Build your typeform

I am trying to rename the typeform “My new form” to “Football” in “My workspace” but it doesn’t seem to work. There is only one typeform. I have tried more than 10 times. At the beginning it shows the correct name after clicking save, but after that it shows again “My new form”.Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug?

I couldn’t find an answer to this in the thread so I apologize if it’s been answered. I’m creating a questionnaire that keeps a running total @score based on their selection throughout.  I’ve got it working just fine if I’m asking it to ‘Add’ a value to score for a single multiple choice answer.  I’m running into a problem on some of the questions that have different values based on their answer to a current question ‘and’ their answer to a previous question.  Here is a screenshot to help in case I’m not making myself clear.Alternatively, using the example above, if they had selected ‘B’ on question 5 previously, 30 would be added to the score.  The problem is that at the end of the quiz the total value is much more than it should be.  It’s clearly adding extra values somewhere.  Is it somehow re-adding scores from previous answers if I’m referring to the question again, like I am in Question 5 above?  I’m lost and any help you could provide would be very helpful. 

I’ve created several group questions and now I need a separate question and every time I create one it adds it to the last group question.  I’ve tried dragging it out but it won’t let me drag it beyond the last group question. any ideas?

hey :)I read some articles in this community but wasn’t able to find a solution for me.I want to do a quiz where my coachees can check there results after 6 month, like: have you done your workout  yes (score 3) sometimes (score 2) no (score 1) have you done yout meditation yes (score 3) sometimes (score 2) no (score 1) At the end of the quiz I want my customers to see were they can become better, so all scores < 3 and list them. Right now I am just finding a solution to show the score and the answers, but not the answers < 3.Regards from GermanyDominik

Hello,I am looking into the possibility of using Typeform to develop an internal requisition form.  The nature of my business requires the ability for users to select a product category, which would take them to an extensive list of part numbers for selection of specific items and quantities.  They would then need to be asked if they require additional items and, potentially go through the process of item selection again. Is the software sophisticated enough to support this type of form?

I created a survey with challenging questions to reflect about the OKR (Objective & KeyResults) & the tactics (channels/activities) we run in the team.I have around 20 statements or questions and want to ask only 3-4 per session.Is it possible to randomize the questions / statements?I know there is an option with grouped questions, but at the end it’s not really randomized.Thank you

I’ve read many of the solutions from the community. But none of them works in my case (or I didn’t understand them). So I have 15 questions with 5 answers for each question. Each question has the same number of point. Each answer is tied to a profile. So if you answer A too all the questions you have a profile A.What I want is easy compare, when the form is over, which type of profiles the users have. But it’s impossible to do that. Typeform decided to make this simple thing super complex. I can’t even use JS to run a function.I’ve built variable score_a_vs_score_b blablabla, but I’m unable to say: score_a (from all the answers) - score_b = score_a_vs_score_b.So what are your solutions to solve that?

Hey there!First time poster here so be kind :-) We are using the NPS question survey and are embedding it into an email and sending out to customers. Customers then click on a number 0 - 10 and it opens a browser. It then shows the question again with that number selected, and a split second later it submits and goes to a thank you page.We’d like to eliminate that first page, so the user clicks on a number in their email and it takes them to the thank  you page. Many of our users have found the current page which shows the numbers, and starts submitting a bit confusing. Is there a way to achieve what we are after? Thank you

Hi I have a question that asks people if they use one of 5 platforms: youtube, instagram, twitch, twitter, and tik tok. For each of those platforms I have 2 corresponding questions about what their user name is and how many followers they have on that platform. The question that asks if they use that platform is multi-select. The ideas  is that if they don’t select that platform, it should skip that question. However, for some reason, even if I don’t select “Twitch” the form still sends me to Twitch. Can anyone provide guidance?  

Dear Community,my need is to collect event’s attendees names and emails, but limiting the number of attendees each referent can add to the form, according to a pre-defined or external number I provide in advance.In other words, I send the form to a contact person which is referent for other 5 attendees, but I want to make sure he cannot add more than 6 people in total. For each attendee I just collect Name, Surname, e-mail address. Before sending each form, I want to specify somewhere in Typeform that that specific form is only for 6 people and no more.How do you suggest me to achieve this configuration?Thank you very  much for your help,Daniele

Hi,I don’t see anymore how to send automatic emails to me and to responders as soon as they complete a form. Is it over ?! 

I’ve created a quiz and, based on the score, want a different ending to be shown. However, when I try to set this up, the endings aren’t showing in the list (see image) to let me link to them. It also won’t let me drag the arrows manually to the endings either. I’ve filled in the scores under Quiz & Scoring > Score Quiz, and have tried linking from both a yes/no question and multiple-choice question, but neither will connect. What am I missing?

I have 10 groups of questions regarding different topics (a section of questions for leadership, communication, team dynamics, time management, etc.). Each section has between 4-7 questions. Answers are scale based and scored ( strongly disagree (1), disagree (2), neutral (3), Agree (4), and strongly agree (5). At the end of the assessment I want the participant to be directed to a specific page which indicates the area of focus they should discuss with their coach. If they score 3 or below for most of the questions in the section, they should be sent to the ending page that would suggest they focus on that topic. For example, if in the leadership and communication sections they score an average low, i would want them to be able to see a comprehensive ending page that shows they need both of those topics covered. I have made the variables needed to reveal which questions are connected to which groups but i am running into a couple of problems:1- my ending pages are not showing up as an

I am missing the settings gear in my Typeforms. Old or new, the settings icon is missing. Evry screenshot I see has it next to the logic tab on the right side. I need to create follow ups. I am on a paid plan. Any help is appreciated.   

How to set up a numeric input item. When the user enters, check whether the input and the previous number are repeated. If they are repeated, prompt the user to re-enter.

My company creates custom products where there is a long list of custom options. We do regular price increases, sometimes across the board. I want to put all the pricing in variables so there is one place to change pricing every time we have to. The problem is, I can’t see where/if you can organize these variables after you create them. I would love for the order of the variables to reflect my price list for easy data entry and we get new products in all the time that are added, and sometimes we take options away. If you can only add to the bottom, this will got wonky quick.  Any ideas?

We are trying to create a 16 question quiz with multiple choice answers that will result in a conditional set of 13 different answers or outcomes which can be displayed on screen and/or sent via email in PDF form.This needs to preferably be embedded in a WordPress website and have an integration with ActiveCampaign to pass over the quiz takers details.  Is this possible?We tried this in Jotform - https://form.jotform.com/212511326090039, but the output PDF does not reflect the answers given by the person taking the Quizz.Any help or advice will be greatly received.Be CyberSafe 🙏 Francis West 

Hi Typeform community, My client has asked if we can split our survey into sections, where the user can complete section one and then either submit, or continue to section two. Is that possible with typefrom? Related, is there anyway to make the progress bar more visible? Thanks! 

We are trying to find a tool whereby for each survey/form that we create, each question will also have a footer section (or another section) whereby the user can  select their confidence level for each of the answer (e.g low, medium,high).Is there anyway of doing this in typeform?  A Sample of the question is as below :
