Can I change the name of the 'other' multiple choice option?

We typically label our multiple choice “Other” option “Optional Self-description” for demographics questions, like race or gender, because the term “other” can be hurtful for users. Is there a way to customize the “Other” label so it says something else?

Submit using enter rather than ctrl+enter

Is it possible to submit a form using ‘Enter’ rather than ‘Ctrl’ + ‘Enter’ on the keyboard? We are trying to pass information from one form to another without the user being aware that they are being pushed to a second form (https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029576111-Pass-information-from-one-typeform-to-another-Classic-builder-)

Custom Email Domain & Remove Email Branding

Hi, I wondered if someone could shed some light please. I did look on the forum first and although similar post but not elaborated by the support staff. Personnalisation of the sender in self notification | Community (typeform.com) My Question is this:I am on Pro Legacy Plan and pay yearly. This allows me to remove branding on the forms itself so there are no appearances of the word “typeform”. However I still get branding in the emails to staff and customers(Typeform sent you this email on behalf of a typeform creator. We aren't responsible for its content. If you suspect abuse, like suspicious links, please report it here.Unsubscribe from all Typeform respondent notifications)  Is it possible to have this removed? Or would I have to upgrade from a Pro Legacy to a Plus package? From my understanding to that link above is that attaching domains are only available for enterprise customers. Are we saying that the only way an email can be sent from name@companyemail.com instead of notific

Removing the "Ok" or "Next" button

Hello,since the new update I can't find the settings where I can make the button for OK or Next disappear until someone writes me an answer in the field. Does this setting still exist at all? Because now I have 3 surveys in the classic version and 3 in the new version. In the first three there is no way to get to the next question without writing something in. But in the other 3 surveys there is, where can I change this? In the introduction video this option is shown but it doesn't appear for me where I can make this button disappear.

Logo customisation

Hello!Is there anyway of of adding the logo in 2 variants: black and white? The thing is, that we are adding pictures to the questions and on some of them the black logo can’t be seen, on other white is not working. The option of customising the logo to each slide would be useful.. We would add logos on the picture itself in Canva, but then the questions without pictures are without logo, as it’s either places everywhere either nowhere.Logo function is very useful but has a lot of problems as is not possible to move, edit, customize or delete etc..Thank you in advance,

Remove options based on all responses

Is it possible to limit the number of responses per answer ? This is for appointment booking, so I would want the option to be removed if a preview respondent selected that choice.

Typeform not saving in a specific tab - all my work will be lost

I passed all day making changes on my typeform. Now I realized it was not saving while I edit things. I opened the same form on a different tab, and it’s indeed not saving. However, on this new tab, save works normally.The first tab is still open with all my work from this day, and I cant’t save it. There’s any way I can force Typeform to save? Maybe some JS code to paste on console.Pls help!

uploading a video from my iPhone gallery

Hey everyone, I’m having a problem that’s driving me bonkers. I recently just finished creating a video that I would like to use as a way to spice up my welcome screen on type form. But I am not able to find the video nor be able to upload it because of the video I created in Canva. Every time I click the ad video or photo button. It takes me to what I need but I cannot find the video because the stupid gallery doesn’t have a Photos tab where I can find my video.

Get the URL of the typeform page to results

Hi, so we have 8 different typeforms across a lot of pages on our website.  For example “Book a demo”-typeform. But that typeform is in a couple of places on the site. What I want to see in the results are from which URL the respondent came without creating an own Typeform for this. So if person A fills a “Book a demo”-typeform in page A i want to extract that URL to results.And the URL for Person B who fills out a “Book a demo”-typeform in page B.How can I do that? Best regards,Tomi

Logic rules and tie-breaker scenarios for a 6 category scoring quizmember tips

I have created this scenario for all those who are trying to figure out how many ‘tie-breaker’ questions they would have to create - and how to set up the logic rules to direct the user to the correct tie-breaker - IF they are working with 6 categories.  Below is the list of the combinations that could arrive in your quiz if you are looking to resolve the ties that might occur in your scoring.  You would need to create all the tie-breaker question pages and put them somewhere in the quiz. I have found it easiest to use question groups to put ‘like’ questions inside. For example, all the tie-breakers related to two subtotals tied, another for three subtotals tied, etc.  Figuring out where to build these logic rules, so that you have the ability to add or move questions around and not stress over impacts to your logic, can be a challenge. I usually suggest adding a Yes/No question like “Are you happy with your answers? Yes to continue. No to check again” and putting all your logic routin

Combine 2 fields into one for CRM

I have 2 separate input fields “First Name” & “Last Name” but the type form imports into a CRM that needs “Full name” is there a way of creating a calculated field of “First Name” + “ “ + “Last Name” as a hidden field to then use on the export to the CRM. Thanks

Is there a way to suppress that calendar picker on date questions on mobile devices?

Is there a way to suppress that calendar picker on mobile devices?We’ve seen the sharpest drop off on our most recent form at the Date of Birth question, with inbound feedback that it was too hard to use.Digging in to what was occurring here, I realized that the mobile view opens a calendar when you select the date field. The calendar (at least on iOS) defaults to today’s date. These users were trying to get to their birthday by using the arrows to change months. If that meant going back to, say, June of 1941, that would be 960 clicks. They miss that in the top left, you can select Month and Year which expose an easier scrolling solution.Be that as it may, they are confused and I’d like to alleviate that. Suppressing this date picker and allowing them to enter their dates manually (as you would on desktop) would be a possibility, though I am open to other solutions as well.My idea was to add some custom HTML to change the type from type=”date” to type=”text”, but it is not clear that t

How do I enable multiple submissions?

Hi there,We've made a Typeform-tool in which users will be re-directed in a new tab to a certain website after a few steps, based on the given answers. So far it works pretty flawlessly except that users can't be re-directed twice. After a submissions the button to re-submit doesn't work anymore. As a user you have to fill in the entire form again from scratch. That's unfortunate because users tend to try out multiple website, we’ve learned so far beta-testing.Long story short, is there a possibility to enable multiple submissions in the same form without having to start from scratch?Help is much appreciated.

More use of full video backgrounds

Hi guysSo when I look to use a “full” video background from the Pexels library it works really well where I get the video displays to the full background view. However if I tried to do the same think from say a youtube video link you do not get the option to put it into a full background view and sits inside the normal video player.Is there a way to do this or a work around to achieve what I am after? Thanks as ever for any pointers.Ian

Hey, can I create a custom question type?

I want to shorten my survey form. I have around 20 questions and want rating on a likert scale for around 12 additional questions. So this makes it total 32 questions and is making the form quite lengthy. Is there anyway, I can shorten this up, as this increases the drop off rate from the form.
