Hi, I believe I used to be able to specify that multiple choice answers appear in two columns or maybe it did it automatically when a multiple choice answer had lots of choices. However, the answers are no longer appearing in two columns. Is there a way to specify the multiple choice answers should appear in two columns? Thanks!
Hello, I added the company logo to my template using the tutorial here. What is the best way to change the size of the logo? It renders very big on my screen. Thanks a lot, Irina
I need users to upload larger files on my typeform
Hi! I am currently working on a form and one of the questions involves selecting a moodboard from various options. However, I am encountering an issue with the size of the images; they appear too small even using “superzise option”. I have already considered adjusting the size of the images before uploading, but I wanted to inquire if there are any specific recommendations or features within Typeform that could help me enhance the visibility of the moodboard images. Hope someone can help me, thank you :)
Nevermind.
Is there any way to capture country & language automatically from surveys? I’m trying to explain: Having only 1 typeform, the user will open the URL and depending of the countries, it will capture locale. ie:en_US (english, USA)es_ES (spanish, Spain)fr_FR (french_france) I want to integrate typeform with Brevo but I want to avoid the ask language and country to the consumer due to ISO mapping issues. Thanks for help!
Hello, we use the tool for credit card payments, Stripe, on a Typeform form, and our clients sometimes encounter issues with payment failures or rejections when they confirm the payment. I should note that this does not happen with all cards (fortunately!) but here are the characteristics of an example card, where there were sufficient funds (since we were the ones testing it): Type: Visa debit card Issuer: Lloyds Bank Plc 3D Secure: Authenticated via 2.2.0The authentication process initiates correctly, and we can validate it, but the error message blocks the whole process. (See attached photo). Therefore, we do not know if the problem truly stems from Stripe or Typeform. Thank you for your help.
Hello I am trying to create a form that will have some multiple questions and then next to the multiple questions that I have added there is an area for a use to type and answer. Here is a mock up of it. So I want the yellow area is where the user would input the $ amount they would like to pay for a lead in this example. Is there a way to do this?
This might be a bit of a complex question. I’m building a quiz that has a lot of logic involved. I need the scoring to work properly for the logic to work correctly. No matter what I do, the scoring just doesn’t calculate. Let me demonstrate:I have a 9 question quiz, and each question is an opinion scale. The scale goes from 1-7. The first 4 questions are reversed scored, so 1=7, 2=6, and so on. Questions 5-9 are scored as stated. I entered in the scores for each question as noted (1-4 are reverse, 5-9 are normal). Here’s where it gets complex.I want questions 1-6 to be summed up and added to variable @A_1 and questions 7-9 to be summed and added to variable @B_2. I then want @A_1 to be divided by 6 and @B_2 to be divided by 3. The scores come out so wacky every time.I then want the averaged score to be recalled on the ending screen. I’m using the following logic to total the scores: 1A: If 1A is greater or equal to 0, then add 1a to @A_11B: If 1B is greater or equal to 0, then add 1b
Hi ! Newbie here! Is there a way to bulk upload choices and scores in the drop down option? I’m using it to collect orders, where the options are the products and score is the price. thanks!
We are currently revising a quiz hosted in Typeform and we have a specific requirement related to tracking user selections of equity-related answer options spread across different questions in the quiz. Our goal is to provide participants with feedback on their level of engagement with equity-related content by displaying a summary of their selections on the ending results page.Is it possible to track and aggregate user selections of certain answer options across multiple questions in Typeform? Specifically, we'd like to know if we can:Keep track of which "equity" options individuals select throughout the quiz. Count the total number of "equity" options selected by an individual across all questions. Display a summary on the quiz results page indicating the total number of "equity" options selected by each participant. We appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this functionality within the Typeform platform.
The next question doesn't show after you click the "TAKE A TEST" button. Once I click start to take the text, nothing shows. And this only happens on mobile
Is it possible for a dropdown to have a default choice already showing?or alternatively have a list of two options such as Option 1 and Option 2and have a link underneath which displays more options when clicked. Thank you
Hey guys,I’m setting up a really big assessment using Typeform but i am wanting to limit the number of times a user can submit the assessment to improve his/her results. Anywone done this before? Thanks!
Typeform says “you can create as many different variables as you want”, but I’m running into a bug, which seems to limit it in practice: when I try and use a variable in a rule, the drop down list does not allow you to scroll down to all the variables. Although I created 46, I can only use the first 37.Please assist.
Hello,I still have some issues with the LOGICMy question is, “Do you want to invest”?-In Retail -In Hospitality-In Offices if the client answers Retail he will have to answer other questions (which are specific to retail)if the client answers Offices, he will have to answer other questions (which are specific to the office) I would like to know if the client answers RETAIL + OFFICE + HOPSITLAITY, how to create a logic which:1- Asking all Questions specific to Retail2- Then go back to Offices and ask question specific to Offices3- Then go back to Hospitality and ask question specific to Hopsitalty4- And then move to another global question… I hope i have been clear :)Thanks
Is there a way to use logic to to say “if State contains x then go to...”?Or, is there a way to copy the value of state to a text input?
Is there a way to enter a string of characters in the If Contains statement? I want a string of zip codes so it would look something like:If Text input contains “83701, 83702, 83703, 83704, 83705” Then Go toI tried spaces and commas. I sure hope that I don’t have to enter hundreds of single statements….😨
HiI would like to be able to pass in the email address to my form as a hidden field and skip the enter email step if it has been set.I got that working by checking whether the hidden field contains an “@” and skipping the enter email stage if it does..Great but that means sometimes the valid email address is the variable@email and other times it’s in the hidden field My question is can the @email variable be set from the hidden field (or visa versa) so I have the variable set in the same place whether the email has been passed in or not.I thought about setting up a custom variable to be set from both situations but custom variables can’t contain an @ and therefore can’t contain an email address. What do other people do in this situation? I guess it’s a fairly common issue?Any advice appreciatedThanks
Hello, Just saw a typeform having more questions on one page, see the example. How can this be made? Checked the settings, but see no way to do this.
Hi! Where can i remove MY logo? I have a free account and my logo is in there. I can’t publish until i remove it. It isn’t letting me look in branding because i have a free account.
Hi.I have built a survey which is asking repsondents about 5 different areas of a town. I want to ask them the same questions about each different area. The survey starts with a multiple choice (single option only allowed), of which area they want to respond on and the logic directs them to one of 5 question groups. These have the same questions but with each of the 5 area names substituted in.When they reach the end of their first choice of area I want to offer the opportunity to return and complete the survey for a different area.I’ve tried doing this two ways:the logic loops back to the original multiple choice where they can choose a different area and are then directed along a different question group branch; each question group ends with a repeat of the multiple choice where they can choose a different area and are then directed to the beginning of the relevant question group.Neither of these builds works:the responses input for previous branches is overwritten and the only data c
I'd like to ask a question based solely on the answer to another question. For example:Question 1: What magazine do you read?- New York- Elle- Public- CuisineThe answer is: Elle and CuisineQuestion 2 :At what price do you buy Elle?Question 3: How much do you pay for Cuisine?
We typically label our multiple choice “Other” option “Optional Self-description” for demographics questions, like race or gender, because the term “other” can be hurtful for users. Is there a way to customize the “Other” label so it says something else?
