please help! :)

We are on the now no longer available Professional plan. I am trying to test some simple logic (if age <18 go to an End Page).In preview it works fine, on actually published versions it never works. My guess is that this feature is no longer included in the Professional plan now that it is no longer available and that we need to move to a different plan?Can anyone shed some light on this please as I am running out of hair to pull out.

Hi there,I’ve created a form ( and 20 responses is on this form).Now, i’ve created a new better form, and i want to delete the old oneBUT- i want to have all the responses in the new formhow can I do it ?or save the data of those responses before i delete the old form.  Thanks

I am new to typeform. I tried to import google form into a typeform and it is not working. When I click on import form and then “Run” nothing happens. It seems like it isn’t even clicking the run button. Also when I also tried to watch a tutorial video and that seems to be down too. Is the website server down at the moment or something or is it normally this buggy? 

Hi friends,I have a SHORT ANSWER question where players must type in the word “think” for it to be correct. I also included that they could type in “THINK” or “Think” for it to be correct. However, sometimes users make strange mistakes like they type in “THink” and it marks it incorrect. Is there any way to simply “remove” the Capitalization issue entirely?

Hi, I’m on the free plan and am planning to upgrade to the basic plan so that I can upload and publish my typeform with 21 questions. When previewing my form, each time I hit one of two questions towards the end, I am met with a ‘Sorry, that didn’t work’ error. When I initially made the form about a month ago the error did not appear and everything worked smoothly. It seems to appear on both the mobile and desktop previews. My form only has 3 instances of logic being used.Additionally, some of the questions will occasionally freeze when attempting to answer, with the ‘restart’ option in the top right being unclickable. A manual refresh or hitting the back button results in the page crashing, meaning that I am typing in typeform.com into the url to get back to where I was. I have disabled all extensions and tried to use the form in incognito mode but the same errors still occur. Attached is a couple videos of the issue occurring.  Video 1Video 2

I’ve noticed different behavior between Previewing my form and testing it on a website page as an embed form. In the Preview, I answer my questions and it goes to my Ending and stops there with my message and a button with a link. In the Embed form, I answer my questions and instead of stopping on the Ending “screen”, it goes directly to the URL that is in the button link. I have information on the Ending “screen” that I want the users to see before continuing to the linked URL. Is this normal behavior?Should I use a Statement instead of an Ending to achieve my desired workflow?Thanks!

How can I disable the "Save and return to form later" for a specific survey

Let’s say I have multiple choice question which involves 5 different options like;soccer football tennis golf volleyballI want to know wich is the main sport when people watches tv and after that, another question to know two other sports; but the option that I chose as the main one, does not appear in the second question for example, i choose as a principal choice, golf in the 1st questionafter that, i want to know which other sports do you like to watch in your free time, but “golf”  doesnt have to appear:soccer football tennis volleyballplease, help !!

I have a basic plan and it says I can only have 3 typeforms.  The basic plan that is described in the upgrade section says I can have unlimited number of typeforms.  Why cant I have unlimited typeforms.

Hi everybody, I would like to create a typeform and I’m looking for the best template to use. My aim is to send a document to all my clients with a choice of different items they can book. They’ll have to fullfill the document with all their datas and chose the product/s they want to receive (but they will buy it once they receive it - so any payment is due).As result I would like to have a list of all the orders.Any ideas of the best template to use?thank you :-)

Is is possible to add a help hint or a default value to a short answer? I need to put @ sign IN front of every answer for a field.

Hello,I am creating a multiple choice product quiz on typeform with 10 questions and 34 different outcomes from the quiz. The quiz worked perfectly fine when I had 10 outcomes and gave the appropriate result. After adding the extra outcomes, the quiz is crashing and is not working for any of the outcomes. Can someone please help with this?Thank you :)Saif

I see in the help section that you can use hidden fields to identify the emails of your respondents from a pre-existing database. But I’m not finding a tutorial on how to do that. I am using Mailchimp as my CRM and have my contacts loaded in there. How can I connect the two so I can track who has responded and who has not?

Hello, 1) I built a Job Request Form in Google Forms before importing it into Typeform. In Google, the form had one opening section and six independent/problem specific sections: a) Only the opening section and ONE of the six independent sections need to be completed.b) The first section had a multi-choice question that’s used to branch out to any of the other sections.c) The form shows the submit buttton once any of the six independent sections is completed. 2) Unfortunately, when this form was imported into Typeform, the sections structure were not included. So I had to use Questions Group to recreate the sections in typeform. But now, unlike how it worked in Google Forms, the submit button is not shown when the first branched Question Group is completed. Instead of showing the Submit Button, the form leads to the second Question Group which is totally unrelated to the first group. To be clear, as a test, I used logic to indicate that the form should be submitted at the last field of

How can I randomize the initial sort order of the items in the Ranking option?I want to prevent bias by randomizing the initial order of the items.  I see there is a “Randomize” option for Multiple Choice, but I don’t see one for Ranking.Thanks!

I would like to generate a number to put in the email notifications sent to the participant. The number should be 1 for the forst respondent, 2 for the second, 3 for the third respondent and so on.Is this possible.

Is there a form that I can embed on my website that lets you collect name and email in order to download a pdf?

So I created a form that will take users to ACTIVE or INACTIVE set of questions. However, once the ACTIVE users finish their questions they should go straight to the end of the form. HOWEVER, it takes them to the next set of questions.I see a RED line on the logic page and not sure how to fix it. Please help! Picture attached: red line from questions 10K and 11F. It should be the end of the form.
