create a survey in english and spanish, and i would like it to be just one form so I can get results of both answers in one place. Is it possible?Â
I created a form a few years ago for a group reunion registration. At the end I was able to list all of the responses to their questions as seen below. I cannot figure out how I did it, or the functionality has changed. Can someone please jog my memory? How do I pull each response field so the person completing the form can see their responses at a glance? Â
Help Please!! I have 15 forms that need to go live by the end of the week, and I’m building away and sending them to QA. I’ve had multiple users report that the button (or the text next to it?) on our results page will either send them to the correct site or send them to typeform.com. I’ve verified the button settings, but this is now happening across multiple forms. I’ve been all over the Community and the videos and can’t figure out why my forms are randomly sending people to Typeform? We’re on a Growth Pro plan so it shouldn’t be branding. Any advice or ideas would be appreciated. Â
Hello! I am working on a form that will serve as a vendor performance review. I have created the following: A multiple choice list (allowing with multiple responses) with the list of vendors to be reviewed One question group per vendor in the list I linked each selection of the list to its corresponding question group. If Vendor A is selected then go to Vendor A question group. The form flows wonderfully and marries each choice with its corresponding question group, but the responses are being overwritten each time. For example, if more than 1 vendor is selected, the tool is only capturing the responses for the last vendor.  How can I fix this in a scalable manner that does not require creating 80+ additional rules or conditioning?
Hello,I’ve embedded a survey inside an email. On desktop, the colors display correctly (see Picture 1). However, on mobile, the colors change to white instead of the ones I selected (see Picture 2).Could you please advise on how to fix this issue so that the colors remain consistent across devices?Thank you in advance for your support.Best regards.
Hi there - we are using typeform for people to go through multiple choice questions as part of a sales process on our website.  We ask for their phone number and email during this process - from time to time, people put in emails and phone numbers that are fake. I’ve been on websites before where it knows if an email or number is real and only lets you proceed if it is happy you have done this.  Is there a way we can bring this into what we are doing here? Thank you :)
Hello! I'm trying to build a persona quiz on Typeform and I need help with a specific scoring logic that seems to go beyond the standard quiz features. My Goal: The quiz has 6 questions and 5 distinct outcomes (each corresponding to a different "superhero" based on one of our digital products). The final outcome for the user should be the superhero whose score is the highest. The Specific Scoring Logic: The quiz has a weighted scoring system with two types of questions:4 of the questions are "direct." Each answer option corresponds directly to one of the five outcomes. For these questions, I want the answer to be worth 2 points toward that specific outcome's score. 2 of the questions are "general." Each answer option can contribute points to multiple outcomes. For these questions, I want the answer to be worth 1 point, which can be distributed across 2 or 3 different outcomes. What I Have Done:created custom variables e.g. score_endingA, score_endingB, …. set up branching at each question
I’ve seen similar questions posed on here, but I’m not sure what the current state is for the exact problem I’m facing. We have typeform integrated with our React app, using the `@typeform/embed-react` library. Our app has login capabilities, so we have a unique id for a given user. What I’d like to do is to allow a user to save progress as they go through a form. In the onStarted hook, you get access to the responseId. Ideally, we would save the responseId for a given user when they start the form. If they then close the page, and were to login on a different PC, we could restart the form from where they left off using this responseId. For example, Widget would take an optional responseId prop to facilitate this. From what I can see, partial forms are only saved in terms of using the same browser. Is there any functionality/hack I can use to continue progress based on responseId?This would also be useful for a user coming back to the form (e.g.) weeks later, and updating their answers.
Hi everyone!I am trying to create a survey where I want to ask companies to fill up which technologies are they involved in and for each of those technologies which of the 15 categories of an carbon emissions calculation are material to them. The best option in question type I have found is the Matrix where I could put all possible technologies in left-hand side column and give the option to select which of the categories are material with 15 columns (1 for each category). However, this is not optimal as the matrix would be really long with almost 100 rows and 15 columns, reducing the chances of getting responses. Is there another way to create this question? The 2 options I have thought about are:Dropdown to select each technology which is applicable and having an open text box where you can write 1, 2, 3, etc as to what emission category(s) are material for each of those technologies. Dropdown to select each technology which is applicable and having the 15 columns to select what categ
I’ve run into a recurring issue with Typeform on iPhones (noticed on iPhone 13 & iOS 17.1, mostly in Safari). When users open an embedded Typeform inside a webpage, sometimes the form: reloads itself halfway through filling it out, won’t scroll properly inside the iframe, or fails to submit with a “network error” even though Wi-Fi and LTE are fine. It doesn’t happen on desktop browsers, and Android devices don’t seem to have this problem.Has anyone else experienced this Safari/iPhone quirk with Typeform embeds? Is it related to Safari’s handling of cookies, cross-site tracking, or maybe some iframe restriction?
Hello fellow community members! In addition to English, I will be communicating in Hebrew which is a right to left language. Does anyone have any experience doing this with Typeform? No reason to re-invent the wheel. Today’s is Tu b’Shvat - birthday of the fruit trees.  Wishing all of you a happy, healthy and delicious new year!Â
Can we add a second consent checkbox in a contact form?Â
Is it possible to format the phone number so that I can get a dashed format like this 303-555-1212?
I have a standard multiple choice question in one of my forms. It doesn’t have multiple selection or an “other” option. This question is question 11 in my form. After question 11, I capture partial responses using the Partial Submit Point feature. I also have some logic that routes the person to one of several follow-up questions depending on their responses to question 11.Here is how this is configured in the Content page: And here is the workflow diagram: Here’s my problem:When somebody answers question 11, it doesn’t autoadvance to the next page, as it does for all other questions on the form. Instead, somebody must manually click “OK” for the form to advance. When they do, everything works as expected, but this is inconvenient, and I’d like the form experience to stay the same.I am assuming this has something to do with the logic, the partial submit point, or the interaction between the two. Is this expected behavior, or is there a way that I can fix this?
I’m making an RSVP form for an event, just wondering is there is a WAITLIST option? Once we hit our limit of responses, maybe a link where guests type in their email and get added to a waitlist, and once more spots open up, or if capacity increases they get an email to join the RSVP list? Thank youu!
Hello, on the contact page I want to add a short text question after company name, “What is your position within the company?”. I cannot find how to add into the contact page rather than creating a new page. Also I want to remove the prompts:JaneSmithAcme corporation how do I do this? Many thanks for your helpÂ
I want need help
Love the new email design tools, but when emails are received in light mode they don’t look very aesthetically pleasing, how do we fix that? Dark mode does look ok as we have it now, plain text.  Any help would be greatly appreciated! Jess
I see that I can add a hyperlink in a question, however is it possible to add multiple hyperlinks into one question? Or is it possible to add hyperlinks to the answers (so they appear as clickable text)?Â
Hi there,I have forms that provide respondents with information about them, I'd love to auto-send respondents an email with this personalised information, their form scores. Is it possible to set this up, and how do I do it?
Is there a way to hide a question from certain people later in the form? For example, if someone says they are female instead of male, I would like a question hidden that occurs later in the form. Or, would that question have to be the immediate next question in order to do a logic jump? I would prefer not to put that question right next to the question about gender, but it looks like that is what I would have to do?
I have a series of logic on one question and want to reorder one of the last added logic statements to move it to the top. I figured you could drag and drop to reorder logic like you can when you want to reorder the questions. Is there a way to reorder the logic without having to delete up to the point you want to add a new logic line?
